You are the worst!
-

Sheena Johnson (@sheenaleanne) reported from Red Deer, AlbertaReal talk guys. No hold backs. I’m sick to death of crappy Telus internet service downtown and on the east side of town. I’m considering the switch to Shaw. Gimme your thoughts. Lord knows I don’t need a 36 month commitment to another crap service.
-
-
Trevor PETERSEN (@wheatiepete) reported from Red Deer County, Alberta@DTimchishen Us too. For what we pay the @Xplornet sucks. We are looking for something else. Was suggested to look into Telus Hub.

John MD (@John1MD) reported from Red Deer, AlbertaIn other news, Telus today emailed its customers, asking them if they had problems with acne…and acne is caused by diet. So you should book a $60 dietician Telus phone call, and if you are still stressed at the end, Telus will bill AH to hear how you should use antibiotics. ..2
-
Beverly McQuiston (@purplegirl017) reported from Red Deer, AlbertaI was told that I’d get a call back in 45 minutes and was over 1 1/2 hours. Our time is valuable too and it seems like customer service is not the same as when I initially joined @Shaw as that was the reason. Just really disappointed as Telus sucks but no other option.

Telus Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Jas (@keepontruckin78) reported@JayGenXer @Rogers After Rogers Home phone got bought out and gutted by Primus I left them. The writing was on the wall as they couldn't compete on coverage with Telus in BC and their prices kept increasing for mediocre service.
-
Prabu 🇮🇳🇨🇦 (@mprabu85) reported@TELUS Still nobody reached out yet. Pathetic service. @TELUSsupport #telus
-
l0wk3y (@L0wk3yC) reportedTelus doesnt hire a single Canadian customer care representative and they only operate in Canada. They profit 1.3b per year. That 1.3b could be used to employ roughly 30,000 Canadians full time for 40,000 a year, roughly another 3,000 if they fired the international employees.
-
Acinnad Turneer (@ATurneer54354) reported@TELUS Wow! Where was this over a year ago. I lost a number and you guys got to share a three dollar donut. No Dms in person meeting I can go to Prince George. I wasted 3 + hrs on the phone and lose my number because of Telus. Roger never received it basically from Telus and money lost.
-
Ricardo World Engineer (@ricardointech) reportedThe 'priced in' narrative was always lazy. Telus has a leverage problem and fiber build costs that a dividend cut doesn't fix. The 17% spread vs BCE and Rogers is the market repricing fundamentals
-
Sandilou2u (@sandilou2u) reportedStill unsatisfied @TELUS . It's taken over a year to resolve a billing issue. I call, they credit. They reset my plan to cancel this issue. Still seeing "additional email". Support's key line: I understand your frustration. I've heard it so often, I know it's part of training.
-
***** Asol (@NiggaAsol) reported**** TELUS INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDER THEY ARE THE WORST ******* COMPANY EVER **** THEIR ******* LOCAL MONOPOLY IN ******* WESTERN ******* CANADA **** TELUS
-
Pelch61 (@I2LENS) reported@Frid45 RBC and TD Bank have large investments in the USA. Their brand is everywhere down there. Rogers, Telus and Bell sell iPhones, which is made by an American company call Apple. Metro, Sobeys and Loblaws sell American produce and other products that are American. Can you really be this stupid?
-
Dean (@Dean403) reported@northopsss @LeafSingh I work for Telus and can help you if you want. I'm just a local tech (AB) but if you want to DM me I can give you pricing and if it works for you either ship SIM or activate esim.
-
Wendy 🇨🇦 (@perfectrose2011) reported@TELUSsupport Investigate the many who make spam calls to your customers. Also with your sentence, did you not understand my comments. Not asking for any help but complaining about spam calls by those saying they're from Telus.
