    Dear @ShawInfo. This is it. We are breaking up. Your lack of customer service, your old equipment, your phone operators in Belize/Pakistan, now an agent who has told me to monitor an outage of tv and internet for “I don’t know, a few days” is disgusting. #yeg

    @ShawInfo you’re the worst. Spent 90 min on your chat line wondering if I can get our 5 year old hardware upgraded (so buttons work) and a better price, only to be told that we need a channel “make-over” and that deals take time to create. Switching providers.

    @Shawhelp Bluecurve sucks! No programmable DVR app. Rewind to a previous point in a program and it starts where the rewind began! Useless!!! Frustrating piece of ****!!
