@bertbakarac @TELUS It’s pretty bad. We can occasionally stream a movie but not without it buffering 400x. Absolutely infuriating.

@jizzard56 @TELUS Yes, we’ve had it before. It was terrible, too. But apparently @Xplornet has improved its services. We just called them. We have had it with Telus!!!

  • SighmanCanada
Simon (@SighmanCanada) reported from Okotoks, Alberta

@Shawhelp you guys need to get your support, apps and chat features fixed. 2 hours on chat and it just closed... The app crashed. No answer or anyone that seems to be able to help or fix an issue I've had for 5 weeks. Fed up and grumpy....@TELUS wanna buy out my contract?

  • CoryBMorgan
Cory Morgan (@CoryBMorgan) reported from Municipal District of Foothills No. 31, Alberta

@kelly_t_mac @Xplornet Go with the Telus hub. The only thing worse than Explorenet's speeds is their "support". Never again

Everyone knows Xplore/Xplornet isn't good enough. The file even says so! They suck. Yet Telus tells people to use this option. Why? There's going to be problems that can affect life & death situations here. #CRTC

@JustNoOne3001 @yellmapper Just went to Ottawa and picked up n66 and a fuckton of B7 on telus Like, 20mhz of 7, another 20mhz of 7, 20mhz of 2, 15mhz of 66, 30mhz of n66 according to service mode. I didn't even know band 66 was that wide, nevermind having Rogers and Vidéotron also using spectrum

  • Quigs1969
    McGuppy (@Quigs1969) reported

@SueAnnLevy @Bell Telus, Rogers, Bell...they all suck, because they can (thank CRTC for that) However, why anyone would use a carrier's email service is anyone's guess.

@Fidomobile @FidoSolutions #RogersHelps This is bs now. Tried calling in and the damn AI keeps sending me to the wrong department. Scheduling a call back is ridiculous. This is the crappy service you can expect. I didn't send the wrong phone you did! Now fix it! #Telus #Bell

  • lamarche_cn
    Chelsea Lamarche (@lamarche_cn) reported

@AppleSupport disappointing when @Bell and @TELUS do not actually support Apple Watch for your kids, unless the parent’s cellular plan is through them. Advertising otherwise is misrepresentation, to say the least.

@letsgetitbetter @MichelleRempel @StaceyMonette27 I can’t find any jobs related to AI, nor have I found any specific AI agents that can fully replace people other than customer support at the big companies like Bell, Rogers and Telus whom have AI data centers of their own…

@FreedomMobile FYI, I've tried 5 times to sign up for home internet, everytime I try I get sent to the worst call center I've ever dealt with. Impossible to properly communicate, very painful to try and listen with a bad connection and people with poor communication skills. Back to Telus I go.
