@TELUS for the first time in 10 years I can genuinely say your customer service sucks. Your web store sucks at shipping anything on time, they caused the problem.. but the answer.. just cancel your service.. Okay, I most certainly will.

@BuppiChow also you shouldn't really beat yourself up over factors that aren't in your control. u couldn't have seen this coming so don't feel too bad about telus servers going down for a while I was playing games with some of my friends when it happened

@telus free help for your team: in every traceroute I do to hosts that I can’t connect to (800-1000ms ping), the Telus router that is the first along the route to have a massively high ping is “CHCNIL23BR00”, 154.11.11.177
