    @CalgaryBluesky @ShawInfo They did that for me too, but the service was so bad when Shaw called me and offered me money to come back I agreed. Then Telus sent me a cheque to cover the free credit they gave me that I didn't use.

    Have never in my life experienced such horrible customer service from a company when trying to access technical support. @Shawhelp @ShawInfo you just permanently lost a customer tonight.

    @Shawhelp As the earlier screenshot shows, your chat support person says that it does include “reduced speed” and the fact that the account pages says such is a “glitch”. So which is it? If there is reduced speed after 1 GB, why don’t I have ANY data connection?
