@ShawInfo With now being told sorry all those other people lied to us. Even though clearly documented. Ooops their bad. The bill is now this. Suck is up or cancel. They will be kind and not charge the cancellation fee. I was told that I couldn’t talk to a manager yesterday

@Melnychuk86 Meanwhile, for about $20 more than the standard price (without Sasktel bundles or specials) I'm getting 1gbps down/ 100mbps up with @Shawhelp over coax with no special equipment or install. Imagine if @Sasktel were actually trying to be competitive?

@Shawhelp Yes, the original one stopped working after two days. Fortunately I hadn’t sent my old one back yet so we reconnected that until the service call today. The new one is all set up and seems to be working fine. Fingers crossed there’s no more problems.

@ShawInfo Please let me tell you about Shaw. You are the worst company I have ever dealt with ever. In the matter of 3 months I have had to contact you 6 times over billing issues dealing with old promo codes ( that’s what I’m being told now) Just reactivating pricing I had with you since
