    @RogersHelps I need to speak to somebody in customer care as I am having issues with my Wi-Fi and I was told to get pods because the ones I have do not work with my modem, but I can’t get through to anybody.

    @dbhoops_ @RogersHelps @Rogers Don’t waste your time. Rogers has become useless after they contracted out to useless 3rd world countries their customer service. I cancelled all my services after 47 years with them.

    @lamphieryeg @Rogers @RogersHelps Customer service in telecom companies in Canada is practically nonexistent, their monopoly allows it. The threat of taking your business elsewhere is a joke and they all know it.
