Was caught in an online chat with them 2.5 hours to get an answer to a question that could have taken 5 minutes over the phone. Then I had no way to lodge a formal complaint about my experience.

The DM and trouble shooting is their way of placating pissed off customers but never a resolve. When it is so wide spread how can problem be in individual houses.
