You are the worst!

Our time is valuable too and it seems like customer service is not the same as when I initially joined @Shaw as that was the reason. Just really disappointed as Telus sucks but no other option.

I know that if a trade goes against me, I don't panic. I just wait. Because these are companies I'd be happy to hold for a year regardless. One company. One core skill, pulling a faint signal out of noise. Aimed at five megatrends. It's not about never being red. It's about knowing what you own so well that red days don't move you, because you understand the timeline and you have the patience to let it play out. Do the work.
