    Telus has the worst home security system I’ve ever seen. The system we got off Amazon is cheaper and works 10x better. Don’t waste your time with the “great deal” with the telus home security system. It’s garbage.

    @TELUSsupport Hi Telus. What is the situation with the one ring call problem? Yesterday I received 27 calls. Mostly from Congo. The day before it was 17 mostly from Santo Domingo. It’s ridiculous and needs to be a stopped. Blocking the contact is useless. What is Telus doing?

    FYI #Kelowna #ylw just got off the phone with Telus and there is an outage in the area. For sure internet (that's our issue) but I'm not sure if anything else is impacted. A tech should be on it soon, so hopefully it will be resolved soon/by tomorrow AM.

    @ValauraV Went through the same hassle. Apparently the number to call for Telus Fibre is 1-888-310-2267. It'll save you the step of getting someone who can't help you. Not that Telus will *tell* you this is the number to call.

    Anyone else having issues with the WWE Network through Telus? I've confirmed my subscription, credentials, and tried multiple browsers. Nothing I've tried will get the WWE site to acknowledge my subscription. Is it just me? @TELUSsupport

    Come on #telus. This isn’t the best customer acquisition strategy. Calling for new home packages and line keeps cutting off. Each rep gives completely different prices. My head is spinning.

    @puffingrrl_h Brutal, but yeah I believe it. I think my cottage area only got high-speed within the last year or so, & cell service is still spotty to non-existent. It also depends what provider you’re with. When I was w/ F*do, my phone didn’t work up there at all. With Telus, it does…barely

    @mcclure111 Don't we all. I literally keep both shaw and Telus service because they're like a seesaw back and forth between who's shitting the bed more year by year. Though fiber is pretty nice so it'd be hard to switch back to shaw now.

    @jasonsirianni @keithbaldrey Your social credit score is below the threshold 300 due to jaywalking on April 26th 2024. Telus will be cutting your phone service for 1 week and you can no longer attend The Weekends show at Rogers. VISA has denied your purchase due to the supplier not meeting diversity quotas.
