  • ThatCanadianSOB DisDadDatDad (@ThatCanadianSOB) reported from Oshawa, Ontario

@TELUS is so far the Cheapest deal @rogerrwireless and @Bell both over $170.00 now per month. This is getting #OverPriced #CellPhoneBillsTooHigh wasnt our bills supposedly going down in 2 years. Yet all plans have gone up.

First, @TELUS Connect app issue. My account was not showing properly on their end. Hence, it wasn't working for me! After five agents I got to one who had to get me to remove the cover from new internet box. Cover wouldn't budge, until the entire unit came off. 8/This was 1:29min

  • nabil01717 Nabil Khandaker 🇧🇩🇨🇦 (@nabil01717) reported from Toronto, Ontario

Just spoke with my bank. Seems like a lot of people have already reported similar issues. I am wondering how many people are impacted and how much extra money @TELUS took without authorization. Submitted a dispute with my bank.

  • BrianLaboss El Padre 🧡🇫🇷🇨🇦 (@BrianLaboss) reported

@DianaSteele Our corporate plan is Telus and have had issues ever since getting 5G phones because there actually isn’t a 5G network yet.

  • brian9306 Brian Evans (@brian9306) reported

@mattdagley Remember that Bell and Telus share their networks in the Maritimes, if you had good service from one of their brands and switch to another brand for a better deal, the service is going to be similar. Rogers/Citifone/Zoomer has some good deals and they have a roaming deal to Bell

  • whiten0iz Felix🏳️‍⚧️ (@whiten0iz) reported

@timsbits YES, god, Telus customer support is a ******* nightmare. We've had our internet service cut several times over the past few years because of their failure to process payments and every time it takes hours of phone tag to fix their screw-up.

  • martinelli_jim Jim Martinelli (@martinelli_jim) reported

@RogersHelps @rogershelp - Internet unstable for the past 72 hours in the Warden/Finch area. This is outrageous. Called support twice and they told me there is NO ETA. People are working from home and I'm forced to use my Telus phone as a hotspot. UNACCEPTABLE

  • dirtybo0ts JJ 🇺🇦 🇭🇹 🏳️‍🌈 (@dirtybo0ts) reported

@mattdagley They are quite possibly one of the worst companies. Don’t bother with ADT either - they went completely downhill since Telus bought them out.

  • KylePolanski KylePolanski (@KylePolanski) reported

@willob02 @GlobalEdmonton Yup. Same problem. I find switching to wifi calling helps as we are no longer requiring the @TELUS tower. But still. It’s awful that this is a problem in 2022 in a major city.

  • 34Poirier Charles Poirier (@34Poirier) reported

@TELUSsupport Ive been having a recent issue trying to log into my Telus account.Haven’t lost access to TV but certain add in channels I had are no longer there.Tried to log into my Optiktv app and I keep getting an incorrect password prompt. Ive been trying to reset via email1/2

  • Xzyer Gavin (@Xzyer) reported

@SaskTel When can we expect to see eSIM support for devices other than the Apple Watch? If you are able to issue eSIM for an Apple watch I don't see the technical reason why I can't get one for my Pixel Watch. Is this an unspoken exclusively deal? Should I move to @TELUS
