@Bell please explain how a reduction in service can add $112 per month to my bills and you are ok with it? It’s also illogical that you consider your customer three different customers with how your account services are set up. Time to go back to @rogers I guess.. #TeleCommWars

@RogersHelps Please tell us the truth about what is going on. If this really is related to a “network update error” then your IT department needs to be fired and replaced with ones that know how to make and implement a backup. 40+ hours later and still tv and internet not working.

@Rogers you keep posting that all services have been restored and yet dozens and dozens of Twitter posts tell you that there is a significant issue with ignite tv but no one responds. You can’t keep implying everything is fine because it isn’t.

@AboutRogers @Rogers I’m near St Thomas, Ontario, haven’t been able to watch anything on my ignite tv in 2 days, wifi is spotty and half my phone calls drop… meaning there’s still a lot of problems with your services still.
