    @FemiNelson1 @Bell I managed to get through around 8am but call-taker said his board went from nice quiet start of his shift with zero callers to almost five-thousand in pending in span of ten minutes. Sounds like Canada-wide Bell service outage. Glad my mobile phone is with Telus!

    Unimpressed at the rate increase for my plan. Feels like I’m being gauged by @TELUS. I’ve been a client for over 20 years - time to switch. The gradual erosion of your customer service and increase in fees is too much to bear.

    I spent my #snowday speaking with @TELUSsupport service reps. In December 2017 @TELUS and other major Cell companies matched the @FreedomMobile #10GB plans. 14 months pass they raise the fee $10. The price we pay for #Cellphone service in #Canada is ridiculous. @CRTCeng

    @camerongraham @Rogers Totally. I’ve been with @Rogers since 1990...have wireless phones, high speed Internet, cable, home phone. If I tell them I’m going to Bell or Telus, I get a deal, but only after waiting on hold for an hour, and transferring to Customer Retention. You can’t make this stuff up! 😂
