@CRTCeng @Rogers @ShawInfo So shaw satellite will be affected.. great add another 40 bucks on top of we already pay.. and I thought the CRTC was here to help the consumers and stop **** like this.. like how YOU were going to help reduce cell phone bills THAT HAS YET TO HAPPEN.

@Shawhelp I guess its the norm here every month we have to put up with some kind of outage. Shaw never offer compensation. I wonder how many times a year @TELUS is out in the Peace

Dear @shawhelp, why are you so unreasonable and unhelpful to longstanding customers stranded outside BC by Covid and insisting on making us pay for internet we can't use instead of kindly suspending our service until we can get back?

@Shawhelp It's not an account issue. The fibre+ gateway 2 doesnt allow port forwarding thru the IP like most modems. It directs you to the app, which is hit or miss showing devices that are connected. Port forwarding should take 5 minutes. Forwarding by device is silly
