Got a callback to help get the landline working again. I’m in Alberta 🇨🇦. The TELUS dude helping me is in Manila, Philippines.

For you, the next step will be TELUS telling you they will send a tech at cost of $140. It's all a way for them to leverage poor equipment to then upcharge in other ways. Look for another provider.

Trust me, if the request could be processed through the app/site - I WOULD. YOU THINK I WANT TO WAIT ON HOLD FOR AN HOUR TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE???
