Been a customer over 10 years... called to see if they could lower my bill from the $160 I pay and give me a deal that Bell had brought to my attention. “We can offer you a break of $10 a month.” Can’t wait for my contract to end. It was our understanding that Anatoli Jr. Goriansk @TELUS the Account Manager was going to handle the switch, but for some reason he did not cancel our month-to-month service. Now our account has been suspended because of non-payment of the month-to-month service. Can you please assist. @TELUSsupport

I don't know why it was cancelled with 3 lines on that account.

I will say it was CN rail, telus, and other big companies who I applied.
