TELUS loyalty department is a joke... Been a customer over 10 years... called to see if they could lower my bill from the $160 I pay and give me a deal that Bell had brought to my attention. “We can offer you a break of $10 a month.” Can’t wait for my contract to end. I’m out.

@CJW_101 @GlenMah @Jer_Bear28 When I had the Telus repeater system, I didn’t put it where there was coax so I ended up using a powerline network. Even with that, mesh works a lot better

  • mediarz mediar (@mediarz) reported

No internet for 26 hrs. No sign of repairs. No notifications. No eta. @TELUS @TELUSsupport to keep me as a customer, all you had to do was keep delivering your over-priced service. But you can't even do that. Tomorrow I switch to @Shawhelp along with my neighbours. Good riddance!

  • Ernieiceman Ernie Iceman (@Ernieiceman) reported

My wife nearly ended me yesterday when she got the telus bill and it was 200.00 more than usual. Her first thought was I bought a bunch of movies on demand. Lucky for me 19.00 was what I spent and the rest was weird charges from our security system. Telus help was useless

  • sherribowles Sherri Bowles (@sherribowles) reported

Loyal customer to @TELUS @TELUSsupport for the past 11 years and just received the absolute worst customer service. Whose a good provider to switch to?

  • CJW_101 The CW (@CJW_101) reported

@GlenMah @Jer_Bear28 Telus. It's not a coverage issue. 5g is like 170 mb/s, but then drops completely for a small increments. I used my Asus for a while as an extender, but with the drops, the devices are jumping networks to much.

  • patsnation0917 Chris (@patsnation0917) reported

@CJW_101 This happens to me everyday. Sometimes up to 8 or 9 times at its worst. I called telus and they "fixed" it on there end. I was on the phone for 3 hrs with them. 2 and a half were on hold mind you. Guy sent me an email and said if it happens again to email him directly. Same ****.

@HerrickMartina @VanStreetDog @TELUS Expecting the best means your guard is down. Life isn’t that fair

  • FlamingPaw FlamingPaw (@FlamingPaw) reported

@WolfInCorgnito @Sir_Boops The problem here, is I'm in a connected townhouse complex. So Telus has to work with the building management company to get things approved, and all the paperwork.

  • CaffeineScene Amorphous 🏒 (@CaffeineScene) reported

@CJW_101 Telus told me it was impossible that this was the reason but turning it off resolved all my problems and I haven’t had any since

  • mediarz mediar (@mediarz) reported

Getting towards the end of my data limit on my cell phone. Still no home internet, @TELUS sucks, good night!
