  @TerryPlatt5 @TELUS @Shawhelp I had a similar problem when I had Shaw. Turns out old cable has impedance that isn’t compatible with modern digital equipment. Not all technicians know that.

  @Shawhelp Actually there is no point. You can train your support to recognize, appreciate and value long terms customers. I was actually surprised how greedy Shaw is. The big kicker was charging my in laws more money for internet 15 than I pay for my 300 internet.

On top of that Canadians couldn't watch the Hlinka Gretzky Cup Gold Medal Hockey Game on Saturday without buying a special package, regular cable didn't carry it! How pathetic is that!
