@Shawhelp finally clued in to the problem with my smart plugs not working.. After whatever update was done to my xb7 modem not allowing me to change WiFi settings they stopped working. Ended up shutting off the 2.4 ghz WiFi radio and running my own AP for 2.4ghz. All works now

@Shawhelp It’s AT collections. I already had to speak with a customer representative who tried to gaslight me. It’s already had a closer look. It’s the fact that it happened due to awful communication from a COMMUNICATIONS company that’s infuriating. Do better #awfulcustomerservice

@Shawhelp I appreciate the help, but i've already tried. The only response i've had is wanting to send out a tech. Not only do i not have time for that, but this 100% does not sound like it's my house connection.

@Shawhelp can you let your team know that the blue curve tv menu is still wonky and full of blank boxes? Please don't ask me to contact tech support. I've spent 3-4 nights speaking to them in the last 2 weeks with unsolved issues. Thanks.

@kel_varn @Shawhelp Oh good to know. Nothing is fixed tho and they just keep pointing me over to chat with tech support... One can only talk to tech support so many times in a week.

@Shawhelp Having problems in Vancouver with Gateway. Super slow, buggy, channels displaying incorrectly or not at all. Have cycled power and done system refresh, have unscrewed cables. Any known issues in my area?

@Noosiekins @Shawhelp I don’t think you are the only one with that issue.

@Shawhelp Can it be on your support page? We should be getting credit.

@Shawhelp Have a look through your tweets….this is happening to a bunch of people. How does this get fixed? Not an article for me to read through with ideas that never woke. I’d like a solution! I have my tv currently in a system refresh but so far nothing has worked. Very frustrated!
