    i guess Telus is trying to take advantage of their situation of them having a "service failure " (in Aug 2022) by instilling a 1.5% service fee on top of your credit card bill payment.?? What happens in the situation that you have a 2 year service contract with Telus???

    @TELUS when are we going to get internet back for our business? It’s been out since Sat night!!!! We use internet to answer our phones, take payments at front desk and for our cafe. 2 days to fix this is unacceptable, I have spoken to 5 different agents all scheduling a tech!

    @ErtlAnthony @JohannBoucher @TELUS This customer surcharge is now allowed as part of the settlement of a class action by small businesses in Canada against the banks. But why should profitable Telus be one of the first companies to adopt it? Looks like a cash grab, according to CRTC comments.
