@TELUSsupport Hi Telus. What is the situation with the one ring call problem? Yesterday I received 27 calls. Mostly from Congo. The day before it was 17 mostly from Santo Domingo. It’s ridiculous and needs to be a stopped. Blocking the contact is useless. What is Telus doing?

Telus has the worst home security system I’ve ever seen. The system we got off Amazon is cheaper and works 10x better. Don’t waste your time with the “great deal” with the telus home security system. It’s garbage.

But @XploreMobile's solution is to call a client without service to help fix the issue. Once I get back to #winnipeg I plan on switching to @TELUS. I'd steer away from Xplorer Mobile if you plan on checking them out.

I’m being marketed internet & TV channels because I have no family doctor & decided to use Telus Health app & clinic. Despite a wait, service has been efficient. What kind of sponsorship can family doctors get? Like, vitamins, insurance, or sports drinks? Is that a thing?

from reddit thread: “The Telus health appointment I had was a total waste. Waited two weeks and when the Dr. Called they had technical issues and couldn’t hear me… no follow up and reschedule just to wait another two weeks. very disappointed.” but for only $4,650…

@TELUSsupport Yikes, Telus. My wife waits all afternoon to try and get an issue resolved, escalation team member cuts her off and laughs at her numerous times. All because a free feature got removed when she switched mobile plans and ended up being overcharged. Not great.
