@jodyvance @TELUS Lots of moving parts to the problem(s). To say that Telus or Rogers sucks doesn't help. Getting a tech on site is the best bet if you can make it happen. I have Telus, and I've been annoyed occasionally, but it's been minor stuff. Good Luck!
