    @AboutRogers @Rogers Service have absolutely not been restored… I even stepped into one of your physical locations yesterday and your own staff said this is a joke. They couldn’t even dial out themselves yet nor access all parts of their own systems…?!? It’s going on three days

    @DossierCom @Rogers It was an outage. We live in a digital world where one should prepare for outages. They will happen again and again. Stop being dramatic,resume your life and maybe go donate to a good cause, like to the Ukraine where moms are hoping thier babies don't get blown up today.

    I switched to @RogersHelps ignite 3 months ago and I regret that decision. Basic cable was so much better, never had issues.

    @AboutRogers @Rogers I appreciate the letter, but a day’s fees is not compensation, that’s just a refund for services not provided. Compensation is something of value to “compensate” for the inconvenience caused, and we all deserve something! Your outage was unacceptable, as is your response.

    @vote4robgill @Rogers Not only did they cause an outage they took out interact! What about all the people that are not Rogers customers they caused financial damage too?
