@TELUSsupport I have been doing that for over 8 weeks!! Same problem existed and no one knows how to fix it!! 3 modems, many phone calls, was just on the phone with a technician again, after we hung up it died again @Shawhelp

@TELUSsupport I can not believe after 8 weeks, 3 modems, 5 service tech visits and numerous phone calls I STILL don’t have wifi. Unbelievable bad service. @Shawhelp @TELUS

@Shawhelp do you guys get off on randomly restarting **** in the middle of the night? My modem has desynced multiple times tonight and it's YOUR fault. I'm trying to do some work. Maybe ******* announce your outages. Man I can't wait till Rogers fires all of your useless asses.

@Shawhelp I have spoken to 4 Customer Service reps, 1 Royalty rep and one manager. No one is willing to do anything. Going to media next. RANTING & VENTING…. I have always been a strong supporter of Shaw for tv/internet. Went to renew in May my bill went up almost $50. No more Loyalty

@Shawhelp The problem is not with WiFi. It is a lack of mobile signal. It's really weak, and never connects at 4G speeds as your coverage map indicates.
