    @TELUS for the first time in 10 years I can genuinely say your customer service sucks. Your web store sucks at shipping anything on time, they caused the problem.. but the answer.. just cancel your service.. Okay, I most certainly will.

    Friggin' ADT by Telus...been on hold for 70 minutes with tech support...never waited more than 5 minutes before Telus bought them...

    @TELUSint Hi Telus, I am one of the vendors in Telus. I have been accepted in one of Telus project and told that a manager will contact me within 14 days. No one contact me yet and I emailed the contact address but no ones replying yet. Please help, thanks.

    @chelsey_design @allhankynopanky @dinnerwithjulie My Telus plan has 10G (which I never come close to) and then instead of charging me for more, Telus is supposed to notify me and then offer reduced speeds at no extra cost. If that's not satisfactory, option to pay.

    @TELUS Telus service been out since morning. I can’t work. My both house service is out. Telus representative Reo said technician will come on Saturday. How am I supposed to work? Who will pay me for my missing hours? Our basement and 2nd housecan’t work as they are working from home.

    I got spam email from Telus Health yesterday. I don’t have and have never had any association with Telus before and never got spam emails from them before either. But I did sign up for MyHealth records two weeks ago. Coincidence?

    @TELUSsupport As soon as possible isn't good enough anymore. Three weeks of this nonsense, we're going to walk away. You contact me - you have my DM's already. We are FED UP. There are other options for TV and mobile service and I have no contract obligations with @Telus anymore.

Just home from hosp recovering from heart attack, had issue with Telus internet, called them & they refuse help w/o my DL# which was 13 flrs below in garage. Threw their $1,300 equip out 13th flr window, told them to pick it up, wrote letter to Telus exec, nvr billed
