@TELUSsupport I can not believe after 8 weeks, 3 modems, 5 service tech visits and numerous phone calls I STILL don’t have wifi. Unbelievable bad service. @Shawhelp @TELUS

@Shawhelp Thanks for responding Tom but I tried that “Live Chat” talking to a computer! Even the phone number that appears when I google your number is incorrect. Wth?? I finally got the 1-800 number and there I sat for hours. How archaic is this? Putting us on ignore has never worked. 😞

@Shawhelp ... your payment system charged me 680 bucks on top of what I paid to your rep over chat .. now I have to deal with the headache of canceling charges with them. If your payment system is down just say its down instead of attempting to take it 4 times

@Outroupistache1 I agree with you Telus sucks when I was with them they were rude unkind and never helpful since switching to @Shawhelp they have been kind been getting awesome service even with @RogersHelps never been happy with these two companies!.

@Shawhelp Our internet has been dropping for the last 2 weeks and you won't give us a credit on our account, and we still have to wait til the end of the week for a tech to get out here to try to fix it. Can't wait for our contract to be up so we can switch providers.
