Wow with @TELUSsupport @TELUS for 12 years or longer and they just informed me I can't get a 4 day extension on my payment plan,way to treat a long time loyal customer like shit,think I need to switch to Rogers bet they treat you better 🤬😡🤬😡

@TELUS you guys are horrible. Was on hold for 3 days just to try to talk to someone to get a phone contract. On the third day after holding for 2 hours, manager said they would call me back. He didn’t, I called back, waited for 6 hours. Got someone and took 2 hours to set up.

@TELUS your customer service blows ****. I purchased an iPhone 12 on November 6th from you guys. It was supposed to be 1-2 week wait time. But instead it took 2 complaint calls just to get ur people to process it. It’s now been almost a month and it just got processed today.

@TELUS worst customer service was supposed to get a call back regarding internet service that has been down for over 12 hours because I cant get an ip address to my router but nothing this is a joke. Gotta take my business elsewhere for internet at this point.
