@Bell please explain how a reduction in service can add $112 per month to my bills and you are ok with it? It’s also illogical that you consider your customer three different customers with how your account services are set up. Time to go back to @rogers I guess.. #TeleCommWars

Hey @RogersHelps why is it that my internet constantly goes down during the day!? People work from home a lot these days this isn’t okay “a known service interruption” so why did I have to seek out that info, this is something you should be communicating when it’s identified!

@Rogers returning from a recent trip to Cuba, my partner was billed for roam like home every day, despite having roaming turned off. She made a phone call on day one and support told her that this automatically turns roaming on, even though the setting was OFF. Is this right?

@RogersHelps and phoned died and call never went through .. tomorrow I will be looking into transferring my number to another carrier .. before your offer I did not even consider the thought.. after tonight I now will move it all to another vendor.. 3+ hours is not acceptable
