-
Algis Akstinas (@AlsoKnownAs_AA) reported from Toronto, Ontario@Mark_Goldberg @ShawInfo Good for people in AB & B.C. that can and want to bundle. But not focused on the underserved or accessibility. Have to have a fixed service, qualify. And accept zoned plan limitations. If you followed the Wireless Industry Review closely @TD_Canada these were some of key points.
-
Justin T (@MisterJustinT) reported from Toronto, Ontario@CM02051985 @smFISHMAN @ShawInfo Enter your info, it might redirect you to the Network. I get a Rogers pop up to enter my info, that might just be how it works for Shaw.
-
Shruti Shekar (@shruti_shekar) reported from Brampton, OntarioSome comments came out of the @ShawInfo Q2 2019 conference call with respect to the @CRTCeng review on the mobile wireless network #cdnpoli #telcom read here 👇🏽
-
Delroy Dyer 🇻🇨🇨🇦 (@DelroyDyer89) reported from Toronto, Ontario@ShawInfo needs to sell @FreedomMobile at a discount. They have neglected the network. It's unacceptable that in this day and age rain interrupts mobile data.
-
Delroy Dyer 🇻🇨🇨🇦 (@DelroyDyer89) reported from Toronto, OntarioToday's #rogersoutage is yet another reason the government needs to divest @FreedomMobile from any sale of @ShawInfo. While all @Rogers brands including #chatr #fido are down, freedom customers have service because it's a separate network still.

bc_2027 (@bc_2025_vision) reported@Shawhelp We really need wait times & callback from Rogers with Shaw support. We had this for > 10 years before it was stopped. Now TELUS has these services and Rogers with Shaw does not. @Rogers Customer service should not be a hardship on hold … no clue whether we will wait hours😟
-
Guy_Barnabe (@GuyBarnabe) reported@Shawhelp problems with ABC this morning in Winnipeg: XRE-031 37 This channel is temporarily unavailable…. Tried on multiple terminals and via Rogers watch-online website…
-
D (@superdaddoo) reportedPSA: Filed a CCTS complaint against @Rogers & Shaw (@ShawInfo) today. Shaw/Rogers has stated that their internet infrastructure in my community is unable to provide the 2Gbps download speeds during peak times. 50% to 70% bandwidth loss in peak times. But charging people for it.
-
Ender (@Endfx11) reported@Shawhelp is there an outage in East Saskatoon right now?
-
Bonnie Lee (@stitchlady) reported@M_S_Fricker @ShawInfo @RogersHelps The average time I've been on hold for tech support is 45 min+. Rogers doesn't want you to get any help from a human being - they want you to do everything online yourself despite the fact most tech problems can't be helped online. And the music sucks!
-
Dave (@Danrek77) reported@Shawhelp Like, I really had no reason to upgrade from 1 gigabit to 2 and this “delivery experience” and the subsequent support “experience” has me kind of convinced to just keep what I had and unwind the upgrade.
-
Ugabug (@MaryPChipman) reported@Shawhelp It's ONLY the TV box. I go on the apps on my TV & watch no problem. Our Internet is strong everywhere.
-
Sophie (@sophie_everine) reported@Shawhelp when will the outage in Surrey be over!?
-
Bri (@cyberqt) reported@TSN_Sports @Shawhelp why does F1 sound like they are yelling down a tin hallway? It's only the show, not the commercials. It's awful. It was both TSN channels(practice and qualifying)
-
Vanessa (@Noosiekins) reported@Shawhelp We ended up setting up email forwarding, but I don't know if everything is forwarded. It's terrible because I am already using an E-sim so I changed all my 2 factor authentication to email...and well now my email is up in the air. Also it's only incoming that's blocked.
