    That original sales person never got back to me. And it’s still not all done. Some of your people have been great. But with respect, Telus makes it very hard and frustrating to simply remain a customer.

    @mattmcqueen Stick with Telus for just that reason. Customer service is the best I have dealt with. Service is about the same as the rest but the customer service makes it worth it for me.

    @TELUSsupport @TELUS possibly the worst service and support ever. Wifi down all morning, have had technicians come multiple times in the past to fix and still no fix. Stuck on hold for hours w/ support and missed multiple important work meetings. Cant wait to switch to @ShawInfo
