I don't care if @Rogers and #Shaw have merged. I would never go with them. I will always stay with @TELUS! Sorry to say, but their system sucks. I just remember when there was an earthquake or a power outage, Telus always worked, the other ones didn't.

Anyone else having issues with the game cutting in and out? I assume it’s a telus issue.

@vantiva you and @TELUSsupport need to work together to fix the new Telus digital box. Hardware is great, but software is full of bugs. I think the biggest one of all of them is that the sound output is very low, making the user have to crank up TV volume. Telus has already

Worked on the sound in the backend, making sure it was maxed on the box, but it is still crap. The remote is also having issues with a sleep bug where it is not waking up correctly. These boxes are great, but it really seems like Telus support does not know what to do to fix it

Telus: robot takes private info, transfers you to a person, who is rude, Carlos loyalty, who asks all the private info, then transfers me to another person, who asks all the same info. Telus is rude and useless!!!

Virtual care services through private companies are a huge problem. Here’s an example of why: Recently, I got a referral from Telus Health for a patient with a gyne issue (abnormal bleeding). Never examined because it is virtual “care.” This is NOT acceptable practice.

@TELUSsupport I have scoured the Telus website & have yet to find a way to email them. It's almost impossible to contact this company without going thru a very horrible chat assist bot that doesn't understand you, or being on the phone for hours, and still no solutions.

It is astonishing that after the recent spate of violence and unexplained attacks, some leading to deaths of very young Torontonians, that @TELUS @Rogers @Bell refuse to provide cell service on TTC subways/stations. All three are morally and ethically bankrupt. Shame. Shame!

@telus can not be trusted. Sent a technician unannounced and without consent to my property in Vancouver and disconnected my Shaw service. We’ve had a technician from both Shaw and Telus in since then and still no internet 4 days later. @TELUSsupport

@Improjoe @TELUS Ahh you need their home services Optik TV, etc. Those aren't available in Saskatchewan, sadly. I only have cell service with them.
