@ShawInfo my 84 yr old mother was charged $300 for cable box 5 days after cancelling service. Waiting 11 weeks now for refund box returned 1 week after cancellation. Way to go jerks! #shittyservice #bigtelecom

The new voice controlled Shaw TV is the crappiest system I've ever used. Poor quality(macroblocking), horrible interface, duplicate recordings, audio & video dropouts. Just horrible. I'm seriously considering dropping it. @ShawInfo @Shawhelp

Shaw informed me I need to upgrade my TV box or I'll lose channels. Guess what - with the "upgrade" I lost a bunch of channels. After dealing w/ Shaw for 8 hours on chat/phone, issue is still not resolved. Thanks for the downgrade @ShawInfo - still waiting for a call from you!

Just had a @ShawInfo customer chat representative tell me my 2-year internet agreement at $65 per mth 1st yr and $95 per mth 2nd yr was a "deep discount which I should enjoy." (Their words exactly). Considering their current offerings, I both feel both #rippedoff & #punkedoff!

@Shawhelp Hi there, BlueCurve TV is cutting in and out in Edmonton (not in area listed as having an outage on your website though). We've done the troubleshooting so am thinking there may be another outage? Tried phoning first but the automated phone system told me to message you- thanks!
