Roger telus bells all have to share their fiber network with all those small compagnies that pretend to be ISP,making the load on those 3 fiber network builder harder. Its the CTC that issued it.

And since my Koodo phone is DEAD anyway thanks to Koodo, I'd have to give X my other phone service provider, which I won't do, either.
