    @SaraKlapstein @TELUS They’ve definitely gone down hill over the last few years. Sadly, you need to get your own router for reliable Wi-Fi. The equipment they use is terrible. That said, their fibre internet is pretty slick!

    @TELUSBusiness We have Telus Business with some of our work cell phones. The experience with the agents on the phone makes me hang up and say how much I hate Telus. Customer service has changed in the last five years with Telus to where I used to support Telus but not anymore.

    Me and the hubby are considering switching to Telus Fibre for our internet. We have no problems with the quality of Shaw, but b/c we’re mobility clients, Telus is offering GB fibre for $75 plus a bill credit. So honest opinions on quality plz! Anyone have Fibre w/Telus? 1/2

    Either @Sportsnet online app has horrible quality or @TELUS has ****** wifi.. hmm so glad we got the high speed package. Neither is worth the monthly charges @NHL

    @gingerqueenjen Carrier troubles again. Texts go out twice daily at 8AM and 8PM. Working on it. Apparently their spam algorithms are tuned to flag anything COVID-related as spam. It's mostly Telus having the issue as far as I can tell.

    Waiting on @Shawhelp to arrive so we can replace our joke of a @TELUS package and actually get some decent customer support and internet service. I’ve never been so upset with a company’s lack of basic customer service. Encouraging all my friends and family to move off of Telus

    @Khelsilem Tech is very similar; not much to choose between them. Customer service: Shaw can be poor; Telus can be awful. They can be played off against each other for serious discounts at renewal time. I'm long-term Shaw and have few complaints.
