    @Shawridgefarm @bridgetschill I was with telus for year. I was always happy with them. The only reason I Ieft is that I was starting to have reception issue in my own backyard

    @CousineauAlbert Bell and telus use the same towers. Ive dropped to many call right in my yard over the last couple of months. Time to try a different cellular network

    @TELUS congrats you’ve lost customer. Bill was due today and you disconnected my service this morning without any warning.…I paid my Bill in full this morning, today was pay day. I spent most of my evening trying to reach a rep and now I have to pay the reconnection fee 😡

    @TELUS @TELUSsupport the amount of people that have DMd me about not receiving return boxes and being treated like they are the problem and owe #telus money is INSANE. This is a fairly simple logical problem to fix.

    Me: sites not down. Its #telus. Site loads in a TOR browser. Did a tracert. Node down in Seattle as usual. Wife: "what's TOR?"

    @AlsoKnownAs_AA @CarttCa @TELUS You seem confused by the current regulatory regime. Roaming tariffs don't apply. Rates for MVNOs are unregulated. (Are they regulated anywhere?)     Anyway Telus said they'd try to schedule something for me this week - then scheduled my appointment for NEXT TUESDAY after failing to show up for my appointment this morning But I went onto their app and was able to reschedule for tomorrow morning? **** all of this

    Why is @TELUSsupport @TELUS closed right now??? It’s 8:23 pm. I worked for @Rogers and we talked to customers until 11 pm. I need help now lmao.
