    Wow with @TELUSsupport @TELUS for 12 years or longer and they just informed me I can't get a 4 day extension on my payment plan,way to treat a long time loyal customer like shit,think I need to switch to Rogers bet they treat you better 🤬😡🤬😡

    @marchaslam1 @TELUS Not sure fault lies with the install tech. He did a great job, everything worked but it took time before voicemail disappeared. Two years ago I had similar problem. Was told I’d have to switch to fibre to fix voicemail, I said I’d go to Shaw, then they miraculously fixed it.

    @StrategicThghts @TELUS What you didn’t say is how long it took to find out. For a communications company, Telus is really bad at communicating. Call them a communications equipment provider.

    The most corrupted ministry is MOF. This is where the money circulated around the pegawai2 punya member bila bab tender, budget & sebutharga The so called automated system is not so telus when your pegawai can suka hati cancel other people's qualifications without solid reasons

    Rogers customer for 7 years. Not once did they try to give me a better deal, waive a charge for data overage, or improve my service in any way. I'm not expecting better from Telus; but Rogers offering a better deal after I've left is a slam-dunk that they can suck eggs forever.

    @edmontonjournal @TELUS I keep seeing this damn story all over my feed as if it is taunting me. I don’t live in the middle of nowhere and can barely get 25mbps on a good day. Bad day I get nothing. I live 1.5km from a city of 68k. Better off if I lived in the middle of nowhere

    @TELUS @TELUSsupport my friend @melaniedelva lost everything in the Lytton fire including her partners phone and your company refused to honor your security insurance because they don't have any piece of the phone to return. Way to not support the community you serve.
