@PavdWHrtNotGold My father has had several experiences in recent years with people who vomit their hateful beliefs at him and then hang up the phone like cowards. This includes that Moroccan woman who works at Telus. (I'm not pursuing that because he asked me not to, but I'm not happy with them.)

@TELUS Sorry your end burnt the bridge. It could have been resolved but you closed my account not me. Keep the dollars. I don’t Dm. Give me a number to call and maybe I will. But that person better be a top manager of public relations not a low employee. I doubt you will. Never again.

  • TwitchyGrit
    Twitchy Humorist Grit (@TwitchyGrit) reported

@TELUS @mmabrey1 • Last night: Called and were told there was a "known service disruption" in our area. • This morning: Called again, told the exact same thing. • This afternoon: Called a third time, and TWO more employees confirmed a service disruption.

@TELUS I had to switch one already after they went in store to get new sim. Try to help but it’s just another dead zone in southern Ontario. I have others that drop or silence for 10 seconds in same spots while they driving. It’s useless. 20yrs and worst reception.

Michael (The Young Buck)🧢 (@YoungBuckFarms) reported

How often does everyone else get calls from Telus, or another phone provider? Weekly? I just don't answer anymore. I always told them, don't bother me unless you can give me the same thing I have for less $ or a better plan for the same $. And no, I don't want a new damn phone

  • CareyBolam
    Carey Bolam (@CareyBolam) reported

@TELUS Are you sure? I got an "Improve your Telus Service ..." about the call I received asking me to rate the CSR's performance

  • Thebullwhisper
    The Bull Whisperer (@Thebullwhisper) reported

@L9FRIENDLYSTYLE Maybe not, we'll see eventually. Court concluded BMI didn't have an unrestricted right to the Zillnk IP when it transferred it onward. There's a reason why the Telus relationship slipped by a couple of months, so far nothing mentioned as to why it slipped except "Titan shipments were delayed." Isn't it odd that the BMI - Titan - AMPG transfer happened the same day, AMPG claiming good faith, not knowing the IP was in arbitration? Good faith might be true. But imo that's a display of extraordinary bad due diligence from ampg "we didn't know about the arbitration." It might be a winner down the road, they got orders and multiple legs of their business to carry them. This Telus leg, related to the Titan IP transfer is looking weak at the moment though. No matter how many orders been placed, being able to deliver is what matters.

@Frid45 Half this stuff is not available to EU tho. Like how are they going to support Shaw, Rogers, Telus? Or Canadian Tire, Loblaws, etc?

Why @TELUS & @TELUSsupport do I get charged $400+ a month and the cellular service in my area of New Brunswick is getting worse even though I have a new 17 pro max?
