WTF @Shawhelp someone from there calls me with a decent deal for Internet/cable. I’m on the train so I ask them to call my wife instead. They never call. I try and contact you guys when I’m back from vacation and no one has a goddamn clue 🤬

@xeviuss @ShawInfo Yea what happened was Telus put in new underground lines in the area and destroyed the existing ones, so now Shaw had to place overhead line to bypass the damage. They also had to replace it once due to cold weather
