@TTChelps I see, did not know, apologies. I am on Telus. Will do that, connect to the wifi. Did not know where to get off and was using google maps to guide me. But of course you need wifi for that. Fortunately the trains come out from the tunnel after Bloor and I had signal again

@TELUS is so far the Cheapest deal @rogerrwireless and @Bell both over $170.00 now per month. This is getting #OverPriced #CellPhoneBillsTooHigh wasnt our bills supposedly going down in 2 years. Yet all plans have gone up.

After updating to iOS 15.X my iPhone can barely use LTE. It takes several minutes to load a web page, if it loads at all. Im on iOS 15.1 on the @TELUS network. Anybody else experience this? It’s been like this for a week and no solution seems to work.

Then, call Telus & tell them you want to cancel as Shaw gave you a MUCH better offer. They'll move mountains but persistence pays.

@PaulDoroshenko @TELUS The wait times are atrocious but speak to the loyalty dept via the cancellation queue as 1.5gb is only 155pm. If you're having connection issues speak to the tech support team and they can fix it. It will take time but you can expect a discount as an apology

@PaulDoroshenko @FeralChristineB @TELUS Shaw has Loyalty customer perks which I've benefited from over many years since having Shaw TV/Internet. Never have a problem with Internet service at all. Cost for WiFi internet is $89. which is high compared to other countries but for good service, I'll pay that.
