Telus service went severely downhill when they sent customer service offshore and I understand others have done the same. Pricing is not intended to be competitive.

Rogers, Bell, and Telus have more damage to the industry than good, and people are becoming frustrated. All these policies will push Canada towards 51 state for sure.
