    Wow with @TELUSsupport @TELUS for 12 years or longer and they just informed me I can't get a 4 day extension on my payment plan,way to treat a long time loyal customer like shit,think I need to switch to Rogers bet they treat you better 🤬😡🤬😡

    Ugh. Now we have to wait another week for wifi because our landlord left out that we needed to let him know when the Telus person was gonna show up so he could unlock the electrical room door. Woke up at the *** crack of dawn to set this **** up, for nothing.

    @levisan @TELUS "cloudcheck" the name of a service offered assia-inc. oddly the domain name has a private whois. the domain redirects to an AWS loadbalancer. strange. Were you able to examine the request?

    So Trader Joe is going to ruin the family legacy? Are you sure he’s not a Telus spy? Once a Raider always a Raider. He is not family, his loyalties are to the competition. The state of affairs under his “leadership” should make that obvious. Unless you are an idiot and blind. Ed.

    @Crackmacs @Patrick_ORourke @TELUS Yeah I’ve had really blood boiling experiences with Koodo and Telus customer service after trying to cancel my Mom and brothers phone after they died. So I might just look into Virgin.

    @eissyrc Maybe check out koodo. They are Telus value company so still on their network. They are usually cheaper than the parent company.

    @TD_Canada Thanks for the reply. I *really* wish you guys had better hold music (ugh same 8 bars of smooth sax jazz for 105 minutes is driving me crazy) OR call back service - like Telus or Shaw have.

    @NewsChannel9 @SenSchumer Telus in Canada gives single mothers an 80% discount for Internet. How about a telecommunications company stepping up to the plate and giving Schumer some tangible support.
