Again loses connection every now n then. I work from home. Hampering my work. Tech is scheduled for May 10. Should I close my work till then?

I was actually surprised how greedy Shaw is. The big kicker was charging my in laws more money for internet 15 than I pay for my 300 internet.

Issue is the same on my laptop as well. Even went to my sister’s and tried her wifi (also Shaw) and it didn’t work there either.

I spoke to an agent and was told that my charges could change month to month unless I sign a contract. Now TELUS has these services and Rogers with Shaw does not. @Rogers Customer service should not be a hardship on hold … no clue whether we will wait hours😟

Shaw Cable has horrible customer service and no respect for long time customers all they want is your money. I blame it on the merger with even more greedy Rogers customers are just a number now

Absolutely the worst internet service ever, the customer service team are very impatient, and the prices are terrible. I am a Rogers user and do not recommend anyone to use @Rogers
