    @Autumblues @Shawhelp eventually I can get thru but it does take a while I waited on hold for 15 minutes but then I gave up. decided to watch stuff I own since I can't even stream. the outage started just before noon today

    @Shawhelp today is the third day I have been trying to contact your technical support and it is heartbreaking. On one of those days I waited on the call for over 5 hours and no one answered. Can someone reach out to me please? Thank you.

    The service from @Shawhelp has gone downhill since @Rogers took over. Tired of the increasing costs, and poor service. Constantly dealing with “connection issues” on my TV. Long wait times for assistance from @RogersHelps and no help. UGH. What are the alternatives out there?!
