It freezes & jumps forward erratically, plus the dropping of sound while watching recordings I messaged you about a few days ago is still happening. Please fix this!

They ordered the wrong one and now have to wait even longer. Wont allow us to pick it up ourselves! #Shaw #poorservice

I spoke to an agent and was told that my charges could change month to month unless I sign a contract. It's to allow the heat to spread and disappait. This unit is not designed as such so no wonder it sucks at regulating it's internal temperature.
