Thank you, Jeannette. You are a valuable employee and @ShawInfo should be grateful to have people like you in customer service. Unlike the sales team that looted my 88 year old Mum who said she didn’t watch that many games anyway. (So why the upsell on the internet pkg?)

Another disappointing customer service experience with @ShawInfo. Cable down for the second time in 3 weeks and unable to send service until Friday. Will miss local news and live sports for the next 3 nights I guess. Unacceptable.

Never angrier than on behalf of another: rel of ours (not on social media) jst said @ShawInfo hung up when put rep on hold for less than a min, 2 cross room 2 get a bill! How many hrs has Shaw made us wait on hold! Gawd 4bid it has to wait 60secs! Shaw used to have good service!
