Lol our Wi-Fi literally doesn’t work since we moved in and we call @TELUSsupport and they come here and the same old ****. Literally being robbed of my money every month from these crooks. Should have went with @ShawDirect @ShawInfo

My mom is WFH and she has had to use two sick days already. How is this acceptable? There has been no urgency shown to help us get our services back. What kind of company is this? @Shawhelp

@Shawhelp what is going on with your Internet service in Calgary, specifically Whitehorn? It's been going down daily for the better part of a week. When I call in they just say there's an issue in my area, but it's not getting any better. Hard to WFH when my ISP doesn't work!

@Shawhelp No, I fixed it by unplugging the tv box...........AGAIN. Thinking about taking Shaw to small claims court once a month....$25 for each time I have to unplug the box or reset the modem for something that was YOUR problem Over the last 3 months it would be around $500.

Almost 48 hours with no internet or TV. I'm super disappointed with @ShawInfo @Shawhelp. I know they don't care and they will most likely not compensate me for all this time with no service. I understand equipment can break but there is no reason to wait this long for a fix. 🤬

@Shawhelp 1.5 years ago you people 'inspired' several others to offer Minecraft hosting services to me, a PWD, since you at Shaw were expose and proven to be randomly blocking people from a certain Burnaby node. RUDE! Never gonna forgive ya for that, especially as a PWD stuck at home.

@ShawInfo Had a hell of a time in Langdon Alberta getting my phone to stay in the Nationwide LTE network instead of a dead Shaw Mobile one last night. First time attempting to use the extended network on my iPhone. Otherwise still quite happy to be saving lots of money

@gary_townsend @Shawhelp Did that make you feel better to butt in with a jackass comment about something that doesn’t concern you?? I am talking about service problems that have gone on daily for months.
