    Odd that when Telus and Bell had a multi Atlantic province outage taking out emergency services communication, including 911, debit etc, and the next year, Rogers the same, there wasn't such a fuss.

    @TELUS any tips on how an existing customer can get your agents to stop calling me? I’m getting 5-6 calls a week trying to sell me additional devices and services. I’ve asked politely to be off the call list numerous times but it doesn’t seem to work.

    @ReaganPodelec The problem was they charged me well over $50 on top of my original bill. Why I need to argue with you about my experience or choice of provider is beyond me. I’m sure I’m not the only one who has had issues with Telus.

    @TELUSsupport Is an absolute scam. The website states that Customer Support for Telus TV is “24/7”. I just called and an automated voice message tells me “Sorry, we’re closed. Please call back during business hours”. This is a blatant LIE. I can’t wait to get rid of this service

    @armchairchief @michael_byers The Telus app was definitely not working properly last week and wasn't showing any bookings available for 2 months so I believe this couple and the panic it might have induced in them when you have a chronic condition and you'd like to ensure there is a stable doctor available
