TELUS loyalty department is a joke... Been a customer over 10 years... called to see if they could lower my bill from the $160 I pay and give me a deal that Bell had brought to my attention. “We can offer you a break of $10 a month.” Can’t wait for my contract to end. I’m out.

@TELUS @TELUSsupport ever since we tried to improve our network, we are getting charged $100’s in overages for a slower speed and now my son can’t use his xbox on Christmas Day #nightmare We don’t want to wait on the phone for an hour again to accomplish nothing.

Telus guy is here hooking things up in the basement and my dog is insistent on “helping” him. I feel awful. I mean, not awful enough to do anything about it but awful enough to sit on the couch and drink coffee while playing on my phone. #yql

@TELUS @TELUSsupport douchebag move making customers now pay an extra 1.5% if they use a credit card to pay for their services. Being a customer for 20 years doesn't seem worth it any longer...

Really? @TELUS gross profit last year was $8.345B, up 11.29% over last year - and they're adding a surcharge to my bill if I pay by credit card? When inflation's soaring? Where's the love for a 20+ year customer? #brutal

Well, @TELUS doesn't have a direct email so I guess this gets to be a public complaint. I just received a lovely little email from Telus informing me that they were arbitrarily applying a 1.5% fee, plus *tax*, to automated credit card payments for all accounts. (🧵1/X)

Carey Bolam

@TELUS Are you seriously charging 1.5% extra because I pay with my credit card? If you do this you'll lose a customer that pays for your tv, internet, and cell phone.

(@dsrb) reported
Really @TELUS - we pay $580 a month for phone service and you now want to charge us extra for using a credit card to pay?

You miserable piles of human garbage @TELUS you have terrible customer service, awful products, and now you're charging me to pay my bill. You're CEO made $19M last year. Pound sand!

@TELUSsupport trying to make a change to my mobile account. Won’t allow me to do it on line and have been on hold for 1:30. This isn’t the kind of support I’ve had in past from Telus. As a loyal customer for 15+ years you need to do better.

@TELUS - received your note regarding the 1.5% fee you never informed me of when I set up services with you. I cancelled my preauth payments & will use the slowest & most administratively burdensome payment method going forward. Other customers should do the same. Your’e welcome!
