  @Shawridgefarm @bridgetschill I was with telus for year. I was always happy with them. The only reason I Ieft is that I was starting to have reception issue in my own backyard

  @kyleoakleygb Bell and telus use the same towers. Had issues with bell years ago too

  @CousineauAlbert Bell and telus use the same towers. Ive dropped to many call right in my yard over the last couple of months. Time to try a different cellular network

  @TELUSsupport @TELUS can you throw me a bone? I’ve been on hold for over an hr (after being disconnected once already). My mytelus account won’t work, I have one day off and don’t want to spend the whole day on hold fixing a billing issue. How do I arrange a call back?

  I’m on @Shawhelp and my sister is on @TELUSsupport. So at either my home or hers, I would program the TV to deliver to my folks, and get whatever Shaw or Telus service in their room to enable their smart TV. So, Shaw or Telus, what do you have to help me? Following you both.

  @TELUS it is too bad when I last conversed with you about an issue with ordering on demand movies, and I was advised to put the purchase pin on the TV, it would have been helpful to know you need to do it in EACH TV! #telus #optiktv
