There is a fibre optic line issue and they have the service company Nokia on the way to assess the issue. If they have to replace hardware then the connection will go down completely for a while but they don’t know that yet

WWE Network no longer exists in USA, but still does in Canada & elsewhere globally. So I don't know WHO I'd contact to find this out. SHAW should really have a dedicated web page regarding similar issues.
