@pgalesloot @Shawhelp Hey Patrick. I called Shaw Tech and got a better answer. There is a fibre optic line issue and they have the service company Nokia on the way to assess the issue. If they have to replace hardware then the connection will go down completely for a while but they don’t know that yet

@ShawInfo needs to do better. They refused to send a technician out and now we have to freeze overnight because our internet won't work which controls our heat. They refuse to do anything to help.

@Shawhelp once again, watching Sunday night football on 114, right at 8:30 I lose the signal and my tv box displays some error code. It happens every week. I bet it stops when the football season does. It is clearly Shaw's fault. I will contact the CRTC again if I have to.
