@RogersHelps please please please do whatever you need to do to get your services in area code L2V 4R6. It’s painful to have to rough it with the service provider here. After having your Ignite TV, there’s just no comparison.

@RogersHelps what is going on with ignite tv. Keeps freezing and sound cuts out. Started at 4 pm. Can’t get through to tech support. You have a high volume of calls!!! Can see why! I restarted modems and tv boxes. Doesn’t help.

@Rogers 2/2 I made numerous requests to the manager to let me enter and just stand by the door so that i wont die in cold but that horrible human being did not let me enter. Is this part of your customer service? Horrible customer service and what guidelines are guys following ?
