Telus has the worst home security system I’ve ever seen. The system we got off Amazon is cheaper and works 10x better. Don’t waste your time with the “great deal” with the telus home security system. It’s garbage.

@TELUSsupport Hi Telus. What is the situation with the one ring call problem? Yesterday I received 27 calls. Mostly from Congo. The day before it was 17 mostly from Santo Domingo. It’s ridiculous and needs to be a stopped. Blocking the contact is useless. What is Telus doing?

Odd to say but Canada needs to follow the US and force health software vendors to provide open access (API) to platforms like the US is doing now. Looking @ #telushealth specifically. We tried to get access & were told "API wouldn’t be provisioned as TELUS has a solution in place"

Spent an unbelievable 2 1/2 hours on the phone with Telus (most of it waiting between short conversations) trying to fix a problem created by them...

@X929 @ngelavaliant I passed on your apologies. As it happens, she was right behind me in line at the Telus vaccination clinic today, complaining about the line, the walking, and the lack of free wifi in the building. Deep down, someway, somehow, she instinctively knew this was Trudeau’s fault.

@ReapersPlace Went through the same thing when I moved from shaw to telus. If you know someone still on Shaw, you can port your email address over to their account to keep it alive (and setup email forwarding). If you don't port it before you cancel shaw, when you cancel the address dies.

@drdagly I'm reluctant to praise this govt for anything, but I made an appointment on AHS' site Tues morning and had my shot at Telus Centre < 36 hrs later. My understanding is ON and BC are leaving it to individual pharmacies to handle booking and vaccination, which seems like a bad idea

@hayu yet AGAIN, the Hayu iPhone app, the Apple TV app, Telus app & the streaming method - NOTHING WORKS. I spend more time fighting with your system than I do watching shows. I'm not paying for this anymore!!!! Worst quality of any streaming service period.
