@Bell please explain how a reduction in service can add $112 per month to my bills and you are ok with it? It’s also illogical that you consider your customer three different customers with how your account services are set up. Time to go back to @rogers I guess.. #TeleCommWars

@RogersHelps Makes sense on the need of network enhancements, but intermittent outages after doesn't. Happend twice already this month (Feb 3 and 27), three times today, Feb 27, 2023, without any prior notification. We are dependent on the availbility of internet for our livelihood!

@Rogers @felixtennis One of our 2 TV sets has been broken for 8 months. Our internet goes done everyday for between 1 and 6 hours. I've been on hold with Rogers for 3 hours. There Chat bot can't help with anything that requires a response. How does Rogers survive?

@RogersHelps I closed the ticket with your text service. He was not helpful. The call in tech was okay. They will send a technician tomorrow. Zero service for another night. Why am I paying so much for a service I can’t use?
