@TELUS is so far the Cheapest deal @rogerrwireless and @Bell both over $170.00 now per month. This is getting #OverPriced #CellPhoneBillsTooHigh wasnt our bills supposedly going down in 2 years. Yet all plans have gone up.

    I am a loyal #TELUS customer! #StarfishClub @TELUS

  • _tcmore

@StayGoulden Bell and Telus basically use the same towers and are relatively good in urban areas with better customer service. Rogers customer service is *** but works better in remote locations like up North. At least that’s what I have found.

@itransstatus We are still having issues and we are not a Telus subscriber. Please check your system again. Our submissions are returning “r, Please try later...”

Dear @Rogers @TELUS @Bell , You're the big three. You guys can literally be good people and provide ACTUAL Unlimited Data with absolutely no slow downs. Please make it a thing as it'd probably help everyone in Canada. You're making people pay so much for literally nothing.

  • Rajendra
Rajendra Singh (@Rajendra) reported from Ajax, Ontario

Switched my cellphone service from @TELUS to @Rogers because Rogers gave me a deal and Telus couldn't.

Anyone else just experience a complete network outage on mobile and wifi? For a few minutes I was forced to really think about what it would mean if this was some sort of event... #bell #rogers #telus

@arnesalvesen Yes, optic on telus. It’s been happening for a while, same channel, same time. Surely they must be aware of it & try to fix it? Seems really amateur?

  • mary_willatt
    Mary Willatt (@mary_willatt) reported

@jaimepern we have Rogers and I have no complaints but a lot of neighbors report fairly frequent outages with their Telus but that might be just an issue with where we're situated

  • stunlokked
    Stunlokked (@stunlokked) reported

Every time I'm gonna pay my @Bell bill it makes me literally sick to my stomach. $240/month for home internet and phone. and there's no way to make it significantly cheaper without switching providers for a while until their credit expires. If I change my internet from 3gig to to 500mb/s its only $20 difference but fvcking bell keeps increasing the internet price so eventually I will be paying just as much as 3gig but getting 500mb speeds. they don't offer any cheaper phone plans either. I should have just switched service provider when the monthly credit expired, but its fvcking annoying having to re-setup internet and phone every other year. and who am I gonna switch to? back to @Rogers again ? LMAO NO WAY IN HELL am I going back to their dogshvt internet again. @TELUS ? they are basically just as expensive as bell. like ****!

No retention team in Canada? You offshored everything. After 20 years as your partner, I’m done. And when did it become acceptable to make a customer wait an HOUR? FU, @TELUS

@TELUSsupport My Telus account that we reset etc.that was working,is no longer working. I can't notify or speak to a agent without an account. Telus makes it impossible. I need to speak with someone from Support.

  • Court_TheRock

@stevemcniven @blondehotcoffee Rogers service is unreliable and just terrible up north. Bell is no better. I don’t even think Telus does internet up north. Only reliable internet provider is Eastlink, however quite a few people have been making the switch to starlink since it’s cheaper than eastlink.

  • OLDDAD2024
    Old Dad (@OLDDAD2024) reported

So i paid my telus bill just now by phone. When the computer asked “Is there anything else I can do for you today?” I said you could rub my feet. “I understand you want to look into upgrading your service plan.” WTAF? If you don’t understand my answer, say so. Don’t freak me out.

@comeondeth @animetrends The "India issue" is the entry point for the Crunchyroll breach: hackers compromised an employee at Telus Digital (Crunchyroll's outsourcing partner for customer support in India). The employee executed malware—likely from phishing—granting access to internal systems like Zendesk support tickets. This let attackers steal ~100GB of data (8M tickets, ~6.8M unique emails, IPs, some partial CC details, and analytics). Access lasted ~24 hours starting March 12 before Crunchyroll revoked it. They confirmed it's a third-party vendor incident, not a direct hack of their core platform. If you have a Crunchyroll account, change your password and enable 2FA. No evidence of full account takeovers yet, but better safe.
