@BigNasty6oh4 Im with Telus and have been for what feels like eons, I like them and can’t says I’ve had issues compared to friends bitching about Shaw and the hassles they’ve had to endure

  • ProviesGhost Uncle Leo (@ProviesGhost) reported

@TELUSsupport hey Telus, you have lost yourself a longtime customer. Charging a 1.5% fee to use my CC? Not available to AB customers after 4pm? I pay MORE than enough to you pricks to get this kind of **** service. Done.

If anyone reading this in Ottawa uses Telus or Bell internet, do you experience outages with minimal and non frequent web updates? Thinking of changing from Rogers as outage again and getting frustrating #rogersoutage

  • missanniecc missac (@missanniecc) reported

@RogersHelps I’m in Richmond Hill and my Rogers internet has been out for 8+ hours. I’ve had to work from my Telus hotspot. What is going on? Rogers, address this issue!

  • boobfan74 b00blover (@boobfan74) reported

@JayIsPainting I feel your pain but Telus is down a lot and they never have any updates. They also have no help after hours. Goes down after 9pm, you have to wait until morning.

  • shitkirkhussays Aaron (@shitkirkhussays) reported

@BuddJacket @BigNasty6oh4 My .02 I hated Telus, then loved Shaw until something went wrong. Fact is outsourcing call centres and being a returning customer results in a lease exp when you need them. It’s just big business unfortunately

  • paul_wb_wtf Paul Barraclough (@paul_wb_wtf) reported

@TommyMofo19 @BigNasty6oh4 I prefer Shaw (now Rogers) but when I movies in with my wife in delta, Shaw wasn’t an option. TELUS isn’t terrible but I do find that I need to unplug by router/PVR about once every couple of months.

  • UnboxedCrayon Mango Tango Official (@UnboxedCrayon) reported

@BigNasty6oh4 I used to despise the Telus hardware (was like glitchy streaming at times), and the fact they lack an open wifi network. Be careful with the pricing, a buddy switched as it was half the price then he found out he was missing more than half his channels and the price increased.

  • nbrosef Nicky Bullets (@nbrosef) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

@BuddJacket @BigNasty6oh4 @BigNasty6oh4 This. You just play them off each other and watch them beg for your service like the corporate bloodsuckers they are. Telus all day for TV never had complaints about their internet and I okay poker online. Just watch the upselling. Bloodsuckers all of them so.
