@Shawhelp It's too bad, you should be proactive, given the price is the same, there's no additional input cost for Shaw, and you have a happier client. Might offset some if the damage being done to Shaw's rep due to the customer service roll-back over the last few years. #shareholdersfirst

@Shawhelp you guys have gone from heroes to zeroes on customer service. My chat queue estimate expired fifteen minutes ago. Where are all the cheerful people I used to talk to on the phone who worked here in Victoria.

@wingsnation @Shawhelp @ShawInfo Agreed. Completely untrained on the equipment. Know nothing about which modem works with the tv etc. And yes, why are they all in Belize? One girl said she was in Edmonton then admitted she was really in the Caribbean. #fail
