    @TELUSsupport we recently swapped from Shaw to Telus and it is the worst wifi experience we have ever had. It is meant to be the fibre optic super fast and it is terrible. How do we get someone to look at this? Our satisfaction is nil.

    Is it acceptable @TELUS @TELUSsupport for us to be waiting over 72 hours for our internet to be reconnected? Seems to me that it’s not. We’ve spoken to no less the a dozen agents who claim 2-24 hours to flip that switch. Has anyone else had such bad service?

    Today I spent three hours dealing with four different @Shawhelp agents to figure out why six channels were missing from my TV lineup. The first two were extremely rude and unhelpful and forced me on Google to look at prices for @TELUS.

    Please consider updating your system so that service at the previous location is only disabled once service at the new location has been enabled. Not sure why something so simple hasn't been enacted by Telus. I mean, you're a tech company. Be better.

    You know what's super cool? When @TELUS doesn't process your equipment return properly and you end up with a stain on your credit history years later for their blunder. And good luck getting any help from @TELUSsupport. Garbage.

    The last two solved my problem for me (of course my cable bill is going up $6 😡) and the pricing is comparative to Telus so I might still switch. I’ll get a free TV after all.

    @wmpdll @Melkorka12 They don’t care about retention really. New customer acquisition is more important for some reason. Long time telus. Have 6 boxes and at time was only one doing wireless. They had a deal and I was on month to month and they wouldn’t give it to me even if I did a contract.

    @RobShaw_BC @TELUSHealth Several friends have told me how they use Telus Health and are happy to use a service that is based on prevetative treatment/care. Odd that the province, that can't even deliver emergency care, would be against this. Afraid that people might stay too healthy and not need the ER?

    @AnthonyLacavera @usher933 I doubt anyone can honestly define "true competitor" in any objective sense Yes we need more competition, really we only have 4 mobile providers (same number post merger) and only 2 ISP in any given market (same post merger) thats the issue Telus or shaw, rogers or shaw. Still 2

    @K_elly_B I get that it sucks; Telus should be the ones that are shamed for attempting to implement tiered healthcare. Semi/private clinics charges a fee is not new but it’s just huge profile than it was previously.
