Today's #rogersoutage is yet another reason the government needs to divest @FreedomMobile from any sale of @ShawInfo. While all @Rogers brands including #chatr #fido are down, freedom customers have service because it's a separate network still.

@CM02051985 @smFISHMAN @ShawInfo Enter your info, it might redirect you to the Network. I get a Rogers pop up to enter my info, that might just be how it works for Shaw.

@Mark_Goldberg @ShawInfo Good for people in AB & B.C. that can and want to bundle. But not focused on the underserved or accessibility. Have to have a fixed service, qualify. And accept zoned plan limitations. If you followed the Wireless Industry Review closely @TD_Canada these were some of key points.

@Shawhelp looks like I'm going to pack up my Shaw stuff and send it back to you tomorrow. Somehow I was not just sent the wrong modem, but when the correct one was shipped and I was ready to install my order is cancelled. Your customer care team did not seem to care. @TELUS help!

@Shawhelp - still waiting for a call. You told me yesterday this was prioritized…. If this is priority your customer service sucks!

@Shawhelp @_ThePrncss I go through the exact same issues with customer service (or lack thereof) Cmon Shaw, this is her livelihood. In a post-Covid world more of us are working from home and depend on the reliability of service.

I'm disappointed in myself that I was a loyal customer of @Shawhelp for so long. Finally took the plunge of switching internet providers to save over $30 a month. Shaw insists I return modem by Canada Post.I explained that was not possible, I was told Canada Post was only option.
