@TELUS Telus charged me for a 2nd number on a contract, which I called and tried to cancel. They kept saying they wouldn’t do it…”BUT they could cancel my current line at no cost (which is a business phone number). This was a 2 year contract @ 80/month. Essentially Telus cost me $1920.

@AltaDragonHeart @BACullenyyc @TELUS Exactly. That's what we wanted. That said, a big thanks to Telus support, which is handling the issue. We'll see if it gets resolved.

@TELUS You guys and your customer service are a bunch snakes, I advise everyone to avoid Telus like the plague if they want to avoid hassles. #worst #cellphone #CustomerExperience

Ouch. We switched to a @TELUS cell plan in which data costs 5 cents per MB. Got our first bill yesterday...charged $50 per MB. Not sure what hurts most, the charge or the thought of having to call Telus customer support to fix the problem.

@TELUS over an hour on the phone with an agent to be hung up on doesn’t make me feel very good about your services already. I’m 2 hours into being a customer.

@BruceDawson0xB @TELUSsupport Is this a relatively new thing? I used Telus up to 2014 and didn't have a problem.

Helpless person that answered my call couldn’t figure out how to pull up my account . Only entered it twice and gave him my # twice then he dumps me back in hold saying “bare with him” crappiest service yet. I’ve wasted so much time with Telus
