@TELUS for the first time in 10 years I can genuinely say your customer service sucks. Your web store sucks at shipping anything on time, they caused the problem.. but the answer.. just cancel your service.. Okay, I most certainly will.

  • Han_Marshy Hannah 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿🇨🇦 (@Han_Marshy) reported

@Alex_Micati I had the options of Bell (which I had to get as was originally using Katie's old phone) or Telus (more expensive. I was originally going to have to pay $25 and mot $20. And more people whinge about Telus's piss-poor WiFi coverage. We have a Telus WiFi box and it cuts out.

  • stephaniepost Stephanie Post (@stephaniepost) reported

@TELUS so much for customer loyalty. Apparently being a customer for over 15 years does means jacking a monthly cost $84 per month for the SAME service. Time to see how much better your competition is…

  • jldorran Jacci Dorran Holowath (@jldorran) reported

@telus nice job today in Alberta. You left many of us without cell service for most of the day. Just got it back now. Have yet to receive an apology.

  • amitabh2014 Amitabha (@amitabh2014) reported

@FidoSolutions Flew YYC to Toronto sept 4. Fido sent email I'm roaming. Told them - no, I am not, so don't charge roaming. "Ok, call us next week". Tried today, past billing cycle, bill is $0.0. "Why"? Ask Jack - not updated yet. Terrible service, don't use it. Considering Telus.

  • marcmcpherson marc mcpherson (@marcmcpherson) reported

@robdwoods You know what…I’ll trade the occasional phone call for having no ability to text and zero social presence. But **** Telus telemarketers still.

  • ItzBahh Shae (@ItzBahh) reported

@OUTL4Wofficial Yeah Shaw is terrible I switched to Telus 1gb up and down never going back to Shaw haha

  • Gamer_6440 Nunyo Bizz (@Gamer_6440) reported

@TELUS You can still see the crease down the middle when the phone is opened up… until @SamsungMobile fixes that, there is no way i could own one.

  • DennisDetoba Dennis (@DennisDetoba) reported

Hey @Telus, I’m still waiting for you to contact me. I feel so disappointed with my home security service. I’m now looking for another service provider #telus

  • GregoriusDaneli Gregorius (@GregoriusDaneli) reported

@VicedRhino Every company has their expertise. Bell has phone plans; Telus is Internet; and Shaw is television. In most other respects, they're all either below average or just outright terrible.

  • jfmezei Jean-François Mezei (@jfmezei) reported

@RobinShaban @VivicResearch Rogers Bell and Telus lost the subway contract to BAI who got contract to deploy antennas/service in Toronto subway. So in response they decided to not play ball with BAI, and only Freedom did. When Freedom goes Rogers, odds are Rogers will pull plug on coverage in subway.
