@rogers #rogers sure you know but Rogers just as bad as telus. Almost an hour waiting to get helped. It’s crazy that whole industry treats customers like $&@&$ and we have no real alternative.

@TELUSsupport I've been trying to get help on my totally wrong absurd $$ bill for almost few days now everytime I call I spend 2hrs+ to explain, go back and forth with the reps for my call to be dropped mid way. Extremely furious why I switched to Telus! 0 Service.

Hey @TELUS we got fiber to our house a month ago and it's gone down multiple times since. Never any issues before the changeover. Any suggestions or thoughts? In #CityofPG

@TELUS your customer service is a joke. I requested a callback because my time is valuable and I’ve been transferred and waiting for loyalty over half an hour with no option for a callback. I tried, I guess. I’ll see what options Rogers has

@SimplyMatthias @massaBeard @TheBeardGuys Lmao yea I have three options. 6 down 1 up with telus. Obvious nope. My current provider offers 1000 down 10 up, or 150 down 20 up on a more expensive business account. 🙄 I took the 20 up but miss out on the 1000 down
