Call backs take hours and they don't give you a chance to say hi before they hang up when they do call back. Do not use Shaw. @Shawhelp

(Their words exactly). Considering their current offerings, I both feel both #rippedoff & #punkedoff!

Release the files (@BlackBlazeE) reportedNo stream today as the internet issues are back. Weirdly consistent numbers on up/down speeds, and ping when this happens. Almost like @ShawInfo is throttling our connection.
