    @Shawhelp we have had multiple people out . Lines from the pole have been replaced, all lines at the office have been replaced, modem has been replaced, it's not our location, everyone on our street is having the same issue and nobody is getting anywhere talking to shaw support.

    @Shawhelp is there an internet outage in Calgary? I live in the SW of the city and our wifi has been down for most of the morning now and I’ve tried to reset the router twice
