    @Shawhelp @Mcfulton5 Hey Grace me again, this happens every Sunday at the end of the Sunday Night Football game. If Shaws back end team hasn’t figured out a fix by now there’s a bigger internal issue. All a customer wants to know now is what compensation can we expect on next months bill?

    All I wanted today @ShawInfo was to watch 2 football games and Canucks. Your first loss of signal came with 2min left in the 1st game; your 2nd interruption of service happened as OT was about to begin in Game 2; you won’t even allow me to watch the Canucks at all. Thanks

    @Shawhelp Sorry doesn’t cut it anymore. 2 years as a Shaw Customer; every day I have 20-30 drops in service or significant outages. Shaw’s service is the worst I’ve had in 30 years of having cable/internet.
