    I seriously recommend that people NOT get services with @Shawhelp. They don't keep their word and customer service is atrocious. Telus is your better option.

    @ShawInfo There's a reason behind the generic design of a thin rectangle in electronics. It's to allow the heat to spread and disappait. This unit is not designed as such so no wonder it sucks at regulating it's internal temperature.

    @Shawhelp I went through that last night, these are the speeds I’m getting sitting right in front of the modem. I, just had it installed yesterday so it shouldn’t have needed the reset. (The reset got my just enough more speed to get onto the router login and change the name of the 5g)

    @Shawhelp Yes, it’s latest iOS 12.0.1 Taping of any input is making black screen and crashing app. Chat button and support button though are working ok. So the issue is the only with log in process / inputs [email & password]

    @Shawhelp Fixed it myself by rebooting PVR but this happens way too often, 2 + times a week. Go away for a few days, come home to missed shows. Your unstable system / hardware/ software, or whatever makes your @ShawInfo TV product hang (requiring unplug reboot) is way past unacceptable.

    @alexandreitpro @FreedomMobile @ShawInfo If this is related to Internet service from shaw, it's out of the control of freedom mobile. You will then need to have shaw diagnose such problems. However if it's related to the shaw wifi hotspots and all, again, this isn't a freedom problem, more to do with shaw.
