@TELUS @TELUSsupport once again the most unprofessional and poor service. Booked my home service install on January 17 for feb 7. The fiber was never installed so the technician couldn’t perform his work. NOW they are telling me March 3. LOL bye keeping Shaw. #ridiculous

@WillKon @Shawhelp Yeah, it is beyond frustrating. They confirmed there was an active connection here before we moved in, so I cancelled my other service. Now I'm wishing I stayed with Telus. I can't run my business for a week now. Or I can burn ALL my mobile data in a day. No other options.

of hand, the money he gave me for his line, isn't coming in anymore, therefore it's all on me. I'm not even a @TELUS mobility customer, but their loyalty department has called me three times this week. Attempting to get me as a customer with amazing deals.

@ShawInfo might be the worst run company from top to bottom. Online, Retail stores to Support. Who actually uses this company cut my service off before I ever had any went to @TELUS and Blamo wow finally some culture in a business experience

@TELUS I’ve had the worst customer service from your company in the last 8 weeks trying to set up my home internet and I’m not alone. 6 failed installation appointments and 4 hours on the phone, mostly on hold. I’m now sticking with @ShawInfo

After an hour on hold with @telus, I’m getting my fourth technician visit since October, now to fix my basement TV. The guy who “fixed” my internet somehow made the service slower and more intermittent. I’m just glad my phones are on infinite data.

@eissyrc I'm leaving Telus for Shaw, but they've just screwed me over. Said everything would work so I cancelled Telus and now Shaw says they can't come for a week to fix it. Working from home makes the internet a necessity.

@theJagmeetSingh Hey, it seems that you don't know that TELUS and Bell were still in service.
-
Kevin Menzel

Rogers/Bell/Cogeco/Telus do NOT have a monopoly - not even close - on enterprise level, full BGP-tables internet access in Canada. So when critical services go down because someone chose "just Rogers" that was the choice to have a single point of failure.

@Rogers can burn to the ground, I STILL would never use @TELUS again! #FkTelus

@SuperStripers Wonder if Telus Mobility did that 12 years ago when they had a service outage for customers accounts. No one could renew, cancel, top up pay and talk accounts, nothing. For 10 days.

@taimhuynh Im lucky to have been in this situation. Cell was bell but home was rogers. I think its a smart way to keep it just in case. My daughters phone is telus, my moms is freedom. So in case any network is down we still have some way of communication.

@pressFToTweet @DIorioNathaniel Yeah the obvious solution is both/and. Ontario should have its own version of SaskTel AND the market should be opened up to non-Bell/Rogers/Telus players at the same time.

Yanik Crépeau 🎗 🇺🇦

@jimmio92 @Frankenstein68 In some area, Rogers is the only provider. So, Bell and Telus use Rogers antennas to serve their own clients. In such a region, absolutely no cellular service from any companies.

@midnightriderV2 Still don't use a cell phone, daily. It's wonderful. And I worked Biz Solutions for TELUS + never used cell again after retiring. I never dropped everything for a phone call at home. Still use my Dad's handy shortwave radio for tunes in the yard.

Telus is the lowest of lows, maybe Rogers is almost equivalent. But still, Telus has so many problems and charges so much for terrible service that it feels like a scam organization. No accountability either.

@avijustin Telus is working fine, we are fine in the West. Rogers is not that big out here because they could not give us good service.
