@Bell please explain how a reduction in service can add $112 per month to my bills and you are ok with it? It’s also illogical that you consider your customer three different customers with how your account services are set up. Time to go back to @rogers I guess.. #TeleCommWars

Hey @RogersHelps, I was set up on a win back plan almost 3 weeks ago now, and they set up my financing wrong on my device. I’ve been trying unsuccessfully to get it changed ever since. Doesn’t seem like the best way to ‘win back’ a customer?
