    @adymitruk @Shawhelp cable technology is limited they can't provide symmetrical speed and shaw is the worst provider price/bandwidth wise in Canada.

    Dealt with Shaw for forty yrs and thought would give Telus a try on a new service. BIG MISTAKE ! Mon. I called C/ S they told me they would call me in 48 hours or less to deal with problem. No call. @TELUS @Shawhelp Telus customer service offshore. Shaw is in Canada.

    . @VMediaTV my service was disconnected 18days before actual date.I’ve been internetless for 24+ hours.Response is it’s in @ShawHelp hands now. I’m stuck trying to work during hard times and can’t. Poor service and would not recommend either isp.

    Great. @ShawInfo cable tv down and next available support is next Saturday. No tv for a week would be okay, if I was at school, but it’s Spring Break!!! Time to rethink cable tv and go interwebby.

    I change my internet provider Telus to Shaw on the 15 Feb 2020. Shaw said we fill a form and send it on the 24 Feb 2020, but the Telus said there is no request from Shaw. @Shawhelp @ShawInfo @TELUS . Please talk to each other guys I need a solution. It is your miscommunication.

    @Shawhelp this Bluecurve PVR is crap. Trying to rewind or fast forward recorded shows is near impossible. It freezes & jumps forward erratically, plus the dropping of sound while watching recordings I messaged you about a few days ago is still happening. Please fix this!

    There’s nothing like watching a really intense scene in a movie and getting the notification that your bandwidth isn’t enough or you’re having connectivity issues @Shawhelp, every night this week. I’ve had uninterrupted service for over 10 years and now this.

    @Shawhelp Just the one box and it's wireless (Bluecurve). The problem only arises on recordings, not with real-time broadcasts.

    @danat8n @Shawhelp Strange. I’ve rebooted the modem twice now and still having the same problem. Issue is the same on my laptop as well. Even went to my sister’s and tried her wifi (also Shaw) and it didn’t work there either.

    Follow-up. It took a while, but @ShawHelp kept a customer today because their text chat people were able to get me a customer loyalty offer that will help me mitigate those changes. It’s good when Level 1 can talk to Level 2 in a timely fashion. :-)

    I cancelled my Shaw account last week, the equipment was used junk, it didn’t work at all.....even their website is annoying to navigate.....it’s time to open the 🇨🇦 market to US based telecom companies....Shaw, Telus, Bell, and Rogers are all terrible @Shawhelp @CRTCeng @POTUS
