@Bell please explain how a reduction in service can add $112 per month to my bills and you are ok with it? It’s also illogical that you consider your customer three different customers with how your account services are set up. Time to go back to @rogers I guess.. #TeleCommWars

@RogersHelps The rogers network in ottawa is still a mess. At least a 1/3 of the websites I try to visit won't load and the other 2/3 load slowly or take multiple tries. Fix your ****.

@Rogers our tv still doesn't work. I mean, it turns on, sound on, sound off, freeze, black - this is the continuous cycle since Friday. My guess is we are not alone but your announcements make it seem that way. Please advise.

@RogersHelps L6C 2K7 my ignite TV, which has been freezing stuttering since the outage recovery, has just now (18:30+) gotten worse. No picture, complete freezing if a channel is avail, shutting down by itself.

@RogersHelps Freeze,s goes in and out and now Cable is out completely. When will it be fixed? Can't you find the problem yet? We can't get in touch by phone cuz we get disconnected. How do you intend to hang onto customers if we can't get an clarification or answers?

@RogersHelps Your TV service is not working properly, at least in some areas! The picture is freezing, sound is intermittent and the picture goes black! Nobody answers customers, just same old message from Friday!

@Rogers.ca internet and TV has been spotty since the system went down. Called support and recorded message says call back. Customer Service NOT. Bell is looking better
