While all @Rogers brands including #chatr #fido are down, freedom customers have service because it's a separate network still.

Apparently we have an outage in our area. When I go on the website it says no outages. Not impressed Shaw it's been 24 hours with no help!

First you send a tech to my senior parents' house who 'fixed' their problem on Friday by cutting all of the lines going into their house and then swearing at them when he got over his head and couldn't fix it.
