There is a fibre optic line issue and they have the service company Nokia on the way to assess the issue. If they have to replace hardware then the connection will go down completely for a while but they don’t know that yet

We here at the Black Blaze Collective assume that either the @TheJusticeDept is once again trying to stop us, or that Rogers/Shaw also defends pedos. Now TELUS has these services and Rogers with Shaw does not. @Rogers Customer service should not be a hardship on hold … no clue whether we will wait hours😟
