    @Rogers after daily phone calls since July 2,numerous tech visits the problem is still active. Internet cuts in and out yet your monthly bill manages to arrive. I'm at wits end ready to throw everything in the trash & call Bell.

    @RogersHelps Again I am not a tech person or tech support I have no idea what the equipment is you've provided me with. Pretty sure the little pucks or receivers or whatever they are or just connected HDMI and then a small pin for power

    @RogersHelps Your customer care team are useless. I have wasted 5 hours talking to people in India. The connection is poor, calls drop, and escalation gives you another useless person who won't help. I need them to go through 2 years worth of bills on both accounts. Anna is useless too.

    @canmericanized @Rogers @CRTCeng try Bell, then Telus etc. They are relentless. If anyone ever calls claiming to be a company (utilities, bank etc), never call back the number they give you. Look at your bill or card & call that number. 2/2

    Watching Global News tonight, I see that @Rogers is still allowing fraudsters to access customer accounts. In 2023, I called a supposed Rogers number and reached a fraudster who either worked for Rogers or had hacked their system. @Rogers didnโ€™t care. Said it wasnโ€™t fraud.
