    @TELUSsupport Hi Telus. What is the situation with the one ring call problem? Yesterday I received 27 calls. Mostly from Congo. The day before it was 17 mostly from Santo Domingo. It’s ridiculous and needs to be a stopped. Blocking the contact is useless. What is Telus doing?

    Telus has the worst home security system I’ve ever seen. The system we got off Amazon is cheaper and works 10x better. Don’t waste your time with the “great deal” with the telus home security system. It’s garbage.

    @dobradors @UbakaOgbogu Shaws model upgrades are always an improvement, so far. The only Telus product in my house was forced upon me when they (Telus) bought the company that provides the service.

    @Massonite @Crackmacs I haven't switched but our telus internet is faster than in Toronto. We never wait for loading times, games download super fast. And the service has been great.

    @SAndersonshpk @UbakaOgbogu Yes, it's difficult to avoid them. Really just have to go with who has the better package for your address and swallow your pride... Generally Telus Fibre for areas covered by it, Shaw otherwise. Shaw tends to have better customer service in my experience.

    I had no problems with @TELUSsupport @TELUS before but the trash *** ways y’all been acting this past year, I’m DEF going elsewhere in 2021 when my term is up and I’m up for renewal for a new phone. My loyalty all these years clearly means **** all. This is actually bonkers.

    @cluemoviefan So bizarre we cant get the telus fibre optik network downtown. So we stay with shaw internet until there's a choice to consider

    Telus technician: I prefer not to lie to you. Me: Uhn? Why is that a preference? Still no further than I was after the service call. Time to call Shaw.

    Had an issue that has been bothering me that should’ve been a simple fix. I contacted @TELUSsupport and for the first time they failed miserably. I can no longer refer other people to @TELUS as a result.

    @TELUS not happy with Telus and I will be changing service provider shortly. You screwed up my account and now I am forced to pay almost 860$ for your mess up to fix the issue that your staff can’t help with. And you’ll expect me to change my mind?
