Update on my experience with @Bell @Rogers @TELUS Bell - Continue to walk around there nonsense. Terrible service. Telus - Options and we can work together. Rogers - Let's set up a call and see if we can work together. Probably the most proactive out of three.

@Mandoline79 @TELUS I’ve had some staggeringly confusing troubleshooting issues with them. It’s like they know they’re the only game in town for some services and they don’t even try to keep you happy.

After waiting over an hour for @Shawhelp to call me back (they quoted 35 minutes - as 225th in the queue), I am going to bed and will turn off the ringer. I have ducks to kill on the am and can order my new @TELUS service tomorrow. Shaw TV can’t solve the buffering.

@McFeenixx It’s 200 bucks but Telus lets you pay for it in 4 separate instalments of 50 bucks. Well worth the money , you literally get every game and I’ve never had any issues with the connection or lagging.

@Mandoline79 @TELUS When I worked there, I started out as an Assure agent (tech support). The kind half hour wait I had today was unacceptable, let alone having to spent 2 hours on the phone. They kept contracting jobs overseas as well.

Welp we are officially switching from iPhone to android... our plans are up and we're switching carriers (because telus is SO EFFING EXPENSIVE!) and the iphones cost a MIN of $36/month on top of your plan. **** that. LG velvet here we come... wish me luck.

@TELUSsupport Issue about repairing physical damage is understandable, with a very light drop the screen shatters.The real issue with the almost new Note 20 Samsung voids all warranty if there is any scratch or damage, switching to Apple for good. Telus needs to support what they sell.

It would be like Rogers or Telus telling you that you have 5GB of data on your mobile phone plan this month, but that if you use only 4.5GB then your maximum next month is 4.5GB. There’s no way to increase it again once it goes down.

@Shawhelp I spent an hour online with waiting and trying to get help. I was given a number to call, after over an hour on the phone and 3 different departments which knew nothing of the previous conversation on my day off getting nowhere. I called Telus who did it in 14 minutes.
