Telus has the worst home security system I’ve ever seen. The system we got off Amazon is cheaper and works 10x better. Don’t waste your time with the “great deal” with the telus home security system. It’s garbage.

@TELUSsupport Hi Telus. What is the situation with the one ring call problem? Yesterday I received 27 calls. Mostly from Congo. The day before it was 17 mostly from Santo Domingo. It’s ridiculous and needs to be a stopped. Blocking the contact is useless. What is Telus doing?

Well @Rogers it's been a slice, after nearly 2 decades as a customer it's nice to know that @TELUS apparently values my business more...I'll be cancelling and switching my mobility over asap.

Now I just got transferred to my third department at @TELUS and was disconnected before I got to talk. What a terrible terrible system they have. Are all phone companies this awful nowadays?

@kaifulee Sorry Dr. Lee Kai-Fu, I tested it now, and it is not working, so I can't call you again. I am phoning my Telus to fix the problem, they claimed they did fix it!. Have a great day Dr. Lee Kai-Fu! Thank you!

@fka_jayesimpson I just switched over from the nightmare that was Telus. Shaw has been much better, but doesn't say much given the troubles you're having, aside from Telus is equally terrible. 😐

@waylonsnedker @Gaohmee It is for sure! It's too bad it'll likely be a while until local devs can meet and greet again (though I've only been to a couple of get togethers since moving here). As for the Telus billing, I must just be lucky ;)

@Gaohmee Telus and Shaw has the largest network up here, but the price is not ‘friendly’ at all. Probably around $100 a month depends on the plan you want. You may want to use fibre optic service since it’s well established in downtown area. Most of them are contract base tho

@Gaohmee Shaw is awful and I just paid 300$ to NOT be with them. I like my Telus service but those two are the big ones. Telus has the benefit of also having phone plans so you can bundle - Telus also has Koodo if you want a more flexible phone plan.

@Gaohmee I've found Telus the most reliable and best customer service but thats a low bar here.

Hey @ShawInfo . Today, my internet stopped working (rep thinks internal house signal) but the earliest you can dispatch your tech is Nov 30! Are you kidding me? How do you expect me to do my work without internet? Time to switch to @TELUS

@buoyantbabe @TELUS I can't even imagine. I'm always extra nice to people who work in call centers for that exact reason. Its not tech supports fault that I had to wait so long. That's a Telus problem.
