  Telus has the worst home security system I’ve ever seen. The system we got off Amazon is cheaper and works 10x better. Don’t waste your time with the “great deal” with the telus home security system. It’s garbage.

  @TELUSsupport Hi Telus. What is the situation with the one ring call problem? Yesterday I received 27 calls. Mostly from Congo. The day before it was 17 mostly from Santo Domingo. It’s ridiculous and needs to be a stopped. Blocking the contact is useless. What is Telus doing?

  I've never repeated the phrase "I don't want TV, I don't watch TV" more times in my life than when talking to Telus customer service. It does nothing to stop them. I just want internet, stop talking to me about television. TV is for seniors who are scared of the internet.

  @jodyvance @TELUS We had visitors from the US to our home last week and we were talking about how our choices for service are minimal. Telus subscribers for almost 40 years for telephone and many years for TV and now Optic. Such poor communication.
