@sunshine22kas @RogersBiz I got rid of those idiots a decade ago. Bell is as bad. Telus is the best of the worst.

But looks like your team does care about loyal customers. They are only stuck with your dated processes which make customer run from one channel to the other with no resolution. Time to switch. @TELUS @Bell do you guys care for customers? Or do you guys follow the @Fidomobile way

  • fanCRTCProfling Commissioner Miner (@fanCRTCProfling) reported

The CRTC and these telco's calling to cease all telecoms & putting lives in jeopardy is no diff than when the CRTC allowed Telus to continue blocking calls to the 867 area code in the IrisTel-Telus fight. This is a sh*thole CRTC with garbage leadership.

  • StencilMunky42 StencilMunky42 (@StencilMunky42) reported

@AdamWylde So, I'm a little behind on my SDPN listening, but I thought Canada has 3 big telecommunications companies running all of the mobile market? Rogers, Bell & Telus. I have always heard it described as the big 3 not Big 2. Either way it still sucks.

  • GigNomad Canadian van lifer (@GigNomad) reported

@TELUS @TELUSsupport I am getting fed up with your auto-dialer calling me numerous times a day for different people. If I get anymore, I am launching a complaint with the @CRTC as this is harrassment

  • amber122185 mazikeen (@amber122185) reported from Brantford, Ontario

Does telus have good Internet plans? I know they never used to do Internet but I thought I saw some thing recently where they did start.

  • DougSaunders Doug Saunders (@DougSaunders) reported

@blm849 Compounded by the fact that their emergency backup consisted of Bell and Telus SIM cards, without realizing they couldn't make those cards work without a 2-factor authentication, which had to go though the Rogers network, which was down. So their PR couldn't even tweet about it

  • AthleteK13 Jackie H K (@AthleteK13) reported

@GoodbyeClutter Gmail has been nothing but problematic for me since the Telus partnership. It’s TERRIBLE. Crashes all the time, it’s slower than crap, and many of my sent emails ‘disappear’ into space. Including an important one to my CPA! Also, the server connection sucks!

  • BravoCharlie322 @BravoCharlie 🇨🇦🇺🇸🇬🇧🇮🇱🇯🇵🇹🇼🇿🇦 (@BravoCharlie322) reported

@TrueNorthCentre I am torn. Telus, Bell, Rogers, Shaw & Eastlink built the infrastructure in 🇨🇦 & in places rode in on each other’s work. 💰 recovery should be permitted. The market they serve is much smaller that that in the US. How is gouging defined? Who regulates profit? Lastly Rogers sucks.
