Hey @Rogers do better at upgrading customers that have been with you 25 years. Appalling treatment at your Peterborough location. Fail at #customerexperience

@Bell please explain how a reduction in service can add $112 per month to my bills and you are ok with it? It’s also illogical that you consider your customer three different customers with how your account services are set up. Time to go back to @rogers I guess.. #TeleCommWars

@RogersHelps I’ve already done that and you all admitted the outage then left it to me to sit on a hold for credit. Who has that kind of time?

I never gave @Rogers permission to record my voice, but I was validated via their Voice ID when I called in. WTF is this invasion of privacy.

@RogersHelps since last Sunday we have been experiencing ignite internet service interruptions. We pay so much money for cell and internet in Canada that a constant no internet when working from home just isn't acceptable anymore. What will Roger's be doing for us?

@munakadri @Rogers Haha they dropped me after being a customer for 14 years because they wouldn't price match $5...will still try to call though. Thank you!

I am overpaying for my mobile phone plan. I talked to @Rogers about it and their solution was to offer me a more expensive plan, adding features i don't want or need. The retention/loyalty team did no better. Won't even offer me a plan as good as the new customer offer.

@TheBlackHoof @Bell @RogersHelps Is this because of the garage fire in the lane way a few days ago? Apparently that destroyed a bunch of wires. Not sure what’s taking them so long since they know what the issue is.

.@Rogers has lost my business come the end of my contract. Since the outage I've had 3 technicians out to my apartment, replaced modems and routers and still have my internet go out every 3 or so days. Not once has my problem been solved permanently.
