    @SamsungCanada @TELUS All lie about phone as i experiensed worst service, all customer representative officer lied that they send new charger within 15 business days. But its been more than a month and no update on status, still saying same while calling back.

    @lav_sunrise Yeah it seriously sucks. Even if you go third party (I’m with Teksavvy for internet) the service is still distributed by Rogers/Bell/Telus/Shaw.

    On god if you’re Canadian stay away from @RogersHelps. Go to Telus or Bell Every other provider is better, TRUST ME. By far the worst cellular provider

    @StayGoulden Bell and Telus basically use the same towers and are relatively good in urban areas with better customer service. Rogers customer service is *** but works better in remote locations like up North. At least that’s what I have found.

    I signed up for @TELUS a week ago. My first bill is due in 3 days already. I haven’t even received my SIM card yet and @TELUSsupport expects me to pay for 10 days of service. Is this a Scam or a service?

    @gregobr @CarttCa Or, put differently, he doesn’t know what he is talking about on telecom and no one in his campaign has spent 30 minutes researching the topic. Btw I totally support removing the remaining restrictions and letting foreign companies buy Bell, TELUS and Rogers.

    @TTChelps I see, did not know, apologies. I am on Telus. Will do that, connect to the wifi. Did not know where to get off and was using google maps to guide me. But of course you need wifi for that. Fortunately the trains come out from the tunnel after Bloor and I had signal again

    @ZAKtalksTECH Yes. I have tested this with a Google Pixel 5 and iPhone 12 Pro. Both didn't any issue with 5G connectivity. Also Telus investigated confirmed that I have 5G and i shouldn't have this 5G connectivity issues. The adviced me to replace the phone.

    @jacksheps Yeah, Telus and Shaw are here. A friend told me he uses teksavvy and it's in my area, gonna see what they have. Closed my Telus. Never had a cell phone changed in the middle of the plan. If pay the bill nothing should change unless changing the services, period. 😤

    @SLN74849293 That’s what they are sitting on but why do they allow the big 3 (Bell, Telus,Rogers) to buy up any and all competition? This is an oligopoly through and through. It’s corrupt Australia and Ireland had this problem but their governments lived up to their promise to change it. 😳

    @JEVLloyd Telus came, saw, conquered. They originally said tech would stay outside (bec. Covid) and I would have to fix it with him yelling at me. But turns out Tech was a neighbour and came in (with a mask on)and gave me NEW equipment. All good now. If I drank I'd be having a cocktail
