Hey @Telus. We’ve been in our new home since just before XMas and still can’t get our Internet, wifi, TV service sorted (so it actually works). Trying this as repeated service calls have resolved nothing. I suppose complaining on social media is a last ditch effort.

I have to give a huge thanks to @TELUS My wife (and her kids) are now working from home. We have never reached our data limit never mind going over. A quick chat with a representative and now we have unlimited data for 2 years at no extra cost! #yyc #Telus

Bell isn’t factually montreal but Toronto. Vidéotron is mtl, Rogers Toronto and Telus Vancouver. Shaw dug its own graves.
