Shaw said we fill a form and send it on the 24 Feb 2020, but the Telus said there is no request from Shaw. @Shawhelp @ShawInfo @TELUS . Please talk to each other guys I need a solution. It is your miscommunication.

I called C/ S they told me they would call me in 48 hours or less to deal with problem. No call. @TELUS @Shawhelp Telus customer service offshore. Shaw is in Canada.

It freezes & jumps forward erratically, plus the dropping of sound while watching recordings I messaged you about a few days ago is still happening. Please fix this!

I’ve had the problem you describe when my inbox was full. I can’t delete messages from webmail my devices, but I can delete emails from webmail on my desktop.

Bryan Leitch (@Bryan_Leitch) reported@TrustTheHoff @FelixLaPoubelle @Shawhelp For me, the Shaw & SN Now apps stream perfect. I only notice the pixelation on my BlueCurve boxes. It’s just something they can’t or won’t fix. Shaw told me it was a channel frequency issue. Since it started in November when Shaw put 4K up, I’m guessing it’s a bandwidth issue.
