    @Bell please explain how a reduction in service can add $112 per month to my bills and you are ok with it? It’s also illogical that you consider your customer three different customers with how your account services are set up. Time to go back to @rogers I guess.. #TeleCommWars

    @fionapettit71 @Rogers Rodgers is a mobile network in Canada so it would be very hard to track down the exact location of the person using the phone that sent you that disturbing email, if it was sent from somebody’s home internet it would be easy enough.

    @fionapettit71 @Rogers With that IP address, Rogers should be able to determine whether their company facilities are being used to send malicious communications. Even if this person is only a customer rather than an employee, Rogers can still act.

    @idtuner @Rogers You'll never get anything .... Telus has gave me deals on top of deals and discounts for being a long time customer. My husband just cut all our services from over priced rogers and we went else where. Do the same and you'll save money.
