It's hard to allocate capital correctly if you believe you dont need to understand how the technology works that you're managing and building. Bad Culture. Truth hurts. I have trouble maintaining a phone call in my KITCHEN IN TOWN .... constantly dropping signal and I am not the only one, there is a dead zone in the subdivision I live in that everyone has issues with but Telus has done nothing IN THE 23 YEARS i HAVE LIVED HERE TO FIX THE PROBLEM ... this issue is well enough known to have had local news stories written about it. SO they want to uograde Victoria you say ... whoop de do :(
