There is a fibre optic line issue and they have the service company Nokia on the way to assess the issue. If they have to replace hardware then the connection will go down completely for a while but they don’t know that yet

Helpful phone tech tried for 30 minutes. Concluded I need a service call. Earliest available is Sunday. Down 3 days. Brutal.

Somehow I was not just sent the wrong modem, but when the correct one was shipped and I was ready to install my order is cancelled. Your customer care team did not seem to care. @TELUS help!

Shaw insists I return modem by Canada Post.I explained that was not possible, I was told Canada Post was only option.
