While all @Rogers brands including #chatr #fido are down, freedom customers have service because it's a separate network still.

This 'easy self-install' cost me a half-day & cost Rogers Shaw 3 hours of tech time, just so it could save a few bucks by not sending a techie. And we pay $$$$ for this.

Shaw/Rogers has stated that their internet infrastructure in my community is unable to provide the 2Gbps download speeds during peak times. 50% to 70% bandwidth loss in peak times. But charging people for it.

Iβm paying for the service I expected it to work. If not, I expect a discount on my bill this month because this is ridiculous.
