Today's #rogersoutage is yet another reason the government needs to divest @FreedomMobile from any sale of @ShawInfo. While all @Rogers brands including #chatr #fido are down, freedom customers have service because it's a separate network still.

@Mark_Goldberg @ShawInfo Good for people in AB & B.C. that can and want to bundle. But not focused on the underserved or accessibility. Have to have a fixed service, qualify. And accept zoned plan limitations. If you followed the Wireless Industry Review closely @TD_Canada these were some of key points.

@ShawInfo Shaw is literally screwing customers over for sending a faulty modem to a new customer. My wifi has been disconnecting by itself for 6-7 times in my first week of using Shaw. I literally changed to Shaw because of the issue my older provider had. Now they are saying -

Took me 37:02 on the phone to cancel my service -- the vast majority of it on hold. Two different employees asked my reasons for cancelling etc, but couldn't help. Oh, and the on-hold music cuts in and out with static. Just a real class organization, @ShawInfo. #slowclap

Gah @Shawhelp your On Demand app is again doing that thing where it disconnects the stream 1/3 of the way through an episode and then nothing happens. If I restart, it starts me back at the beginning. I've watched the beginning of a show 3 times now. I'm done. This app is horrid
