Ryan Veldkamp (@RyanV86) reported from Sylvan Lake, AlbertaSo frustrated with @Shawhelp today. Cable and Internet both went down for over an hour. Internet back at 50% speed and cable is still out. Earliest appointment for a tech to check it out is January 16th(!!). Service outages apparently get slotted into “standard” service calls 👎🏻

Marty Chan (@Marty_Chan) reported@Shawhelp Is there an outage in Edmonton? I am in Forest Heights and my internet is out. I rebooted the router twice. No luck.
-
Lindsay I.R Wiebe (@LindsayWiebeRD) reported@Shawhelp - I pay internet just to have it cut out for close to an hour every day when I come home from work. If this continues, I’m going to ask for a discounted rate, or change providers to either @Bell or @TELUS. $110 dollars for this kind of service is uncalled for.
-
Alex Deggs (@Alex_Deggs) reported@Shawhelp I can no longer access the Xfinity app to view my security cameras ever since this single sign on update. I have tried different devices and it’s the same. It keeps taking me back to the sign in page after entering my credentials. Please help asap

Release the files (@BlackBlazeE) reportedNo stream today as the internet issues are back. Weirdly consistent numbers on up/down speeds, and ping when this happens. Almost like @ShawInfo is throttling our connection.

Ugabug (@MaryPChipman) reported@Shawhelp Now that there's no cable anymore, is the TV signal going to cut out whenever - like now? Our WiFi was fine.
-
Ugabug (@MaryPChipman) reported@Shawhelp But it's time consuming, the TV settings show our WiFi signal is strong & everything else in the house works, so why should I? It's just the tech concept is faulty.
