    @RogersHelps stop overcharging and making incorrect bill amounts. I was told it would be fixed last billing cycle and here we are again with the wrong amount due on this billing cycle. I shouldn't have to initiate this every billing cycle a reminder to you to fix and update!

    @ctvottawa I need your help! Rogers @RogersHelps had promised me a new bill of $59.88 for 12 months for cable/internet. They have since charged me $105.08, and even though they acknowledge what I've been promised and agreed to they refuse to honour the price. Help!
