Rogers customer service is *** but works better in remote locations like up North. At least that’s what I have found.

Until their customer service tells you they forgot to tell you about a 39 dollar outstanding bill that is now gone to collections because, well, they just can't be arsed. If I had the option to get Telus, I'd never, ever get Rogers or Bell again. I'd even take Cogeco over both of them. But, I really want Telus to come to Atlantic Canada.
