    Today's #rogersoutage is yet another reason the government needs to divest @FreedomMobile from any sale of @ShawInfo. While all @Rogers brands including #chatr #fido are down, freedom customers have service because it's a separate network still.

    @Mark_Goldberg @ShawInfo Good for people in AB & B.C. that can and want to bundle. But not focused on the underserved or accessibility. Have to have a fixed service, qualify. And accept zoned plan limitations. If you followed the Wireless Industry Review closely @TD_Canada these were some of key points.

    @Shawhelp question, I got a pod because a device (ring camera spotlight) had a low signal, I put the pod close to it, but the device will not connect to the pod, still goes to the main, other devices connect to it, any suggestions? Cheers

    Dear @ShawInfo, first you force me to get a new ISP, because you would not replace my broken router in a timely manner. This led to $2,000 in losses to me. Then you wouldn’t let me drop off my equipment. Instead, it traveled by > 100 km by mail, to be delivered 4 km from my home.

    @Shawhelp Over the past SIX MONTHS, I have called Shaw because since January, I have NOT RECEIVED MY MAILED SHAW bills for TV/Internet which I did not cancel and requested them. Last time, I was told no one had initiated the bills be mailed to me. This woman said she would and
