@TELUS is so far the Cheapest deal @rogerrwireless and @Bell both over $170.00 now per month. This is getting #OverPriced #CellPhoneBillsTooHigh wasnt our bills supposedly going down in 2 years. Yet all plans have gone up.

  • tracylyn44 Tracy D (@tracylyn44) reported from Oshawa, Ontario

@TELUS no customer service after 5. Are you kidding me!

  • Tjido Shingai🔥 (@Tjido) reported from Whitby, Ontario

Anyone else just experience a complete network outage on mobile and wifi? For a few minutes I was forced to really think about what it would mean if this was some sort of event... #bell #rogers #telus

  • Yeti98_ Randy Coleman (@Yeti98_) reported from Whitby, Ontario

Telus Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • mattirving_1 Matthew Irving #BLM (@mattirving_1) reported

@ButYouAreVast @christoaivalis This now leaves with only Rogers, Bell [ew!], and Telus as the major cable, internet & phone service providers. I could also see this leading to a potential shutdown of Citytv.

  • Zokambaa Zokambaa (@Zokambaa) reported

@calgaryherald Shaw's customer service has been constantly getting worse, so it makes sense that Rogers wants them now that it is awful... Rogers is the worst provider for customer service out there... so terrible even for business customers too... looks like I may be transitioning to Telus

  • HowardITWC Howard Solomon (@HowardITWC) reported

@lynngr @peternowak This is the problem the CRTC and the government face: If Rogers can swallow Shaw, why shouldn't Bell take Telus? Bell will demand equal treatment

  • Flagpole_Canada Flagpole to Canada (@Flagpole_Canada) reported

@peternowak I’m sure they like putting out feelers like this even if they don’t think it‘ll go through (see: Cogeco). Wouldn’t be surprised if the Corp merger gets rejected but they do a Telus/Bell style network-sharing deal & effectively merge everything except shares.

  • galuade_ Galuade (@galuade_) reported

@_Rewhan I guess now we just wait for Rogers to buy Telus or vice versa so we all get to eat **** because you know nothing will be done about the monopoly so long as trudeau gets a kickback

  • Flagpole_Canada Flagpole to Canada (@Flagpole_Canada) reported

@KarlBode And our other two providers, Telus and Bell, share a single mobile network under a “network-sharing agreement”. So don’t expect them to actually compete with eachother either.

  • IanSeggie Ian Seggie 🅙 (@IanSeggie) reported

@NEWS1130 Gross. Telus internet going in this week, won't have to deal with this garbage.

  • cflisthebest Russ Germain (@cflisthebest) reported

@CBCAlerts I certainly will NOT EVER be a Roger's customer. the way they refuse to support the @CFL is despicable! if this actually happens I WILL be dropping them and moving to Telus. will promise I won't be a part of this sham of a company

  • Newfpie Mike (@Newfpie) reported

@YESJVS @GregMcIsaac In the deal Rogers acquired Freedom mobile which up until this point was our 4th wireless carrier (Rogers, Bell, Telus) Not sure what the Feds will do about this. They have supported efforts for a 4th national carrier. If not - sucks for us.

  • srperry Steve Perry (@srperry) reported

Shaw and Rogers, two companies with stellar customer service. /s That's why I use Telus. #yyc
