It's not enough that Canadians pay for some of the highest data rates in the world, but now @TELUS is down across Western Canada, good luck seeing any billing adjustments from them.

@ZAKtalksTECH Rogers was probably ok. Bell and Telus have network shsre agreements so it's not surprising that both had issues at the same time.

@CodyHarrison29 @TELUSsupport Because the failure is affecting this message system - the web server is down. That why we all got notifications (a very short message) via the cell towers (still working) that some computers have failed at Telus - the one running the phone call,data service and the web service.

...I asked what he needed and he said he was trying to text or call his wife to come get him and he couldn't get anything to work. I told him what I knew and he said he was also using Telus. I suggested he pop inside and explain his problem to London Drugs customer service...
