Telus has the worst home security system I’ve ever seen. The system we got off Amazon is cheaper and works 10x better. Don’t waste your time with the “great deal” with the telus home security system. It’s garbage.

@TELUSsupport Hi Telus. What is the situation with the one ring call problem? Yesterday I received 27 calls. Mostly from Congo. The day before it was 17 mostly from Santo Domingo. It’s ridiculous and needs to be a stopped. Blocking the contact is useless. What is Telus doing?

You stopped sending me bills without any notice. Thought this issue was resolved back in September when I spoke with one of your reps. But its December and no bill. Is this how you treat your customers of over 20years? Telus is starting to look good. #badservice

@Telus I know your mobile network service is advertised as fast but I am in east Maple Ridge and I have only one bar. #cellsoslow

@SeanPrevil @ziyatong @TELUS It’s too bad is that it’s gotten this bad... if they sound like they’re from India, I hang up. They might be legit, they might not be but yeah

@ziyatong I pretend to be from the company they are calling. In your case, if Telus-Scammer called me, I'd pretend to be an employee from Telus and ask if I can stop by the office to give any information. They hang up after

@GlenMotz Glen...can you name one telecommunications company that plans to use any Huawei technology to build their 5G network? Just name one...otherwise, who is he "banning" if neither Rogers, Telus nor Bell will no Huawei components (all from Motorola and Ericsson). Dumbass #cdnpoli

@TimoVainionpaa I don’t totally buy that theory, those caps seem to be reasonable for a cable network (unlike Canada where UBB has always been part of the financial model). What’s worse is Bell and Telus getting public funds for FTTH and then having 50/10M (“unlimited”) plans.

@kevinlovestech @nataliejolyT8N Technically it's not an outage it's just slow. I've also dealt with this on Telus. In my opinion Canadian isps it's pick your poison. It is really sad actually.

No antenna! Wow! Traditional Telus. So, we use it as normal. It’s a family WiFi, offering 50 mbps speeds. Sadly, the best we get here is 6. 6!!! So then it dropped to 0. Yep, that **** brick doesn’t have a connection. As a result, I’ve used all my Koodo data and so has 2/3?
