@ShawInfo my 84 yr old mother was charged $300 for cable box 5 days after cancelling service. Waiting 11 weeks now for refund box returned 1 week after cancellation. Way to go jerks! #shittyservice #bigtelecom

Shaw informed me I need to upgrade my TV box or I'll lose channels. Guess what - with the "upgrade" I lost a bunch of channels. After dealing w/ Shaw for 8 hours on chat/phone, issue is still not resolved. Thanks for the downgrade @ShawInfo - still waiting for a call from you!

The new voice controlled Shaw TV is the crappiest system I've ever used. Poor quality(macroblocking), horrible interface, duplicate recordings, audio & video dropouts. Just horrible. I'm seriously considering dropping it. @ShawInfo @Shawhelp

@Shawhelp not sure what's going on. But for a week my internet has been good for about 6 hours or so. Then late at night it goes to crap. Wifi is on and can connect to modem but have no internet access. Started last Monday and was good until Friday.

@Shawhelp Thank you for the reply. It still makes no sense. Your FAQ alledges that blackouts help to generate revenue for local teams. There is obviously some other motivation here because only ppl who CANNOT POSSIBLY go to the game are blacked out.
