@Baritone_BC I am all for public housing and safe injection sites and better public transit. Those things help people like me. This data centre only enriches Telus and bails out West Bank

@MarkJCarney The money telus received during covid to support federal surveillance should cover the costs.

@Teslarati If Starlink can get to about $50 bucks/month (Telus internet on a 2 year plan with a "good" deal), then I would switch and never go back. I think once it gets cheap enough to directly compete with established providers, it's game over.

@TELUSsupport I have to keep rebooting my Telus TV box; it just shows a green circle. I have to unplug the box, wait for 30 seconds, and then plug it back in. This happens 3-4 times a week. Help!

@BrandonWealth Telus is gonna get a fat 50% dividend cut next quarter. Once it does… I will buy it as then it’s debt financing and future become possible. Right now that thing is hot garbage. Waiting on that stock to bottom out while I ride semi’s and oil.

@JonSedore HOW SOON WE FORGET The data breach involving Telus Digital in March 2026. Telus Digital confirmed investigating a cybersecurity incident March 12, 2026. The breach involved unauthorized access over several months prior (possibly undetected since late 2025). The hackers stole a massive amount of dataβ€”up to around 1 petabyte (700+ terabytes according to some reports). This included customer records, call-center recordings, personally identifiable information from multiple clients, source code, If you're a Telus customer , consider steps like changing passwords or enabling monitoring for identity theft.

@shannonplante @MarkJCarney Telus here already sucks at most things they should be good at. So i dont expect them to be able to understand why this is a terrible idea, along with ruining the downtown view.

@BoVanston @PeterMeiszner @TELUS Yes that would literally help if everyone did it?
