So frustrated with @Shawhelp today. Cable and Internet both went down for over an hour. Internet back at 50% speed and cable is still out. Earliest appointment for a tech to check it out is January 16th(!!). Service outages apparently get slotted into “standard” service calls 👎🏻

@Shawhelp Shaw Virtual Assistant is buggy. 20 minutes with John to have the system crash. Then password process would load with Xavier. Fix your 《expletive》

Above are my DMs with @ShawInfo these do not include my conversation with the company they hire to take their customer calls which is GATESTONEco whom pays me via Shaw Communications Canada I cannot believe this happened to me I been scammed before but never by a company this big

Putting in like 15 requests to @ShawInfo’s DigShaw system because they inexplicably refuse to use the already existing and superior provincial OneCall system run by @Utility_Safety. Maybe the Rogers merger will finally shut down this silly redundancy?
