@wmpdll @Melkorka12 They don’t care about retention really. New customer acquisition is more important for some reason. Long time telus. Have 6 boxes and at time was only one doing wireless. They had a deal and I was on month to month and they wouldn’t give it to me even if I did a contract.

@lisamariewilton @TELUS @SpaceXStarlink I cannot even get decent cell coverage just outside Peace River in Northern AB due to "topographical challenges". I even spoke with Telus network engineers. They straight up said the towers are "above 100% capacity", so basically oversold. With no plans to upgrade.

@TELUSsupport your sales rep came to my door & I signed on for PIK TV, Apple TV and wifi. On Aug 21, a technician came to install the wifi and the “boxes would be mailed in a few days.” Sept 22: 3 hr later (phone) with Telus support, numerous emails and nothing!
