  • kevynocallaghan Kevin OCallaghan (@kevynocallaghan) reported from Township of Selwyn, Ontario

Hey @Rogers do better at upgrading customers that have been with you 25 years. Appalling treatment at your Peterborough location. Fail at #customerexperience

  • sparksfly2000 Kyle (@sparksfly2000) reported from Galway-Cavendish and Harvey, Ontario

@Bell please explain how a reduction in service can add $112 per month to my bills and you are ok with it? It’s also illogical that you consider your customer three different customers with how your account services are set up. Time to go back to @rogers I guess.. #TeleCommWars

@RogersHelps Thx but I’m already working with your tech support by phone. I just want to know how many people are affected like me and what the root cause was.

  • juhastocks juhastocks (@juhastocks) reported

@RogersHelps Y’all are quick to charge the account but super slow to credit the account - that’s not cool

  • rosydisposition rosemary (@rosydisposition) reported

So does @Rogers scramble the channels we watch in hopes that we will change to their ignite service?

  • Hannah77871 hannah (@Hannah77871) reported

@RogersHelps our internet just isn't connecting can u pls help

  • BeepBopBoops Lee-Anne Burger (@BeepBopBoops) reported

@Rogers our internet has been going out constantly for the last few days and when I called this morning I was told to call back after 11 because their system was down. At this point I feel I am paying high end prices for a low end product. Time to start shopping around.

  • WurD_Is_BonD JFB (@WurD_Is_BonD) reported

@timandfriends @Rogers @Sportsnet Can you fix your freakin 4k channels??? Always something wrong with one or the other.

  • linesbylyons Dawn (@linesbylyons) reported

@j0_mAmA @RogersHelps Wow. Maybe they are trained in pass-the-buck problem non-solving? Long story short, someone incorrectly killed my MIL's service (why would 77 y.o. who lives alone need reliable phone access?). Told we had to go to store to buy something to fix, they could do nothing. Lie.

  • TheGospelOfChad Chad R. Smith (@TheGospelOfChad) reported

@RogersHelps So is it normal practice to leave a customer on hold for 15÷ minutes without once coming back to refresh? I work in customer service and our limit is 2-3 minutes maximum. Even if you need more time come back and let the customer know you're still working on it.

  • TheGospelOfChad Chad R. Smith (@TheGospelOfChad) reported

@RogersHelps After my cable problems last month I was told a credit of $75 plus tax would be applied to my bill. The phone agent I spoke to even needed to get the approval from a Supervisor because it exceeded what she was able to apply herself.

  • valgarth Dennis Freeberg (@valgarth) reported

Seriously, @rogershelps why can you not get a service call correct? When I have a business plan and you keep sending out residential service technicians that don't work with static IPs it really gets annoying. Don't you understand that people work from home? 1/2
