@Bell please explain how a reduction in service can add $112 per month to my bills and you are ok with it? It’s also illogical that you consider your customer three different customers with how your account services are set up. Time to go back to @rogers I guess.. #TeleCommWars

Has anyone else had problems with their @RogersHelps cable today? I noticed it this morning when I went to watch @breakfasttv CITY-TV wasn't coming in at all. Got home from work, and it still isn't coming in as well as other stations - YTV, A&E, Much, and others.

@RogersHelps @RogersHelps Fibe internet in Bradford has been down since Dec 8 @ 4pm EST. When will the service be back up. We work from home and can't at the moment because of this issue.

@Rogers You know what’s the MOST annoying advert on TV right now? “The Rogers wrapped and red event”. It’s not “catchy, it’s just plain annoying. And it’s on at least twice in every ad break. I won’t ever be a Rogers customer, just because of that 😡#rogers #advertisement

@Rogers you’re charging a $50 #SetUpFee, #NotFairAtAll For that fee, you did absolutely nothing on your end. I set up my phone in about 15min, while the Best Buy Rep did paperwork. If that fee was fair, your support manager wouldn’t have removed it from my bill when I called. ???

@Rogers @RogersHelps So frustrated and disappointed. This is my 3rd time trying to just get through either on the phone or Chat in the last 2 weeks and still no success. Currently been on hold for over 30 minutes without a live person answering. Atrocious customer service 😡

@RogersHelps Too late but thanks. I waited 1 hr and 36 minutes on hold before giving up. Then I waited 25 minutes on chat and finally had my issue resolved. So disappointing.
