Issue wifi router keeps shutting down chatting with tech since 8:30 am hands off to another tech have to start all over again next tech does the same. Still not working at 14:00. Called @TELUSsupport making the switch.

I left my phone # on the door to call me when he arrived so I could let him in but instead he left a “sorry I missed you” card and left. Not cool👎🏻
