I’m two weeks away from my move and still haven’t been able to sort out transferring my internet services. It should be simple, right? But your website takes me in circles and the person I tried to chat on line was no help.

Now TELUS has these services and Rogers with Shaw does not. @Rogers Customer service should not be a hardship on hold … no clue whether we will wait hours😟

Shaw/Rogers has stated that their internet infrastructure in my community is unable to provide the 2Gbps download speeds during peak times. 50% to 70% bandwidth loss in peak times. But charging people for it.

It died doing it's duty; providing me with high speed internet access both via internet and Wi-Fi. *sob* I am forever grateful for its service and will cherish the memories we made.

When I called and got through to someone, the lady was lovely. Transferred me to customer service and it was closed.
