@TELUSsupport I normally deal with loyalty dept. been with Telus for a solid 20 years. Looking to end my optik TV service, but retain PureFibreX 2.5 GB internet service. not sure who to contact. Please let me know. Also have mobility. only thing to terminate is optik

@wmpdll @Melkorka12 They don’t care about retention really. New customer acquisition is more important for some reason. Long time telus. Have 6 boxes and at time was only one doing wireless. They had a deal and I was on month to month and they wouldn’t give it to me even if I did a contract.

@TELUSsupport we recently swapped from Shaw to Telus and it is the worst wifi experience we have ever had. It is meant to be the fibre optic super fast and it is terrible. How do we get someone to look at this? Our satisfaction is nil.

Please consider updating your system so that service at the previous location is only disabled once service at the new location has been enabled. Not sure why something so simple hasn't been enacted by Telus. I mean, you're a tech company. Be better.

@MarstonHouseLS I will not use Telus ever again. Very bad experience and they charged me insane amounts of money when I ported my number over to a new provider. Over $500 when my contract had less than one month remaining on it.

I recommend NEVER to go with @TELUS @TELUSsupport as your cell provider. I been with them since they were clearnet (almost 20 years) yet they’re increasingly terrible! Not only do they charge customers fee to make credit card payments but they threaten to cut your line CONSTANTLY

The federal government would own, operated and sell only wholesale access. Rogers, Bell, Telus, et all would then be MVNO on the federal owned network.

I don't care if @Rogers and #Shaw have merged. I would never go with them. I will always stay with @TELUS! Sorry to say but their system sucks I just remember when there was an earthquake or a power outage Telus always worked, the other ones didn't.
