at @TELUS in @NorthlandMall found a lost cell phone. Stood here for 20min waiting my turn. When I was finally helped I was informed there was absolutely nothing they could do unless this person comes into their store, worst customer service ever! Phone is with Mall security. #yyc

Hey @Telus. We’ve been in our new home since just before XMas and still can’t get our Internet, wifi, TV service sorted (so it actually works). Trying this as repeated service calls have resolved nothing. I suppose complaining on social media is a last ditch effort.

Air Canada is HQ'd in Montreal.. Westjet in AB.. Westjet pays provincial tax, yet Kenney prefers to play juvenile, passive aggressive games because Westjet doesnt support Wexit... Alberta is doomed. Never say an Albertan company wont move HQ.. Telus did exactly that during Klein.

@yul_native I assumed the urban area was well covered by Shaw and their Rodgers partner. Never had a problem with Telus service anywhere in Metro Vancouver

@RM_Transit @edwardrow This is a monopoly problem! Rogers/Bell/Telus are being stubborn on this. They’re assuming they can hold out until the BAI exclusivity ends. On install side, it’s a tech problem of closures to lay cabling and gear in the tunnels. Every station is connected, but tunnels need time.

Turns out Telus shut down the internet for 4 hours for maintenance. No warnings, no alerts, no nothing. Anyways, thanks for reminding me once again why private sector telecom sucks and why we need to transition away from this. The profit motive doesn’t lead to good service.

@Norm_Farrell Interesting. I left Telus for Freedom 2years ago. Got free iPhoneXR and 18GB data. Same $ Telus offered on old, already paid for SE with 10GB data Moved to Shaw (owns Freedom) being Gig Internet customer iPhone 12Pro with 25GB data for extra $11 month for 2 yr - no probs service.
