@Ayan604 @TELUS @TELUSsupport As if a carrier will call its clients to offer them a better deal! They love that you are stuck in an older plan paying more - and hope you never call in asking for a better rate that would be available to anyone who signs up today.

@Bell You have proved time and again that you don't actually care. The DM's go nowhere, solve nothing, and never escalate things to where they need to be. Pretending to ride in on white horse going "WELL ACTUALLY!" doesn't help. I gave up using Bell in favor of the slightly less horrid Telus, and at least I can get service when I call them. Hell, even that reply sounds like it was AI written. I have zero faith in your company left, and at 41 I hold a long grudge. It would take something significant to change my mind, after the hell you caused me.

Aug 10 at 15:34 UTC: Telus website incident update. Recovery monitoring was interrupted again as community reports of outages and slow performance returned. Status is now investigating.

@TELUSsupport thank you Telus for zero help on my technical issues. Almost 3 hours in hold. Talked to rep. He took my number in case of disconnection. Lost call no call back. I hate Telus. Looking for alternative. Internet, phone, tv. Telus hates customers.

@BoomerDivvies @TELUS Is that a cell phone provider? I have never heard of them

Building RSC Boundary, Hookie, and Streambench (native Mac app for Kafka/NATS/Redpanda). Spent the last few years shipping AI-powered dev tooling at TELUS: an incident workflow (500+ reports), an LLM eval framework on the Vercel AI SDK. Looking for a senior product engineer role in AI-native devtools. Remote, Canada. Open to scoped contract work too, audits, specific features, fixed fee. DMs open.

@NickPenaAlvarez @Rogers @TELUS Don't do it! Trust me. This was a criminal act. Telus has even worse service

  • AndreInUk

@Bell @telus @Rogers please explain why you scam Canadians while we get the same service or better in the UK for cheap?

  • macidpm

They have a list of TELUS mobility clients. When they call me, they don't mention Rogers, only Telus and say "calling from telus, as a longtime customer we see that you ... " So these learning tools should be shared w those responsible for protecting my privacy at TELUS
