@Bryson_M @DwarvenNonsense What file is this Bryson? On Mobile side, I spotted a few people who never received their "gift credit card", or the gift card was not valid when they used it. Spotted these the past month or so while looking at Sim Swap Fraud on the mobile forums. Both on Telus & Bell I believe.

@kevinmcdougald @jdobbin @TELUS If I was a benevolent dictator i would not only lower barriers but nationalize telecom infrastructure. I think it's absurd to have cell phone towers in triplicate, and it creates it's own barriers to entry and inhibits service to remote areas

When @TELUS doesn't let you pay your bill bc your account doesn't exist when you login. Why did I switch over again?

@GuMzHD Damn, I am still running crap DSL with 15mbps Download and 1mbps Upload no thanks to #Telus being cheap in my location. Our last upgrade in my location was 2006. Streaming is out of the question and even for me, I need to compress my videos to Youtube to make them small.

Such a bad customer service @TELUS @TELUSsupport my internet was supposed to be up from 1st march, its 4th march and its still not activated. When I called customer service they gave me time frame for it to be up after their closing time. horrible experience.

@jfmezei So how will this turn out? Customers are not obligated to remain in a contract after 2 yrs. Telus will want their money. But, customer not obligated to pay after 2 yrs. Will Telus will try to con people into another contract or other?

Shameful that companies like @koodo and @TELUS say it’s okay to switch to each others companies because they’re “sister” companies then hit you with a 700$ bill and hang up on you when you call 👍🏼 thanks for screwing me guys @TELUSsupport
