@TELUS for the first time in 10 years I can genuinely say your customer service sucks. Your web store sucks at shipping anything on time, they caused the problem.. but the answer.. just cancel your service.. Okay, I most certainly will.

@tjlavoie @swartable I'm on Rogers with no service but tech got crazy good so I can route cell calls and texts over my local wifi which shoots over long distance wifi to Twin Island which shoots over to the firehall on Cortes which hits Telus undersea fiber optic, then onto Rogers somehow

@TELUSsupport I have made calls to your customer service. With responses justifying the increases being due to expanding telus infrastructure. My service has remained constant. No notable improvements. Just an increase in bills.

@EmergencyInfoBC Ever since I got the alert mine my wife and kids have all lost all cell service in Trail BC. Called telus and there is a town wide outage for all telus towers. Including Koodo.
