    @pgalesloot @Shawhelp Hey Patrick. I called Shaw Tech and got a better answer. There is a fibre optic line issue and they have the service company Nokia on the way to assess the issue. If they have to replace hardware then the connection will go down completely for a while but they don’t know that yet

    @Shawhelp seriously ticked off about how you have locked down WiFi settings in the blue curve gateways, some people need to be able to change these settings, I have customers calling me because their smart devices will no longer connect because we can't separate 2.4 and 5ghz...

    @Shawhelp @ShawInfo 's chat support on the website has to be the worst think I've ever experienced. Requested to restart modem, asked if it'll auto reconnect to us, they reply yes. Come back and agent closed conversation. Open with new agent, ask if he can read the previous convo
