    @TELUS for the first time in 10 years I can genuinely say your customer service sucks. Your web store sucks at shipping anything on time, they caused the problem.. but the answer.. just cancel your service.. Okay, I most certainly will.

    Re. land line, I need to hang onto the phone number as it's registered everywhere and a PITA to change. Anyway, I too was paying a high monthly so I told Telus I was considering dumping it and they gave me a loyalty rate of $2.50 per month. They must do this to pretend they still have a customer base. And yes, porting to VOIP is something I was considering as I already have a couple of numbers.

    TELUS Corp $TU has reset its quarterly dividend to support deleveraging and fuel long-term growth, with a quarterly dividend of $0.1875 per common share, representing a reset of 55 per cent. TELUSโ€™ net debt to Adjusted EBITDA of 3.5-times at quarter-end is targeting approximately 3.0-times or lower by year-end 2028, supported by organic free cash flow growth, the dividend reset, disciplined capital expenditures, and proceeds from asset monetization processes currently underway. Full-year consolidated service revenue guidance has been revised to a range of flat to negative 2 per cent; consolidated Adjusted EBITDA is now expected to be in a range of negative 2 to negative 4 per cent; and full-year free cash flow is anticipated to be approximately $1.8 billion.

    @TrixieLeRue I left TELUS because even as an employee, they had a "rushman" visit my house to try to fix my internet connection over a dozen times and still couldn't figure out how to fix it. I managed to get my current Shaw issue fixed with a friend.

    @nenshi Just like your Fellow BC NDP Party is doing Naheed. Telus building 3 AI sites in Metro Vancouver. No extra baseline dispachable power either ? BC Hydro scrambling saying they will be short 20 % by 2029. But BC NDP puts up 4 more Bird killing windmills to help supply AI power

    @FanMontanaro It's worse. I pay for OneSoccer in my Telus subscription, and they didn't have the game. And even tough I've already paid thru Telus, I need a separate login and subscription on their website.

    @TELUSsupport I have a bad experience with Telus Support over the weekend. A Philippino woman who said her name was Casey. I told her to do nothing on my account and today I got a $255 charge that I didn't authorize. I don't want to renew my contract.

    @BenjaminDEKR Happy to hear your needs are met but I don't think that is the rule - or at least I think there's a legit market I live in a suburb of Toronto and take @GOtransit into the city Every day I have infuriating dead spots with @TELUS and these guys are a legit service
