    Wow with @TELUSsupport @TELUS for 12 years or longer and they just informed me I can't get a 4 day extension on my payment plan,way to treat a long time loyal customer like shit,think I need to switch to Rogers bet they treat you better 🤬😡🤬😡

    @caroltreardon @bcndp Telus is the first corp. I realized was completely unethical in Canada. We STILL need to go after corps like this. It absolutely should die off- & they sure as s*it shouldn’t have access to anyone’s medical records… 🙄😒🤔👀 Never mind any further public trust from ppl.

    I just received a bill from @TELUS @TELUSsupport with a LATE FEE I was assured my account was CLOSED after the fraud committed against me and that any bills were NULL AND VOID **** YOU TELUS

    @bears_aware I fail to understand how this is an immigrant’s fault. Bell Telus Roger’s are hiring them to do this, point is that economy is in distress,all the companies are trying adopt methods that may be unusual to the Canadian culture. So stop shooting the messenger, target the source.

    @gyucoffees Hi Gi, although we don’t have visibility into recruitment here, TELUS would never request sensitive documents, like educational certificates, through unsecured emails or ask you to reply to an unverified sender. This could potentially be a phishing attempt. Please send us a DM so that we can inquire further.

    @TELUSsupport it’s very inconvenient when your call center closed and the Telus connect app is still down and not allowing me to Change my wifi name and password for the last 4 straight weeks. What is going on?

    @BTSypher7 @TELUS Also, reception was terrible for me, even outside of concert space. Not sure if it was just the area or the network... download offline maps if you need to wayfind out of concert area cause you definitely won't get strong reception with the other 60k people trying to connect
