  • DelroyDyer89
Delroy Dyer 🇻🇨🇨🇦 (@DelroyDyer89) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@ShawInfo needs to sell @FreedomMobile at a discount. They have neglected the network. It's unacceptable that in this day and age rain interrupts mobile data.

  • DelroyDyer89
Delroy Dyer 🇻🇨🇨🇦 (@DelroyDyer89) reported from Toronto, Ontario

Today's #rogersoutage is yet another reason the government needs to divest @FreedomMobile from any sale of @ShawInfo. While all @Rogers brands including #chatr #fido are down, freedom customers have service because it's a separate network still.

  • MisterJustinT
Justin T (@MisterJustinT) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@CM02051985 @smFISHMAN @ShawInfo Enter your info, it might redirect you to the Network. I get a Rogers pop up to enter my info, that might just be how it works for Shaw.

  • AlsoKnownAs_AA
Algis Akstinas (@AlsoKnownAs_AA) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@Mark_Goldberg @ShawInfo Good for people in AB & B.C. that can and want to bundle. But not focused on the underserved or accessibility. Have to have a fixed service, qualify. And accept zoned plan limitations. If you followed the Wireless Industry Review closely @TD_Canada these were some of key points.

@Shawhelp @oppp Hi there. Can you please tell me how I can connect to support. I’m unable to connect my Outlook (MS 365) subscription using Exchange ActiveSync with my MacBook. It works on my iPhone but not MacBook. Thanks.

  • McJohnson922
    Matthew Johnson (@McJohnson922) reported

@Shawhelp So yeah, you'll have to forgive me if I'm not particularly inclined to spend my Christmas Eve on the phone with tech support, with high chances of it being the same unhelpful support guy as last time.

  • TrinaMLee
    Trina M. Lee (@TrinaMLee) reported

@Shawhelp is there any reason why the Wi-Fi is cutting out repeatedly in stony plain? It’s been happening all weekend but got really bad this morning.

  • LindsayWiebeRD
    Lindsay I.R Wiebe (@LindsayWiebeRD) reported

Well, it’s Sunday afternoon and @Rogers and @Shawhelp never came through with a better plan, so it appears that my services will be discontinued tomorrow after making some calls to Costco’s internet, Teck savvy, Bell & Telus. If anyone has any suggestions on providers, send em.

  • Madelinenerd
Madelinenerdfighter from the @IamMADELINEpod (@Madelinenerd) reported

@Shawhelp I'm on hold with tech support as my internet is down. Do you have lower mainland outages?

  • JenniferKingsb6
Jennifer & Devina “The Ginja Ninja” 🇨🇦❤️🇺🇦 (@JenniferKingsb6) reported

Hey @Shawhelp , those of us in Port Moody/Coquitlam who are now at nearly 12+ hours without service(s) will be looking for a credit on our next bill! And whomever’s responsible for the outage should be penalized.

  • bc_2025_vision
    bc_2027 (@bc_2025_vision) reported

@Shawhelp The feedback form seems broken. I filled in the * fields and submitted .. error msg? I checked several times? Please fix form? How do I submit my concern to decision makers? Thank you.

  • LesIsMore1
    Les Stelmach 🇨🇦🇺🇦 (@LesIsMore1) reported

@slackerman10 @Shawhelp Any company (telcos, banks, util, etc) whose phone line REGULARLY says “we are experiencing higher than normal call volumes” is just short-staffing. They are optimizing cost over service. What is the maximum tolerance for a customer, etc. it’s obviously worse for oligopoly

  • RickAlsop
    Rick Alsop (@RickAlsop) reported

@Shawhelp Yes still issues as its not working

  • Jacob_Tecson431
    Jacob Tecson (@Jacob_Tecson431) reported

I’ve been with @Shawhelp for about 4 Years and haven’t had any issues until @Rogers took over. Absolutely the worst internet service ever, the customer service team are very impatient, and the prices are terrible. I am a Rogers user and do not recommend anyone to use @Rogers
