@TELUSsupport I have been doing that for over 8 weeks!! Same problem existed and no one knows how to fix it!! 3 modems, many phone calls, was just on the phone with a technician again, after we hung up it died again @Shawhelp

@TELUSsupport I can not believe after 8 weeks, 3 modems, 5 service tech visits and numerous phone calls I STILL don’t have wifi. Unbelievable bad service. @Shawhelp @TELUS

@GlenMah @ShawInfo @Shawhelp Shaw is a joke. I was told(many times) that during Covid pay as much as you can, since I had Covid, and they would never cancel anyone during this time. They closed my acct & charged me 350 cancelation fee. I had to resign up or I wouldn’t get my 350 fee back. Disgusting.

Signed up for @shawinfo on Wednesday. Service doesn’t work. Technician was 3 hours early yesterday and now was on the phone for 1.5 hours all to say sorry we can’t get a tech out until next Friday. Great start for a new customer. #Bushleague. Maybe @TELUS can provide better care.

Hey @ShawInfo @Shawhelp nice sales tactics upselling service to my elderly father-in-law, who said he didn't want anything changed with his services, but for some reason your sales person changed his plan and other services. Preying on the elderly is disgusting.😡
