-
Rorie Roberts (@RorieRoberts) reported from Blackfalds, Alberta@noahanicholls Check with Bell... I’d been with Telus over 20 years, and Bell’s offer, including new phone, was $35/month cheaper. They share the towers, so no change in service
-
Adam Risling (@AdamRiz) reported from Red Deer, Alberta@The_Big_P So weird. I'm watching. Have had no problems. You with Telus?

-
Beverly McQuiston (@purplegirl017) reported from Red Deer, AlbertaI was told that I’d get a call back in 45 minutes and was over 1 1/2 hours. Our time is valuable too and it seems like customer service is not the same as when I initially joined @Shaw as that was the reason. Just really disappointed as Telus sucks but no other option.
-
Brad (@PigeonLakeBrad) reported from Red Deer County, Alberta@TELUS An hour and fifty minutes in to holding waiting to speak to a representative because you billed my account $20 for roaming charges which were incurred when my wife and I walked "behind the falls" at Niagara Falls while on vacation - on the CANADIAN side! You are the worst!

-
Sheena Johnson (@sheenaleanne) reported from Red Deer, AlbertaReal talk guys. No hold backs. I’m sick to death of crappy Telus internet service downtown and on the east side of town. I’m considering the switch to Shaw. Gimme your thoughts. Lord knows I don’t need a 36 month commitment to another crap service.
-
John MD (@John1MD) reported from Red Deer, AlbertaIn other news, Telus today emailed its customers, asking them if they had problems with acne…and acne is caused by diet. So you should book a $60 dietician Telus phone call, and if you are still stressed at the end, Telus will bill AH to hear how you should use antibiotics. ..2

Salty Albertan (@FringedCanuck) reported@DarrellBP44 @Starlink Not Telus. Service has been **** for several days and I just paid my bill. Starlink is going to owe me some free service. For the amount I pay a month this is ridiculous. 😡
-
Ashley Misquitta (@AshleyMisquitta) reported@BenjaminDEKR Happy to hear your needs are met but I don't think that is the rule - or at least I think there's a legit market I live in a suburb of Toronto and take @GOtransit into the city Every day I have infuriating dead spots with @TELUS and these guys are a legit service

Some might say… (@paulbeit) reported@Critter_Paths @RebelNewsOnline Oh gosh…ya…I’ve been doing this for 30 years…building switching centers, to central offices/and now Data Centers and supporting/installing/upgrading/planning/budgeting/building these projects and all the “wires” on poles, towers and in holes - all over 🇨🇦. Built networks for Bell, Roger’s, Telus, Cogeco, Videotron, Eastlink, SaskTel, NRBN, NFTC, C3Telecon, Sogetel……I can go on. Here is the scoop on Data Centers. Yes, DC’s take a ton of energy in the form of electricity and some “do” water. Not all are built the same. For context a simple (small) 50,000 square foot DC - can provide service to approximately 30M people globally again on today’s AI standards. This DC, again for example, can create over 3 to 7m in tax revenue per year for any community (and way more for the feds could get some DST from the 🌎. So this DC, for context, sits in a Dollar Store size building……and delivers a huge boost to the locals….to build that they employed over 200 part time and now hire 50 people to manage it daily…the 200 that built this, build the next - a team a crew, and they get way more $ after every gig….talk to me….I fly around talking about this. I think we have a better job to do in communicating the overall business, environment, economic, and social aspects of them….I have work to do….but Canada is cold, has a ton of land, resources, and a ton of access to global fiber connectivity. If not, I’ll install it with all my friends 👍🇨🇦👍

Alberta's Jack Burton (@jmdrebit) reported@lynnmercereau Try to cancel @TELUS You have to lie & say you want to change your plan, then you tell the flunky you are cancelling. It is the only way. Try to find a link for cancellations.
-
ALPHA MALE! (@dingoboy70) reportedTheir service sucks because they sub contract out their technician calls to a 3 rd party contractor who has no money in the game son they don’t care. DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AVOID TELUS LIKE THE PLAGUE.
-
Brine (@foolonthehill) reported@MPelletierCIO @TELUS is so badly run. I went months dealing with them installing fiber to my door and when it was finally time to light it up, a rep came to the door asking for my ID to run a hard credit check. Hard pass on that for a monthly subscription. So I am not a Telus customer.
-
Nick Pena-Alvarez (@NickPenaAlvarez) reported@Rogers just can't provide any type of consistent internet service. @TELUS here we come.
-
B Dub (@TheBigBDub) reported@Lidsville @Rogers 🚨 PSA:March 2026, Telus, Roger’s, and Freedom all had data leaks. As a result, bad actors are calling clients as if from a major provider and HAVE enough client details to make people believe it’s a legit call. Nobody in Canada should be providing anything on a cold call now. 🚨
-
Sersoft.corp (@Sersoft_corp) reported@araghougassian Too bad Freedom is not available in Montreal (at least they don't ship sim cards there) I had 60 gigs for 25 bucks with Telus, but they slapped an extra 5$ on and thought they would get away with it. I lowered it to 1gb with 25gb addon + data rollover and am at 52gb currently lol
-
va1slyfalcon (@va1slyfalcon) reported@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Roger's, Bell , telus have a strong hold over Canadians and communication . People do not realize how absolutely aporant the service in Canada is . Disgusting
