TELUS loyalty department is a joke... Been a customer over 10 years... called to see if they could lower my bill from the $160 I pay and give me a deal that Bell had brought to my attention. “We can offer you a break of $10 a month.” Can’t wait for my contract to end. I’m out.

So @TELUS @TELUSsupport has hours and hours of waiting time during Covid. Can’t even talk to them. Internet never worked...EVER....and now they send a nasty collection agency for a few bucks??? Awesome service Telus 😡. Let everyone know

@TELUS @TELUSsupport ever since we tried to improve our network, we are getting charged $100’s in overages for a slower speed and now my son can’t use his xbox on Christmas Day #nightmare We don’t want to wait on the phone for an hour again to accomplish nothing.

@VassB @BenKlass @TorontoStar Good luck. Bringing in another incumbent like Verizon won’t cause prices to go down because they too want high ARPU. Bringing a hungry competitive foreign company may not work because they don’t have resources to beat Bell/Telus/Rogers (ex: Globalive/Wind).

@TELUSsupport I am not finding any support. Optik box is not starting. Numerous calls to 611 and the amazingly inefficient digital assistant. The call back in 15 minutes is offensive. Get better. Ever since BC Tel became Telus the only thing that your good at is collecting money

@TELUSsupport @TELUSBusiness customer service VERY poor. Xfer to google mail took 3 hrs, 6 diff reps, 1 hang up & on hold 1 hr. And Telus bus was to have ended when changed phones but still there. Not happy AT ALL

@TELUS TV / optik has to be the worst service there is. The amount of times I get the 'tv signal has been lost' is completely ridiculous. Shaw is the way to go.

For everyone's sake @Bell_Support is awful. They charged me a $50.85 account transfer fee w/o informing me to change an account from my Moms name to mine before we switched to Telus. My Mom is dead. I am furious. Don't do business with Bell folks.

@davidcrow Telus or Bell. Rogers network has terrible pockets without coverage and their network is generally saturated. We’re in a similar area— I switched to Telus 2yr ago no problem.
