@JordanSpinks42 @Rogers Bell was no better 5 years ago. That leaves Telus, and their customer service sucks

@MyHockeyBurner @Sportsnet650 Do you think rogers gives a **** about you being a customer? They are in business to make $ for shareholders. Rogers shares up 15% the past 12 months. Telus down 35% and can barely pay their 12% dividend. Give your head a shake

@BluelineBardown @Rogers Already had swapped to Telus because I can't ******* stand Shaw->Rogers tech support when their internet breaks because their service quality is horrible.

@DailyHiveVan Step up @TELUS as a local Vancouver company and take over. You will get a lot of customer switches 👌

@Angelahvn They installed Telus fiber here but it still has very SLOW periods. I'm still trying to figure it out (there's some online guidance on using a separate router downstream of the one Telus provides, for one)

@CTVNews Fk @Rogers . Everyone who deals with them should cancel all their services and switch to @TELUS. It's better service and it's cheaper

@AlleyDalley @Rogers We don't have Telus home services available here, but it sounds like everything is choosing the best of the worst. Telus service went severely downhill when they sent customer service offshore and I understand others have done the same. Pricing is not intended to be competitive.
