We continue to pay overage as well as for a service which you claim to be providing that we cannot reliably receive and no one seems to care. I am still waiting for a call back from someone at Telus after a 3 hour phone call/on hold session from last Tuesday or Wednesday. Beyond

@bo0tiez #Telecom says, we're not putting in a million dollar tower for 900 people? We agree. They'd be putting it in for 900,000 Nova Scotians that own Bell Telus Rogers phones and are limited to the city for the service. Tourism suffers. We already pay for them to put in fiber. Do cell

The sales person had problems and took the sim card out and did some checking then put it back in and didn't know what the problem was. He turned the phone back on and it worked. I can only say Telus has more problems than you think.

@TELUS you guys charged me $300 for installation that I was told was free. Then charged for an add on TV service when I called for moving services, I don’t even have TV services with you. Talked to locality department told me they’ll call me back to follow up & never did. WTF

@TELUS has the slimmest sales tactics. Some how convinced my parents they need two android phones to increase minutes. Now their paying off $800 useless phones. Worse part, to cancel my moms account who passed last week their needing to pay the break up fees. @cbcmarketplace

I am on hold with telus, my opinion is don't call, you are good for an hour wait. The tech support or customer service need 1000 new employees to handle the complaints and fix their problems. I am listening to the ads that are more than annoying.

@OrcaBC101 Telus - not their fault tho - I didn't think a young lady that lives in Chwk would have a US carrier - never even thought to check her 410 area code :( Was only a $7.00 charge but not a mistake I will make twice!
