@RogersHelps please please please do whatever you need to do to get your services in area code L2V 4R6. It’s painful to have to rough it with the service provider here. After having your Ignite TV, there’s just no comparison.

@RogersHelps No internet, called Sunday and the soonest appointment is Thursday? A world with online learning and working remotely, you have effectively handcuffed us. This has nothing to do with the phone outage today that took away my phone on top of it. Unacceptable @Rogers

@RogersHelps This could have happened to any company. Technology can have hiccups. I had calls to do, couldn’t text, no wifi. The main thing is that tech workers are fixing the issues.
