  • _alicehirsch alice hirsch (@_alicehirsch) reported from Montréal, Québec

Welcome to Telus where customers feel entitled to a phone line and will throw accusations at you when they fail a credit check.

  • kevinilaqua Kevin Ilaqua (@kevinilaqua) reported from Vaudreuil-Dorion, Québec

@TELUS for the first time in 10 years I can genuinely say your customer service sucks. Your web store sucks at shipping anything on time, they caused the problem.. but the answer.. just cancel your service.. Okay, I most certainly will.

@chromaticaxis @marisa_buck We are having issues right now with TELUS ....I wouldn’t come

  • downsdispatch John Downs (@downsdispatch) reported from Montréal, Québec

I’ve given up the same 416 phone number I’ve had for decades! I was told I’ve been paying $20 more per month compared to what people in Quebec pay. My cost of home internet/cable and cell service has plummeted compared to what I last paid in Toronto. #BellCanada #Telus

  • iwillbehave514 Iwillbehave514 (@iwillbehave514) reported from Montréal, Québec

What a joke #TELUS makes u waste time when it’s an eternal problem

  • Sheens13 Sheeners (@Sheens13) reported from Montréal, Québec

Wow #telus way to just hang up on your client. And I wasn’t even rude👏

  • gmnewlook Martin Cirino Photography 🚆🚇🚉🚍✈📷🇨🇦 (@gmnewlook) reported from Montréal, Québec

Friggin' ADT by Telus...been on hold for 70 minutes with tech support...never waited more than 5 minutes before Telus bought them...

  • Trumpismme Politics, Sports (@Trumpismme) reported from Dollard-Des Ormeaux, Québec

As usual Ezra's in the money. If i were a telus customer of be changing companies asap.

Telus Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • kaaaaaygee Karla (@kaaaaaygee) reported

Only @TELUS would cancel your order without notifying you without a reason. Ignored the amount of times I’ve tried to contact them regarding the status for 3 weeks.

  • Cory_Boehm Cory Boehm (@Cory_Boehm) reported

@Pagmenzies I thought we were supposed to blame Bell, Telus and Rogers for all our problems.

  • TheLifestyleDig LifestyleDigs (@TheLifestyleDig) reported

Another lost signal @TELUS Optik TV. Do NOT sign up for this shitty service.

  • kcorr54 Kathryn Orr (@kcorr54) reported

@ca_london @Xfinity @telus raised my rate by $40 a month and their customer service sucks. Not a teacher(s) who should have free service while teaching from home. Greed is apparently still good.

  • GardoTaurus Gardo Taurus (@GardoTaurus) reported

@TELUS Wish you covered more areas around 100 Mile House, BC. Been putting in requests for what seems to be forever now :(. Tons of customer would jump ship from Shaw.

  • SamParton Samantha Parton (@SamParton) reported

I desperately need a new phone & in my attempts to get one I have spent at least 4 hours on hold wi/Telus in the past week. Have yet to get any actual help (can’t order it online, for various reasons). Maybe it’s not a new phone but a new service provider I need

  • paulnixey Paul Nixey (@paulnixey) reported

The worst part about rage-switching home internet providers is that I’m now on hold with both Shaw and Telus.

  • bmoghadam Brian Moghadam (@bmoghadam) reported

Unbelievably poor service from @Telus. Home phone line full of static. Two appointments with Telus from over a week were no-shows. Follow up calls offered canned apologies and no explanation. Both cancelled appointments were “rescheduled” without notifying me.

  • dagger1977 Dagger1977 (@dagger1977) reported

@leftcoastxpress @TELUS Check out Telus plans. I got 10gb plan with them and am always way under. Telus is also pretty good at negotiating bills down even if it’s your fault.

  • JMkennedy03 Mike kennedy (@JMkennedy03) reported

I had to get a new phone, my contract ended and my iPhone turned itself into a brick. Telus will only waive the activation fee if I order my phone online. Do I order a new one online and return the one I just bought or should @TELUS serve their customer and just waive the fee?
