    Wow with @TELUSsupport @TELUS for 12 years or longer and they just informed me I can't get a 4 day extension on my payment plan,way to treat a long time loyal customer like shit,think I need to switch to Rogers bet they treat you better 🀬😑🀬😑

    @jodyvance @TELUS I finally discovered that it would cost me a lot to cancel Telus with current contracts running until late 2027. I suppose I will have to wait until then.

    @FerronRay11491 @jodyvance @TELUS They all fail for the same reasons. CRTC is forcing them out of the customer service department. Everything with be self serve and app based moving forward.

    It seems @TELUS is fine with its business clients waiting three weeks to get a problem fixed. Imagine running a business and having to face that situation. Is Telus going to reimburse me for the three weeks I won't have service they are suppose to provide?

    @garymasonglobe @TELUS Telus is terrible, my sister went back to Rogers Shaw. I left them too years ago. No one is perfect but at least it is ok.
