Apparently the #Telus #babylon app records your patient consultations with the doctor on the other end There are questions about in which country that data is stored, what privacy & data laws apply & whether the over-broad terms of service takes away your ownership of that data.

Hey @TELUS I highly recommend training your call centre how to graciously accept when someone does not want to talk to them and politely declines; maybe to say goodbye instead of hanging up when you’re halfway through a word. This happens EVERY time and I find it incredibly rude

Man Telus is so so disappointing. I've been a loyal customer for 15+ years and twice they've changed my plan to something more expensive without even telling me. It's time to switch – what provider will be better? I use well under 5GB of data/month.

It would be like Rogers or Telus telling you that you have 5GB of data on your mobile phone plan this month, but that if you use only 4.5GB then your maximum next month is 4.5GB. There’s no way to increase it again once it goes down.

Welp we are officially switching from iPhone to android... our plans are up and we're switching carriers (because telus is SO EFFING EXPENSIVE!) and the iphones cost a MIN of $36/month on top of your plan. **** that. LG velvet here we come... wish me luck.
