When they finally determine it was mistakenly cut off & they’ll return the service- the question I’m asked is: "Are you calling from your cell phone now?"

They’ve been ****** their clients, I’m a Telus client, with obscene mobile rates for many years. They can pay for their own mistakes. Time to let the US telcos into the Cdn mkt.

♣♣♣ (@mackabelly662) reported@TELUSsupport I have like zero cell phone frequency on my phone. It’s been like this for a year. I call telus but my cell phone has 2 bars at best and the person can’t even hear me. Is there any fix for this? I love telus but might have to switch back to Rogers.
