@Bell please explain how a reduction in service can add $112 per month to my bills and you are ok with it? It’s also illogical that you consider your customer three different customers with how your account services are set up. Time to go back to @rogers I guess.. #TeleCommWars

  • kevynocallaghan Kevin OCallaghan (@kevynocallaghan) reported from Township of Selwyn, Ontario

Hey @Rogers do better at upgrading customers that have been with you 25 years. Appalling treatment at your Peterborough location. Fail at #customerexperience

@chethosahalli @RogersHelps @Rogers while i agree that we can deal without cellphones for a day, interac being down was absolutely unacceptable. they need to have a back up provider. some people couldn’t eat or provide food for their kids, now have late bill payments, etc.

Canadian media printing Rogers statements about efforts to restore service but not asking how/why this happened. They should be. Was this a cyber attack or a technical issue??? We deserve answers. @rogers, @JustinTrudeau, @CRTCeng

  • TsarKasim Damien D. (@TsarKasim) reported

Yesterday's @Rogers outage was so bad, "Avengers: Infinity War" got a new edit. On Wakanda, when Groot says "I am Groot," Captain America now says "I am Steve."

  • jxie_ Justin (@jxie_) reported

@Rogers @TSN_Sports PLEASE SORT IT OUT SO I CAN WATCH THE #F1Sprint. Still no home internet and TSN which was working yesterday is a black screen today. Sort your ******* ****.

@RogersHelps thanks for making yesterday just a little bit worse for me. I was nice in my last tweets but it took you 14 hours to resolve the issue?? Wtf man, had to leave my data on all night to watch something on my phone pretty cringe man

  • angelo_6ix angelo (@angelo_6ix) reported

@MattMelv @RogersHelps Likely a BGP routing issue / human error. However I love your confidence in assuming the only 2 options

  • bemerry05 Beth M (@bemerry05) reported

@AboutRogers @Rogers Honestly I’d be happy if you just fixed it correctly because it’s still not working to its full extent the way it was supposed to and a credit yeah there better be a credit and it better be more than one day maybe you could give us a free CraveTV for a freaking month

  • BaystreetBrian BaystreetBrianOTC💯😎 (@BaystreetBrian) reported

We require at least 24 hrs notice before any allowed service interruption. @Rogers will be required to pay 1 day’s usage(or more) based on the 30 day billing average. Thank you, that is all.

  • DMead22067932 D Mead (@DMead22067932) reported

@RogersHelps why was there a service interruption. You can't just take our services and claim there was an issue without telling us what's going on. Incompetent company? I'd say.
