    @EPCOR A @TELUS technician was just here without a bucket truck or the ability to fix the fiber drop to my house. God I wish Telus support was as good as EPCORs. Man, that would be nice.

    @TELUSsupport A Telus technician just came to my house asking to come in and hook up my phone. I said the problem was outside with the drop from the power pole in the alley. The actual problem is totally different from what his trouble ticket said.

    @TELUS makes copious amounts of money because they make it impossible to cancel services. I moved and it took 5 minutes to cancel my @bchydro services.

    @TELUS @TELUSsupport I am so damned frustrated: despite having your home Internet service for years, your system still can't find my address but finds my neighbours on either side and it's a townhouse complex. Please HELP/FIX

    @TELUS how does someone pay their last bill, no access to my Telus from their phone as I have moved to a different provider. Also calling to Telus leaves me on hold for over 30 minutes per call, without any one to help with the payment! No calls during non business hrs! Argh 😖

    Just spoke to a telus representative. Theyre willing to give me exactly what i aksed for-unlike rogers. What a relief. Sad that you would treat loyal customers in such a callous way..especially during a global pandemic. Truly shameful that i used 2 recommeded rogers @RogersHelps

    Oh @TELUS, as a 30yr+ customer, I’ve never been so frustrated. I just had my appt for tomorrow cancelled. All because fiber hasn’t been run to the house yet. This is after an appt last week was cancelled for the same reason. Plz note, I made last weeks appt a month ago.

    @TheGMan_2021 @TELUSsupport Telus just upgraded my building to fibre optics but I haven’t felt motivated to switch although Shaw Blue Curve TV is ancient and slow.
