    @TELUS @TELUSsupport ever since we tried to improve our network, we are getting charged $100’s in overages for a slower speed and now my son can’t use his xbox on Christmas Day #nightmare We don’t want to wait on the phone for an hour again to accomplish nothing.

    TELUS loyalty department is a joke... Been a customer over 10 years... called to see if they could lower my bill from the $160 I pay and give me a deal that Bell had brought to my attention. “We can offer you a break of $10 a month.” Can’t wait for my contract to end. I’m out.

    @dustbobgod I switched over from Shaw to Telus... but... it was a location issue. Shaw's only offering into our building was beyond pathetic... and then Telus installed fibre. On top of that, Shaw's tech was really rude. After over 20 years, I had to dump them.

    Really hating our @TELUS internet. Spoken to @TELUSsupport twice in less then 24 hours and our internet is still **** and no one comes to check till Thursday. Why the hell are we paying for internet if it’s not working. Cable is hardly working. Can’t wait to switch providers!

    @TELUSsupport No. That's not it. I can get into my account. Want to get to disable call control so I can receive an important call. That menu option is the one in the endless loop. @telus just has lost a step in customer service and execution. Should have hired me.

    @moodyangela @dustbobgod And they will allow you to hire out for help with your cables, instead of saying they won’t touch the cables and don’t know any one they could recommend that does. We are just supposed to be able to sort it all magically with Telus

    My experience with @TELUS has been nothing short of an abysmal service. @TELUSsupport Imagine me chasing you guys for over 5 weeks to finish the installation at my house. For 5 weeks, you have been promising to give me a call back within 24 to 48 hours.

    .@TELUS Love being made to feel like I’m the bad guy while calling in to cancel my fathers mobile account after he just passed away because I’m “unwilling” to take over his account. Maybe your agents need more training on compassion and empathy during a difficult time like this
