@keithbaldrey Gosh .. Keith you should go back and read your statement yesterday on how bad things were with Telus and government roll out. Did you miss taking your meds ?

  • turboteacher Sherri (@turboteacher) reported

@dave_pasin @keithbaldrey @TELUS Bc they “won” the contract bid - they are getting paid hundreds of thousands of dollars of taxpayers money. They know they are on the hook and it’s HIGH profile. In the case of providing individual service, they know you’ll wait on hold forever to get your internet fixed.

  • LishaLove9 LishaLove (@LishaLove9) reported

@TELUS your customer service is dog ****

  • Flash Gregg Gordon (@Flash) reported

@keithbaldrey It will have cost someone, Telus hopefully, a lot of money. I've seen similar done twice, but in both cases it was the clients paying as it was their issue we were solving.

@jjhorgan @TELUS Impotent leader @jjhorgan, making bad decisions!

  • moodyangela Synthetic Animals (@moodyangela) reported

Telus slowing down everyone’s internet and selling wifi boosters to them afterwards should be a class action lawsuit

  • dave_pasin Dave Pasin (@dave_pasin) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

@keithbaldrey Good for @Telus to remedy the issue with the call centres and finding ppl to man the phones. Just curious why Telus can’t respond to actual customer concerns that quickly & remedy issues that arise. Funny how that works.

  • hodgsonbrian05 brian hodgson (@hodgsonbrian05) reported

@adriandix @TELUS The b 117 variant is 30 to 100 percent more deadly and you and our government are talking about opening things up a little bit. Are you stupid

  • TheOtherGuy1 The Other Guy (@TheOtherGuy1) reported

@timberjack2004 Do they even have Telus down there?

  • ReallyScottFree GoHawks! (@ReallyScottFree) reported

@keithbaldrey Didn’t Dr Ballem say they only asked Telus for 33 call takers? Would like to know what the facts are surrounding this situation...if only there was a profession that could help citizens find out 🤔🤭
