@TELUSsupport Hi Telus. What is the situation with the one ring call problem? Yesterday I received 27 calls. Mostly from Congo. The day before it was 17 mostly from Santo Domingo. It’s ridiculous and needs to be a stopped. Blocking the contact is useless. What is Telus doing?

  • darci_oakford Darci Oakford-Kuit (@darci_oakford) reported from Wembley, Alberta

Telus has the worst home security system I’ve ever seen. The system we got off Amazon is cheaper and works 10x better. Don’t waste your time with the “great deal” with the telus home security system. It’s garbage.

@TELUSsupport Dear Telus , I was stuck in india for nearly 9 months and but I continued to pay my bills. I didn't get any monitory support or discount in my bills . I haven't used your service much apart 5 - 6 roaming calls in 9 months. @TELUS

  • AndreTheGeek Andre (@AndreTheGeek) reported

@TELUS Question re your 5G service: Tried your 5G speeds on my new phone in Arnprior ON. Speed test to a Telus server got no more than 180Mb/s download. LTE - same spot peaked at 300Mb/s - quite good actually for LTE. Where's the high speed with the 5G? It was slower than LTE.
