    @ShawInfo can I get a bill sent to me? Over the last two weeks I’ve been on hold for over 8 hours and no one can open my account so I can see a bill. It’s been three months and I’ve never received one bill. Just emails demanding payment. I want to see a bill! Please do something!

    @ShawInfo I have no idea how you stay in business! I’ve been on hold now for over 30 minutes waiting for an agent to upgrade my internet and nobody is answering the “live chat”. Tough to stay loyal when your coverage AND service both suck!

    @Shawhelp I signed up for Shaw last week but keep getting bumped off internet. I'm on chat for help and I've been on here over 45 min but 2 agents have had to go off their shift or on their breaks. So I'm not getting helped. I don't get this service.

    Hey @Shawhelp , your upload rate constantly dipping to 0 is making my career as a streamer really, REALLY difficult. We have replaced modems, cables, routers, everything. Whatever the issue is, it is between here and @Twitch , and I'd really love if you'd fix it. Please?
