Was caught in an online chat with them 2.5 hours to get an answer to a question that could have taken 5 minutes over the phone. Then I had no way to lodge a formal complaint about my experience.

Yes I called customer service and turning on and off the router/restarting gateway can help. But surely I shouldn't have to do this every week?
