  @dabloat @freedomsupport Exactly. Rogers/Fido/Chatr is having issues too. I've heard Telus/Koodo and Bell/Virgin are also having issues. No word yet on SaskTel, Vidéotron, or TBayTel though

  Telus posted a $1.8 billion net loss, mostly a $2.1 billion writedown on Telus Digital, its customer service arm. Rough news. AI is eating the contact center model that arm was built on. I've watched Lagos BPO firms sit on this exact bet for years now, and the clock feels like it's moving faster than anyone priced in.

  @Rogers You got greedy and claiming GM Place but that wasnt enough you have to overtake Shaw. But what you didnt do was increase your staff to match your accounts accumulation...to the point where, I heard "Sorry, we are too busy to take your call, goodbye" Over and over and over for more than a month. Pssst It's Business 101 to NEVER EVER let that happen. Oh and Ive switched to Telus. Am I one lost customer, or 1 of many? 🤔

  @Mel02999853Mel @krisster8 @TELUS For me, it was the technicians dying in customers driveways on service calls that I had never heard about my entire career until the 💉 Customers calling where’s my technician, GPS shows them on site, dead in their truck in the driveway one in Ontario one in British Columbia.

  @AngelaUnspoken Virgin Mobility it's essentially Bell Mobility under a different branding. Same EPC, same billing system, same network backbone. Same thing goes with Telus and Koodo. Koodo is Telus' flanker brand. My guess is that you've probably switched to a BYOD plan by switching to Virgin from Bell. This is how much I pay, on a BYOD plan.
