    Wow with @TELUSsupport @TELUS for 12 years or longer and they just informed me I can't get a 4 day extension on my payment plan,way to treat a long time loyal customer like shit,think I need to switch to Rogers bet they treat you better 🤬😡🤬😡

    @TELUSsupport Channl 511 displays "no data" and breaks the "guide", I cannot browse past it. When I goto the Telus piktv website to try to delete channel 511, it indicates the system is down? It has been for 2 days now, I don't want to pay ...service not working!

    @drex @TELUS Try calling them. They actuate quite helpful and quite creepily they can tap into your cable box and often resolve the issue

    @TELUSsupport I have been a proud customer of Telus since 8 years now, but today’s call with a representative has disappointed me so much. I’m seriously thinking about changing to another company.
