@TOareaFan @TELUS @Bell @Rogers Yah. Now instead of making a shit tonne of money, they’re only making a butt load of money!

  • ThatCanadianSOB DisDadDatDad (@ThatCanadianSOB) reported from Oshawa, Ontario

@TELUS is so far the Cheapest deal @rogerrwireless and @Bell both over $170.00 now per month. This is getting #OverPriced #CellPhoneBillsTooHigh wasnt our bills supposedly going down in 2 years. Yet all plans have gone up.

  • Iseabail90 izzy 🇺🇦 (@Iseabail90) reported

@TELUS @opensignal I've literally been waiting for you to respond to my support requests for over a week now

  • Outlawwomenlvr Thomas Walsh (@Outlawwomenlvr) reported

So @TELUS you send me an email inviting me to switch cellphone service providers. Have been thinking about it. Find out Telus wants to gouge 1.5% from customers who pay with Credit cards. Well Telus kiss my behind good bye. If I change Telus is out of the running for my business.

  • RogerD416 Roger🇺🇦 (@RogerD416) reported

@TELUS @TELUSsupport BOO to the introduction of a service fee to pay our cell phones via credit card. Tone-deaf cones to mind re: people's dislike of the tri-opoly that is cell service in Canada PLUS those finding this inflationary period difficult. Poor choice #TELUS

  • Stickybats Bonnie Stoker (@Stickybats) reported

@CBCNews That Telus is a beauty not only that Koodo the their other partner just sent out an email couple of weeks ago that they are upping fees $5 next month for no extra service they just worded the extra charge differently. Public Mobile might be the way to go

  • CarolineWangMD Dr Caroline **** (@CarolineWangMD) reported

@roystonbruce @markroseman Why are patients losing family doctors to Telus and UPCCs - follow the money. If BC citizens want to stop health system collapse, a result of the destruction of Family Medicine, the public needs to support funding for FPs to do longitudinal care as the foundation of primary care.

  • Iseabail90 izzy 🇺🇦 (@Iseabail90) reported

@TELUS Yeah "best customer service" isn't really a brag when the other two are just as **** as you are. Been waiting over a month for help with my phone that I bought from you.

  • DrTelus dr. telus (@DrTelus) reported

Interior health has apparently told their staff that they want to hire non union staff that they have to train on the job ( that's from a nurse I know) while telus is offering benefits packages for the ones who want to leave that stupid situation. They're creating a pipeline.

  • Iseabail90 izzy 🇺🇦 (@Iseabail90) reported

@sbssuzanne @TELUS Not really much of a brag since there are only 3 companies and Telus has literally made me wait more than a month now to help with a broken phone. They've been ignoring me for over a week now.

  • Iseabail90 izzy 🇺🇦 (@Iseabail90) reported

@lauren_n_mac @TELUS Yeah glad you stole my money and refused to give me a working phone, and are now refusing to respond to my support requests. Congrats on "meeting your goals". Everyone knows those goals are to swindle customers.

  • Jason_Sheard Jason Sheard (he/him) (@Jason_Sheard) reported

@CRTCeng Where on your site can I make a complaint regarding telecoms such as Telus wanting to charge extra fees for payments made with a credit card?
