I've had service complaints in with @Shawhelp since Blue Curve was installed in October.... filed a Better Business Bureau complaint tonight, not holding us to a contract when #Shaw doesn't supply the service you've paid for. Telus it is

    @CanucksIn4 @Shawhelp Way better. My internet and WiFi used to drop all the time with Shaw and they kept blaming me for it. I switched to Telus because they put in an extender and fixed the issue. Never going back. I game quite a bit and it's way better.

    @Shawhelp after 2 hrs and 23 mins on hold for customer services for a billing issue, I get a message 'we are experiencing technical problems and cannot complete this call'...click! I know you are experiencing tech problems but is this affecting Customer Services contact as well

    @StephL2014 @Shawhelp On the phone with Telus now, we are getting Optik TV installed.... I've been on the phone with Shaw every few weeks since we had this crap installed in October. It's awful.
