Canuckisland (@KShanmcc) reported@Shawhelp I just got a replacement remote, URC2020. Was able to set up the TV part to turn on and off but nothing else works. No guide, no volume nothing. I looked at the website found no help. Any suggestions? Thanks

It's a desperation move to become a squeaky enough wheel to get this looked after. At least 3 other businesses are affected by these issues in the same area.
