    @TELUS for the first time in 10 years I can genuinely say your customer service sucks. Your web store sucks at shipping anything on time, they caused the problem.. but the answer.. just cancel your service.. Okay, I most certainly will.

    Haven’t had a family doctor for over five years now. 🇨🇦 Try to sign up with some online company called Maple: sure no problem, take all my info….then they hit you with “join for $85 / mth.” Try sign up with Telus MyHealth: sure no problem, take all your info…no appointments available. Checked three months out. Canadian health care is so bad. Our BC government runs >$10B deficit, yet outcomes are simply terrible. Luckily, I live near Washington USA. Maybe I’ll just get a doctor down there to finally see how expensive it really is (or is not).

    I've been trying to cancel my @TELUSsupport @TELUS services since Wednesday. I just got told they couldn't authenticate me, with my name & account number. I guess when you make it impossible to cancel, you figure we'll just keep paying, so it doesnt impact our credit.

    @fordnation Listen up, your rhetoric about our data was beyond moronic. EVERY SINGLE CANADIAN COMPANY sells our data to whomever they CHOOSE to because YOU half wits allow them to. Rogers/Shaw, Telus, Bell and the list goes on have been doing this for decades. You know since phone books were invented? Clearly you never read the pages in those books, wherein you had to write a letter and mail it in to a PO Box and OPT OUT to prevent them from doing so. Now you're acting like you're concerned about it and think that it just remains in Canada because we're in Canada? EVERY ONE of those corporations has AMERICAN INVESTORS you half wit! There will be NONE left because you keep spewing nonsense you know NOTHING about! NONE of those corporations would survive or even exist without American investors, again because YOU all allowed them to. How many businesses and investments do you have in the US, Doug? Don't say NONE because we all know you do. You're just like Carney, you lie about everything. Stick to what you're good at Doug, kissing Carney's ***, eating and drinking at the buffet!

    Still unsatisfied @TELUS . It's taken over a year to resolve a billing issue. I call, they credit. They reset my plan to cancel this issue. Still seeing "additional email". Support's key line: I understand your frustration. I've heard it so often, I know it's part of training.

    Today an @EPCOR garbage truck took out my phone landline in the back alley. I've witnessed them striking the overhead cables before, but today they broke one. Went through a rigamarole explaining to @telus to send a technician tomorrow. I loath both of these companies, BTW.🤬
