Telus has the worst home security system I’ve ever seen. The system we got off Amazon is cheaper and works 10x better. Don’t waste your time with the “great deal” with the telus home security system. It’s garbage.

@TELUSsupport Hi Telus. What is the situation with the one ring call problem? Yesterday I received 27 calls. Mostly from Congo. The day before it was 17 mostly from Santo Domingo. It’s ridiculous and needs to be a stopped. Blocking the contact is useless. What is Telus doing?

@TELUS @TELUSsupport Just want to tell you your rural LTE sucks goat *****. $80/month for max of 1/5 of advertised speeds and a miniscule fraction of that evenings and weekends... when it doesn't quit entirely. Soon as #Starlink is here I'mma drop you like your internet drops me.

@TELUS @TELUSsupport Watching WW84 and the movie keeps freezing. Not having internet problems as my other devices are working fine. Disappointed.. annoying watching with all the freezing especially if I'm paying $30.

All I want for Christmas is Telus fibre. 🥺 So sick of unreliable slow *** Shaw and their over saturated network. Our connection drops at least 2x a day. So over it.

@RogersHelps Your network is kindof poor in our area in Surrey..We live on a higher floor, yet it gives only 2 lines, compared to 6 from Telus. That is a disadvantage. How may we boost it ?

@TELUS @TELUSsupport Ope, there it goes again, game that needs only a measly 15kb/sec of bandwidth is averaging ~500 msec with literally nothing else happening on my home network, and straight up disconnecting if I open my email in the background. Oversell your capacity much?
