@cDenno I was on the bus in Inglewood, as soon as I crossed the river it dropped. I was like damn Telus you got no coverage in the hood?! Then it came and went a few times, no bars, 3g no bars etc.. then 4g and I could tweet again.

Today I spent three hours dealing with four different @Shawhelp agents to figure out why six channels were missing from my TV lineup. The first two were extremely rude and unhelpful and forced me on Google to look at prices for @TELUS.

Hey @TELUS ... You told us someone was coming between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. to install our new TV service. I called at noon, I called again at 4:30. Both times I was told somebody should be there soon or contact us soon. It's 7:30. Where are you?
