@Bell please explain how a reduction in service can add $112 per month to my bills and you are ok with it? It’s also illogical that you consider your customer three different customers with how your account services are set up. Time to go back to @rogers I guess.. #TeleCommWars

Hey @Rogers do better at upgrading customers that have been with you 25 years. Appalling treatment at your Peterborough location. Fail at #customerexperience

@FrozenTrekkie @Rogers @SamsungMobile Damn. You’re probably gonna need a forced carrier update. Try calling yourself and leaving a message, checking it to clear it.

@RogersHelps It wasn’t #Ericsson fault. #Rogers failed to test properly before deploying to production and also didn’t have adequate redundancy for a critical service. discipline those responsible(starting from the top) and compensate your customers. This is truly unacceptable.

@Rogers Better give out a financial compensation for the outage today, myself and many others at my job rely on phone service to do our job and thus could not work for 6 hours today. Unless our missed time and $ is valued, we will be changing providers

@RogersHelps Got offered a $2.83 bill credit for the outage today (monthly bill/30). That was actually insulting. That should be offered by default to every account for services not rendered, the inconvenience/income loss is a separate issue that requires more compensation. 1/2

@RogersHelps Needless to say I'm pretty confident that I'll switch to one of your competitors after being with Rogers for 13 years. Reimbursement for services not rendered is your obligation and not a "goodwill gesture" that a company uses to shut an angry customer up. 2/2
