@Bell please explain how a reduction in service can add $112 per month to my bills and you are ok with it? It’s also illogical that you consider your customer three different customers with how your account services are set up. Time to go back to @rogers I guess.. #TeleCommWars

@RogersHelps over an hour on hold because my home internet is down and you people can't even pull up my account. Transferred 3 times and told to use the AI over and over again. I bet you'll find my account info by the time the next bill is due

@Rogers They had service issues before but since the hostile takeover from Edward the company has gone down hill so fast. It cant be a coincidence the timing. Oh i left rogers after more than 25 years and havent had an issue in a year.

@RogersHelps so now the My Rogers app signs me out every time my phone or iPad goes dark. I don’t shut it off, just the display goes dark and I have to sign in every time. You have officially ruined this app. #why

@RogersHelps @Rogers definition of #incompetence. Ordered iPhone14 Pro, received iPhone14, with wrong plan. After hrs on the phone to resolve issue, issue remains unresolved until they can pull up the call which will take 2-3 business days. Worst #CustomerService ref# I1932688264
