@RogersHelps please please please do whatever you need to do to get your services in area code L2V 4R6. It’s painful to have to rough it with the service provider here. After having your Ignite TV, there’s just no comparison.

@RogersHelps 🙄😤 Why should I have to try a third method of communication?! Ever heard of customer service? Get some better service so the wait isn’t a million years on the phone and stop sending people to your site if your site doesn’t work and then say to chat on Twitter bc of it! 😡

it would be a miracle if @RogersHelps would send a courtesy e-mail to let me know my internet was going to triple in ******* price. like great job, I don't check my account just pay bills and it's just raised from $50 a month to $140 a month. don't inform the customer. great.

Mega Man 6 Tournament match at 4 Atlantic Time (3 Eastern) on toaster settings cause @Rogers has not fixed their **** after 8 service calls. Let's hope i won't get disconnected 🤞

The last 4 days have been....something. My internet went out at ~8PM on Thursday. Told it was a downstream issue by @startca but that @Rogers could fix it quick or have someone out no later than the 3rd. Recorded our hour long show that night and thought nothing of it.

@Rogers are you fixing the internet in the Ottawa area? Connection problems since Thursday, connecting for 5 minutes disconnecting for 2, stupid we have to turn on data (Chatr) to supliment your connection problems. Has not even been able to support rogers tv with sound and pics

@Rogers The worst CS on North America! After waiting for 40 minutes to chat and Latrell incompetence, now waiting for an hour and 20 minutes when received a call back! Outrageous!

@susanwaycik @Rogers We don't any internet since yesterday morning and have no updates from @Rogers other than "technicians are working but there is no estimated time to fix it". Basically, they won't do anything during the long weekend
