@TELUS is so far the Cheapest deal @rogerrwireless and @Bell both over $170.00 now per month. This is getting #OverPriced #CellPhoneBillsTooHigh wasnt our bills supposedly going down in 2 years. Yet all plans have gone up.

  • Rajendra
Rajendra Singh (@Rajendra) reported from Ajax, Ontario

Switched my cellphone service from @TELUS to @Rogers because Rogers gave me a deal and Telus couldn't.

  • SamySalti
Salti (@SamySalti) reported from Markham, Ontario

Dear @Rogers @TELUS @Bell , You're the big three. You guys can literally be good people and provide ACTUAL Unlimited Data with absolutely no slow downs. Please make it a thing as it'd probably help everyone in Canada. You're making people pay so much for literally nothing.

Tracy D (@tracylyn44) reported from Oshawa, Ontario

Bravo @TELUS you just lost 3 lines and a customer of 14 years because YOU are unorganized and can’t get your paperwork right.

  • SherriStocks
Pepper Redcastle (@SherriStocks) reported from Whitby, Ontario

@TOareaFan @TELUS @Bell @Rogers Yah. Now instead of making a shit tonne of money, they’re only making a butt load of money!

  • NickPerovic
Limp Brizket (@NickPerovic) reported from Pickering Village, Ontario

@StayGoulden I’m with Telus and I’ve never had any issues with them! But yeah, I’ve had the 12 now for almost a month and I dig it

@itransstatus We are still having issues and we are not a Telus subscriber. Please check your system again. Our submissions are returning “r, Please try later...”

Is anyone having issues with Telus

  • _tcmore
Thomas More (@_tcmore) reported from Pickering Village, Ontario

@StayGoulden Bell and Telus basically use the same towers and are relatively good in urban areas with better customer service. Rogers customer service is *** but works better in remote locations like up North. At least that’s what I have found.

  • tracylyn44
Tracy D (@tracylyn44) reported from Oshawa, Ontario

@TELUS no customer service after 5. Are you kidding me!

  • whistlersharon

@TELUS Another call to my number registered to the Do Not Call registry. It only took a minute to file a complaint online. We all need to do this because they don't seem to understand the law.

  • stevemcniven
    Steve McNiven-Scott (@stevemcniven) reported

@blondehotcoffee Right, good thing we ripped up that starlink contract for northern Ontario so we can (checks notes)… give more money to Rogers/Bell/Telus to overcharge everyone for worse service

  • nachoxy
    Mazi Patrick (@nachoxy) reported

@TELUS have the worst customer support I’ve ever experienced. They can’t can’t even keep to their promises @TELUSsupport

  • MiekeWasHere
    Mieke (@MiekeWasHere) reported

@TELUS @TELUSsupport you guys are 100% losing customers due to your horrible customer service. Your AI agent is useless on the phone "I understand" humanising comments being repeated is a waste of everyone's time. No option to bypass the 5 mins of BS with AI agent verifying, only to have to do it again. A lack of proper training in your overseas call centre is obvious. Again, with redundant language meant to intimate an effort to manage expectations, but all it's doing it wasting more time on both ends. That a person needs to get transferred to multiple departments to deal with any services screams disorganisation. What should have been a 15-20 minute call (including hold time) was 2 hours yesterday, with no solutions due to errors on your end "we will call you back in 24-48 hours" on a time sensitive matter that your competition was able to address in 15 mins TOTAL time on the phone. Crazy idea, maybe instead of gauging us to keep the upper brass earning way more money than any company CEO deserves...you can bring customer support back to Canada. You know, make jobs for Canadians. DO NOT REPLY TO ME ON THIS.

15/ So where do we land? I actually agree more than we disagree. The GOOD: ✅ 5G infrastructure is world-class and genuinely transforming industry ✅ Prices have dropped significantly since 2020 ✅ Tech pivots (Bell's Ateko, TELUS Health) show real innovation intent The BAD: ❌ Still an oligopoly with too much pricing power ❌ Debt-laden companies cutting jobs, not creating them ❌ Rural and Indigenous connectivity gap is a national shame ❌ CRTC regulation is too slow and too cautious #CanadaTelecom #Tech #Economy

@bpmyhome18 @amara_is_weird If u know or have someone in the US, UK or Canada that could help you apply for remote jobs like Telus or outlier.. they'd just help apply.. While we do the job..manage the account And split the weekly earnings..

@Hunny_diva @RogersHelps @Rogers Every time someone has a concern they direct ppl to Rogers Support as if that’s not their job. This Roger’s Help channel seems pretty pointless to me if they can’t actually help & give false info about something important like Pin#’s and Account Security. Glad I’m with #Telus

Canada's privacy regulator cannot fine anyone for cyber attacks, data leaks, and systemic security negligence. ----------------------- The OPC found Loblaw was faking data deletion. They continue to keep your purchase history, IP addresses, and browsing data after you asked them to delete your account. Five days later, Loblaw disclosed a data breach. The penalty? A letter asking them to do better within 12 months. ----------------------- Telus Digital lost 1 petabyte of data. CIRO - the body that regulates your investment dealer, exposed 750,000 investors' SINs. PowerSchool exposed 2.77 million children's records. The hacker was a 19-year-old with stolen credentials. Total federal fines issued across all four breaches: $0. ----------------------- Bill C-27 would have introduced fines up to 3% of global revenue. It died in January 2025. No replacement has been tabled. ----------------------- If you're a lawyer in Canada who thinks this is broken, I'm building something. Follow along.
