@AdrianaLaGrange Which UCP sponsor got the contract for this garbage? Telus again?

  • dobradors 👕 Dobrador•com ☕ (@🏡) (@dobradors) reported

@Albert_Nobbs @Rogers Yeah, that sounds like Rogers. One of their reps referred to me as "it" in response to a publicly viewable bad review. Needless to say, it escalated from there. The only company worse than Rogers is Telus. #NeverRogers #NeverTelus

@TELUSsupport hi Telus, I’m stuck out of country and trying to fill out in app request for assistance with my bill, it keeps saying technical issue… and I can’t call you…

  • brightwhite Jeff W. White (@brightwhite) reported

@RichardMacLean @TELUS @WadeP They just called me (cause it came back online) and mentioned that they weren’t seeing an outage yet, but it was not working at all for me until now

  • ahmasonx Amanda Rozon (@ahmasonx) reported

@winstyfloof @TELUS Such garbage. I called them today and they said “well can you switch off wifi right now” and our call IMMEDIATELY dropped. They are sending a tech out cause it’s ridiculous.

Our @Telus cell service is awful (1 bar), which is why I so appreciated this little irony from a cell call just moments ago. Me: Hello. Reply: Hello, this is Jacob from Telus Mobility... ...and the cell service faded out, ending the call.

  • assylaisalyssa LandBun 🐴 (@assylaisalyssa) reported

V chapped @TELUS for making their “low speed data” juuuuust slow enough to render all streaming apps unusable. Boo, @TELUS, boooooo.

  • adi1893 Adi (@adi1893) reported

There’s a @TELUS/#TELUS #internet outage in my neighbourhood. First time @ShawInfo/#Shaw has proved useful.

  • bradcedm brad (@bradcedm) reported

@ahmasonx @TELUS Cell towers require power to operate. No power, cell towers go down. Add very high cellular traffic and boom no cell service.
