Today's #rogersoutage is yet another reason the government needs to divest @FreedomMobile from any sale of @ShawInfo. While all @Rogers brands including #chatr #fido are down, freedom customers have service because it's a separate network still.

@Mark_Goldberg @ShawInfo Good for people in AB & B.C. that can and want to bundle. But not focused on the underserved or accessibility. Have to have a fixed service, qualify. And accept zoned plan limitations. If you followed the Wireless Industry Review closely @TD_Canada these were some of key points.

@saphzsaphz @Shawhelp The first time it happened I was without local channels for 4 days. I was on the line with tech support for 2 hrs. I gave up and made an in home appt but it corrected itself the morning they were supposed to come. I don't want to spend 2 hrs on chat at this point. Thanks though

@ShawInfo Shaw came out to fix my neighbours internet yesterday and knocked out my internet in the process. Now I’m getting the run around and the soonest a tech can come out is the 6th. Family needs the internet for work what a joke this company is. @Telus what says you?
