    @TELUS is so far the Cheapest deal @rogerrwireless and @Bell both over $170.00 now per month. This is getting #OverPriced #CellPhoneBillsTooHigh wasnt our bills supposedly going down in 2 years. Yet all plans have gone up.

    Dear @Rogers @TELUS @Bell , You're the big three. You guys can literally be good people and provide ACTUAL Unlimited Data with absolutely no slow downs. Please make it a thing as it'd probably help everyone in Canada. You're making people pay so much for literally nothing.

    @StayGoulden Bell and Telus basically use the same towers and are relatively good in urban areas with better customer service. Rogers customer service is *** but works better in remote locations like up North. At least that’s what I have found.

    @TELUS took almost 3 phone calls since my Dad passed away in August 2025 to get through to a Telus Customer Service rep who could actually help. You should give Carl a RAISE! The rest of your agents are useless. Train them better

    @TELUSsupport Hi Telus, yes, as indicated on my reply I did eventually get the issue resolved. Most support employees were lovely to talk to, there was lots of passing my issue to other people, re-explaining the issue over many hours. All good

    Telus Internet has no customer support. On hold for over 2 hours. Placed a callback and it disconnected. Time to go to Starlink

    @TELUSsupport My Telus account login screen says my account has been cancelled un- beknownst to me and that I would have 90 days before I would no longer have access yesterday, today I can no longer sign in. I don't know why it was cancelled with 3 lines on that account.

    @NuggetCapital Telus assets are ****. I picked up rogers here, their asset values in MLSE alone is close to the company's market cap. So you are getting the wireless business for free. Nugget Capital, this is where you buy. Telus Dividend cut was first predicted by my daughter 3 years ago

    @TELUSsupport Who can we talk to at Telus that will help us? March 25- we pay $150 April 2- suspended April 3- we pay $144 Services back on April 9- next payment if not paid we get suspended AGAIN! WE told telus we can pay remaining amount in full on the 16th. Telus said nope!

    @TELUS trying to call telus mobility for support and when being transferred to agent I get generic message that offices are closed. It's 734pm eastern, 434pm pacific, how are your offices closed? Is telus bankrupt?

    @status_is_down it seems as if Roger's internet is down? I have no internet through my cellphone (it was terribly sluggish yesterday) and only have home internet (Telus) to access wifi right now. #Rogersdown #Rogers #internet
