I’ve been sitting in various parking lots all day today because of the @ShawInfo outage and because @TELUS ‘ LTE network doesn’t apparently reach my house. FUN.

@TELUS, new customer here. I just spent 2 hours on the phone yesterday and 2 hours in store to purchase a device from you. Is this how you always treat new customers?

@TELUSsupport Good Morning Telus - any information available on why multiple mobile phone users are getting repeat calls from Latvia this morning. Blocking a number doesn’t solve the issue - calls come from another Latvia number. Thanks.

Hey @cogecohelps, is there some kind of service problem in the Kingston area? I'm averaging 74-76mbps down and 0.07mbps up since 7:00pm. I'm paying for 1000mbps, and right now I'm getting faster speeds while using my Telus phone as a hotspot...

@ShawInfo restore internet in #WalnutGrove #Langley. People have online exams, assignments, and need the internet. I called customer service 6 times yesterday and nobody knew anything. Never expected Shaw to be so slow in repairing our connectivity. I will change to Telus now.

I'm amazed when a mobile carrier (e.g @Telus) decides to raise their price on a happy customer. It just pokes the bear. Now I'm shopping for a different carrier. I wonder if they realize they will need 14 customers to take the price hit for every 1 that leaves. 🤔 @TELUSsupport

@maxfawcett What’s unique is that in Alberta all government funding must be given to Telus who will then provide the service.

@MobileSyrup I’m porting my line to Telus today. This was a disastrous fail and Rogers clearly doesn’t have the correct failsafes to prevent this from happening. This is going to cost Rogers a LOT.
