Telus has the worst home security system I’ve ever seen. The system we got off Amazon is cheaper and works 10x better. Don’t waste your time with the “great deal” with the telus home security system. It’s garbage.

@TELUSsupport Hi Telus. What is the situation with the one ring call problem? Yesterday I received 27 calls. Mostly from Congo. The day before it was 17 mostly from Santo Domingo. It’s ridiculous and needs to be a stopped. Blocking the contact is useless. What is Telus doing?

@TELUSsupport What's going on in Vanderhoof, BC? Telus cellular and mobile internet service (Smarthub) is very intermittent. Can't make phone calls either.

Last week it was the stupid printer, today I had 50-100% packet loss, can't complete trace routes.. TELUS internet this is on you. While troubleshooting, the network fixed itself. WTF TELUS. I lost 2hrs of productivity (yes I rebooted the router, modem and my PC!) 😡

***ATTENTION*** According to TELUS at this current time, TELUS landline whether VOIP or hardwire IP does not have the ability to call 911 . We have been advised this is a wide spread outage . TELUS is working on a solution.

@TELUS how come every time I try and call client support, the wait time is over an hour with no opportunity to schedule a call back? I’ve tried calling in 3 different times and keep getting the same result. I don’t have that kind of time to wait on hold during the day.
