@TELUSsupport What has happened to Telus Support? Tried to log into my account online only to watch the spinner spin. Tried to have Telus services installed only to have appointments missed. Stuck with Shaw. Telus used to be the best. #telusfail

Yesterday I drove YYC to YEG and back to help the folks: - TELUS Optik nixed The Weather Network on 128? - Costco f'd up the Capital One > CIBC transition - Window screens no longer fit - I ripped their Canadian Tire gazebo roof; weak after 1 year of UV Inflation? Nah. Greed.

Travelling overseas back on May 11 and my cellphone is out of service. Can I know reason @TELUS @TELUSsupport it’s being almost one year with no answer. It’s a business line and I am unable to work.

  • ibushfield Ian Bushfield (@ibushfield) reported

@denisagar @dustbobgod Problem in Canada is almost all the small companies just piggyback on Shaw/Rogers/Telus networks - only in parts of some downtowns can you get indie fibre

  • blueburby1 Blue (@blueburby1) reported

@M_Captain_TTV @storminternet Avoid last mile providers period. If you need reliable internet stick to major networks (rogers, telus, shaw, bell) Everyone else is using their infrastructure anyways, and can only provide support for their in house equipment.

  • MsYouDoYou BdblE (@MsYouDoYou) reported from Burnaby, British Columbia

@dustbobgod So far so good. We had to leave Telus, because it became unusable, and it’s been a delight ever since. With the exception of last week when the internet was out for most of a day but, hydro caused that problem. I was hesitant but happy to have switched. My wifi works now.

  • Mazikeen350 Mellanee (@Mazikeen350) reported

@TELUS Yeah well… you should start by having ALL your service everywhere in Canada to start with. Been decades now.

  • DarrenReadUFO Darren Read (@DarrenReadUFO) reported

@TELUS @TELUSsupport can you please explain to me how you can let 2 elderly people with health issues have no access to their phone line, which they need incase of an emergency, because of an incompetent repair team? 5 days no phone, really?

  • MsYouDoYou BdblE (@MsYouDoYou) reported from Burnaby, British Columbia

@moodyangela @dustbobgod And they will allow you to hire out for help with your cables, instead of saying they won’t touch the cables and don’t know any one they could recommend that does. We are just supposed to be able to sort it all magically with Telus
