Renegotiating cel phone contracts is so much fun. I actually have to leave the @telus store to go call customer service to ask for a different plan and then go back to the store. Why are cel phone companies still like this??

I’ve had nothing but problems from Shaw Mobile. I wouldn’t reply on it to call 911 if I was in danger. So buying out my phone and switching to a Telus Business plan… mixed feelings as I’ve always been a big fan and supporter of Shaw.

Took my 3 teens down to Telus Convention Centre for 1st shots tonight. Kudos and virtual hugs to all the AHS workers (and volunteers?)! RN administering our shots was pulling a 12hr shift!

Today was the third time @TELUS tried to install fiver internet at my house, and we were running into the same issue that they kept saying was fixed. The company that connected our house to the rest of the system didn't actually connect us. Its ONLY been 4 months... #yyc

@NEWS1130 This is from a crime spree originating from skynet wireless and Telus third party w Jason and Navi grewal. They have then paid money to dennis1 w black market crimes, he paid others in 523 gatensbury Coquitlam which led other gang members to get involved and started this problem

@patriotcanuck65 Lots of folks have overages for roaming errors, I've never heard of anybody that wasn't reimbursed after disputing it including myself. I suspect there's more to that story than meets the eye. I don't work for Telus. My experience is Best in coverage Best in customer service.

@kirst_alyssa I find it not much different than the Telus I recently switched from ... EXCEPT @Shawhelp @ShawInfo sold me #FIBRE300.. and did NOT install fibre equipment in my home.. It's COAX, not Fibre. And I never get CLOSE to 300.

@chan_bing I would do what you can to rectify the situation with Telus. Call and threaten to leave - tell them you’re leaving because of mistreatment/frustration. But aim to get a good deal/promo. Shaw is worse than Telus. Slower internet, just as many problems.
