ChiefBadger 37-25-9 (@Harpe97) reported from Beaumont, Alberta@ellraekrkr @jkenney @ShawInfo It’s still a huge issue in 2020, but not talked about much. Until this happens, I’ll die on this hill. Basic needs man, basic needs. Canada 🇨🇦, great country, to a degree. Wifi for everyone! Like Oprah.
-
Jody Klassen (@bellasugarsega) reported from Leduc, Alberta@Shawhelp your service is terrible. I’m two weeks away from my move and still haven’t been able to sort out transferring my internet services. It should be simple, right? But your website takes me in circles and the person I tried to chat on line was no help.

-
b ☾ (@brandobrennan) reported@Shawhelp Sadly this is 2 days in a row of trying, and today is the last day of the billing cycle, so if I miss it I believe I’ll be double billed essentially. Sad that I have already wasted 5 hours on hold between the last 2 days. Quite disappointed as a loyal customer.

Common Sense Politics Please (@laxbird) reportedYou just have to love the ****** @Shawhelp service. They give you chat service that doesn't work for Shaw. Then give you a number that doesn't have service. How are you suppose to contact these people.

Heldy (@HeldyCarvalho) reported@Shawhelp @Rogers @RogersHelps I have been with Shaw 10+ years. They used to use automatic card updating services that update expiry dates automatically. Rogers does not use that. Does not notify users. Just charges them $70. At least tell users that service is removed.

stacey brotzel (@staceybrotzel) reported@Shawhelp I am a very unhappy customer. Spent one hour on the chat line waiting for customer service agent. Then he said he couldn’t help me and a phone. When I called and got through to someone, the lady was lovely. Transferred me to customer service and it was closed.

Heldy (@HeldyCarvalho) reported@Shawhelp Thanks. I have been trying to use the chat since 9AM. The auto log out feature every 10 minutes is brutal when you have to hold for support for at least hours. The only reason I stayed with Shaw is because you have had better support than Telus, historically.
