  @Shawhelp you guys need to get your support, apps and chat features fixed. 2 hours on chat and it just closed... The app crashed. No answer or anyone that seems to be able to help or fix an issue I've had for 5 weeks. Fed up and grumpy....@TELUS wanna buy out my contract?

  @jizzard56 @TELUS Yes, we’ve had it before. It was terrible, too. But apparently @Xplornet has improved its services. We just called them. We have had it with Telus!!!

  @big_fan2019 Are you connected to your home Wi-Fi when looking? If you're currently off your home Wi-Fi (on mobile data or another network), those live channels automatically hide in the app lineup. Due to content provider broadcast restrictions, live NFL Sunday Ticket channels (1501-1516) on the TELUS TV+ app are strictly locked to your TELUS Home Internet connection.

  @TELUS Yes, finally. It was very frustrating & felt like an invasion of privacy to answer all the questions + agent transfers simply to cancel an account that was at the end of its term. Every other utility allows you to do this online & it saves a lot of time, why not Telus?

  Still unsatisfied @TELUS . It's taken over a year to resolve a billing issue. I call, they credit. They reset my plan to cancel this issue. Still seeing "additional email". Support's key line: I understand your frustration. I've heard it so often, I know it's part of training.

  So latest update. STILL no @TELUS services at the new house. A LOT of conflicting answers, with any luck tomorrow it gets done finally. And if not then I am just going to cancel everything and go with starlink and put in a consumer affairs complaint. Absolutely ridiculous to take 10+ days to get services connected. Especially with the reasons given. I understand the broken line, but that was repaired last Thursday by the only competent person to come yet. Then to be told to "reboot the equipment" when we don't even HAVE equipment yet.... This is the problem with cheap overseas support that just reads from scripts and doesn't ever listen to anything the customer says. Get your crap together Telus, people are paying you literally thousands of dollars a year for some of these services and your techs half the time done even have the tools or skills required to do simple repairs or swaps if needed.

  After a month since reporting quarterly results and cutting the dividend $T Telus is down -10.74% For the folks that continued to say the dividend cut was already baked in...it wasn't. Many aren't in the price of the stock despite the price drop leading up to the anticipated cut. Many experts on BNN were wrong and did not sell anticipating a quick reversal once the dividend was cut. After 30 days an approx. 17% spread between Telus and $BCE BCE & $RCI.b Rogers.
