  @CousineauAlbert Bell and telus use the same towers. Ive dropped to many call right in my yard over the last couple of months. Time to try a different cellular network

  @Shawridgefarm @bridgetschill I was with telus for year. I was always happy with them. The only reason I Ieft is that I was starting to have reception issue in my own backyard

  @Jess_Lynch @TELUS Give it time. Start waiting on hold for hours on end and you will soon change you're tune. I know from experience. I'm only with them because the other options are hot garbage.

  @telus multi-billion $$ telephone company, does not answer its phones, ever. It's customer service mantra is: unplug everything in your house, wait a few minutes, plug it back in. Repeat every other day... Or move.

  @ThatsSoCarmen @NahremanIssaCTV @thupka1982 They used to brag about not outsourcing their call centers and using actual employees as in home technicians instead of contractors "unlike Telus" and now it's all the same garbage

  Hey @TELUS I'm switching from Rogers to you. My port has had issues. Now my phone doesn't work and the store told me they can't help me. "You need to call Telus" --with no phone in my life What service!
