Neil (@nm_nvan) reportedMy grandfather just moved, and has been getting ****** around by Shaw. They've missed or cancelled 4 install time slots. Nothing they can do. Maybe they'll be there Saturday, they say. Maybe not. Pretty unhappy with the service, @Shawhelp.

He was calm, confident, patient, knowledgeable, empathetic. Within a minute I knew he’d fix our issue and he did better than that.

Does that mean they value us less as customers or they’re just sneaky about changing contract?
