@CraveHelp ok TELUS or CRAVE or BELL, I continue to get this damn problem every few days on multiple TVs where I have to log out and log back in just to have access to programming. The issue is when I have to log out because it tells me I have to subscribe to HBO etc..😡😡😡

The @telus Optic TV app is horrible! Can’t stream on their “5G” for more than 30 seconds without it freezing. Brutal.

@Crackmacs Shaw Mobile. On Shaw at home as well as Telus has weirdly not installed fibre in our block. We’ve moved around and reconfigured our Shaw Gateway Modem and pods so many times and there’s still problems with the TV and internet in places in our (not gigantic) house.

@fakeezzie I tried tethering but couldn’t get it to work. We have a box that allows for fail over service. I may need to get Telus in as a back up. I’m waiting for @SWCalgaryGuy to pull strings and get fibre to my house.

@MobileSyrup Wow. Just got an update from Telus Support that the Pixel 5 I ordered from them Nov 18 is 6 to 8 weeks out. One tech told me covid issues at the plant. Have y'all heard anything?

@TELUSsupport I already have been reporting to 7726 to no avail. I even called Telus support when I accidentally replied back to the spammers when 7726 wanted me to reply back with the email addresses. It’s an awkward process as forwarding only forwards msg content without original addresses.

@stu_neatby Wife and I are with Koodo (Telus) and are in the York area. No service Sat. until 6pm or so. Woke up w/o service Sunday and was slow but working remainder of the day/evening. So far today 100% working albeit slow on the data side. Not complaining just stating.

@Telus my PVR on my tv works for maybe 5 minutes then freezes. I am seriously thinking of going with Shaw for my tv & internet. My wifi doesn’t work most of the time eithe, . &/don’t tell me the solution to my problem is to call your call centre either.

Don't know if this will get out. Someone hit a pole in the Passage and thebwores went down, knocking who knows how many out of power again. With Telus, and cell signal is spotty and data either doesn't connect or is dial-up slow. Still says LTE though. Heard Bell is fine?

So, Telus (Koodo) sent me a text mid hurricane about an "important message..." with a link for more information. Have not had service for over 48 hrs, and was only recently able to load that link (via a friend's wifi) telling me they're going to waive additional data fees. 🙃
