Hey @Rogers do better at upgrading customers that have been with you 25 years. Appalling treatment at your Peterborough location. Fail at #customerexperience
-
Kyle (@sparksfly2000) reported from Galway-Cavendish and Harvey, Ontario
@Bell please explain how a reduction in service can add $112 per month to my bills and you are ok with it? It’s also illogical that you consider your customer three different customers with how your account services are set up. Time to go back to @rogers I guess.. #TeleCommWars

@FelixTse11 @RogersHelps Just wait. They bought Shaw. Things are about to get worse for the end user. Such monopolies, should never be allowed when it comes to particular services. Canadians have little choice, when it comes to certain business.

@RogersHelps Why did it take you guys over 12 hours to “figure out” that the disruption was from an “update”??? Sounds like a bunch of crap to me because if that was the case, wouldn’t someone have known that HOURS ago?!

Reanne taylor (@Reannetaylor1) reported
@RogersHelps So what about the people that lost their jobs and all that? People who may have not been able to reach sick loved ones? Man. This really has been a terrible day. I feel for anyone else suffering cause of this and the anxiety its causing

Ken Rogers (@BlueCollarElec) reported
@Rogers I literally lost a days worth of business because of this. Totally unacceptable. I can only hope there wasn’t people stuck in emergency situations that desperately needed to call someone.

@Rogers Almost 24h down for some people. No one would really have gotten any updates if they didn’t follow on Twitter. To not even receive an email or a text of what was going on is pretty insulting.

Stilez (@stilez) reported
@smiler2729 @RogersHelps It'll only be $2 or so. Take your monthly plan (say $60/mth) ÷ 30days =$2/day. So because it was down 24hrs, you'll only get a $2 rebate. Better to ask for free data or something else

@TweetiepieHawly @RogersHelps Just wait. They bought Shaw. Things are about to get worse for the end user. Such monopolies should never be allowed, when it comes to particular services. Canadians have little choice, when it comes to certain business. Our airlines for instance. Consumers=$ to these, that's it.
