Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Lethbridge and nearby locations:

  • iMegzer Megzer (@iMegzer) reported from County of Lethbridge No. 26, Alberta

TELUS loyalty department is a joke... Been a customer over 10 years... called to see if they could lower my bill from the $160 I pay and give me a deal that Bell had brought to my attention. “We can offer you a break of $10 a month.” Can’t wait for my contract to end. I’m out.

  • TheErinLucas Erin Lucas (@TheErinLucas) reported from Lethbridge, Alberta

Telus guy is here hooking things up in the basement and my dog is insistent on “helping” him. I feel awful. I mean, not awful enough to do anything about it but awful enough to sit on the couch and drink coffee while playing on my phone. #yql

  • Sheggie2 Shawn Heggie (@Sheggie2) reported from Lethbridge, Alberta

@TELUS @TELUSsupport ever since we tried to improve our network, we are getting charged $100’s in overages for a slower speed and now my son can’t use his xbox on Christmas Day #nightmare We don’t want to wait on the phone for an hour again to accomplish nothing.

  • craigusherbrand Craig Usher (@craigusherbrand) reported from Lethbridge, Alberta

@TELUSsupport hey Telus support please tell us you will carry @AEWrestling #DoubleOrNothing on PPV May 25

  • Black68V VBlack68 (@Black68V) reported from Lethbridge, Alberta

@TheJenRollins @TELUSsupport @TELUS has really fallen off on customer service, which was the best of the bunch not so long ago. Good luck

  • kennadian Michael Kennedy (@kennadian) reported

@TELUS @TELUSsupport it’s beyond frustrating that I can’t manage my account online. I can login to see my bill and pay the account but I can’t manage my devices. Might look to cancel after almost 20 years with Telus.

  • JaredRashid6 Jared Rashid (@JaredRashid6) reported

Dear @TELUS @TELUSsupport thanks for encouraging me to leave after fifteen years and become a @Rogers customer. Maybe they won't shut off my service for mischarging my mobility bills or spell my name Garred on my internet bill.

  • DaleCadeau DaleCadeau (@DaleCadeau) reported from Delta, British Columbia

@GlobalBC As a member of Telus Life Plus, I am jumping no queues. All medical procedures I receive are outside of Telus & are in the MSP “lottery” to receive health care. I don’t have a family Doctor so how can keeping me out of visiting emergency or walk in clinics hurt the system?

  • Eeve2espeon ✨🐉Beast - Sakku Tatsainyo 🐉✨ (@Eeve2espeon) reported

Telus sending all of these subliminal ads saying “get this plan and a 256GB iPad Air 5! Limited time! :D” Not knowing the horrible customer service, and bad internet upgrades we’ve had over the years 💀

  • _carrieann Ms. T. (@_carrieann) reported

@TheJenRollins @TELUSsupport @TELUS I guess, but not some thing a provider should mention AFTER a person moves their business service over to you. Anyway, good luck!!

  • akjelgrith andrea (@akjelgrith) reported

@TheJenRollins @TELUS Telus customer service is absolutely atrocious. I’ve been working with a company for six months and I’ve spent hours trying to figure out their overbilling issue. I never get the same answer twice and it’s always our fault.

  • heatherinatizzy Heather M (she/her) (@heatherinatizzy) reported

@TELUS Any word on when you are going to fix the outage in Campbell River? Some of us still work from home and need our internet. Getting a little tired of using up my mobile data.

  • akjelgrith andrea (@akjelgrith) reported

@TRexMD780 Well I gotta say the cell service sucks here. I’m constantly blown away with how many dropped calls I get (Telus) it’s flat how is it so terrible? Edmonton should have way more sky scrapers. But also Ontario is incredibly flat so I don’t understand why they’d be surprised here.

@NChartierET Without looking at the other stuff. Just the recent Telus network outage should be warning enough. Cash is king
