    @TELUSsupport I have been with you for years & your service lately is the worst. We pay for fibre ops 300 and our average DL speed is 40. We have cells & we can’t even take calls in our house IN EDMONTON. Oh & I’ve spent ~4 hours talking to Telus this week (1/2)

    Literally never paying for premium service from @TELUS ever again. Happened with hockey last year, football this year? Pay 50 bucks a month to not watch the game I want? Lol so frustrating

    @TELUSsupport The worst aspect of waiting for a person with Telus Tech Support is that one is subjected to ads telling me how great Telus is. I pay for service not to listen to ads.
