Anyone else just experience a complete network outage on mobile and wifi? For a few minutes I was forced to really think about what it would mean if this was some sort of event... #bell #rogers #telus

@entwistled @TELUSsupport @TELUS - do you think Telus is capable of resolving ADT issue! How can one be secure having ADT system installed in their homes. If issue isn’t resolved then how come security systems can be relied upon?

@TELUS your escalation and support continue to give incorrect info. Please see to it. Giving false info isn’t a good approach

@TELUS how come every time you call to cancel Telus service in “one month from now” CONSISTENTLY they cancel your service that day??? Then you spend three days reconnecting. 🙄. You call that #service ?? Give me a real #telecommunications platform. @TELUSsupport sucks
-
Rocky Rikhi
(@rocky_rikhi) reported
@TELUS you people continue to give false promises and saying we don’t have access to ADT hence cannot help. 5 day have elapsed and no resolution at all.

So, as much as I hate what’s happening in this province, this Telus app really did help me. I’m not someone who runs to the ER for everything and looking at things now, maybe I should have? BUT it’s nice to know this was at least an option for me

@elviralount @IRPlawyer @TELUS The old copper landlines qualify as basic service. In BC Telus is required under provincial regs to repair them in 48 hours. When our landline aerial cracked in the back lane pre-Covid it took them two weeks to re-establish service. They would like avoid these headaches -con’t

TIL that eSIMs are some QR code you scan on a phone, and that if you order an eSIM code from Telus online, they don't send the QR code via email immediately, but mail an actual card with a QR code on it...WTF?!?

How can I be 3/4 bars LTE with @Telus at tunnel mountain #banff and not have apps load? Capacity overload? Too many users? Or is the whole network throttled? Not just right now, every time we’re here…

I took an offer from @telusmobility for a cellphone plan through my home services. The offer was a discount of $15 off from the monthly plan. Literally I have to call each month to get that discount! What an example of the worst customer service!! @TELUS
