    @ShawInfo 48hrs with no internet or phones for my business. Not even so much as an update from Shaw. Never experienced such disregard for small business. Shaw on notice breach of contract and my firm will be cancelling your “service” unless immediate rectified. Brutal.

    @Shawhelp Is there an outage in surrey. My wifi just stopped working out of the blue. Tried to unplug and restart but no luck

    Another hour online with @Shawhelp trying to solve a three week long wifi issue that a tech and his supervisor identified as “interference at the road box”. She reset the modem and bla bla bla. Worked great for an hour then boom 37kbps!!!! Just waiting for someone to care!! #help

    @EmergencyInfoBC @Shawhelp The emergency broadcast test today seems to have knocked my Shaw Gateway offline for a minute before very briefly flashing the emergency message on the TV (too quickly to read). Looks like this needs some more work/testing.

    @Shawhelp I've had spotty internet that cost me $120+/mo and scheduled 2 technician visits both were NO SHOWS. The 2nd was today which I double confirmed but just received a survey asking for my experience when nbd came. Worst customer exp of my life. Will be canceling my account

    @ShawInfo Why can't you mail my TV bill? For a year none received. Online account says eBill Inactive. Contacted customer service many times, said I should be receiving it. No you can't blame Canada Post as my Shaw Internet bill was delivered just fine during the same time.

    @Shawhelp Thompson Manitoba has been experiencing network problems for over a week now. With kids going back to online learning, this is not acceptable. So much for taking care of your customers.
