Odd that when Telus and Bell had a multi Atlantic province outage taking out emergency services communication, including 911, debit etc, and the next year, Rogers the same, there wasn't such a fuss.

@bobscartoons Best Wishes. I had a similar issue with Telus when they migrated all their users to Gmail. It took them 6 months to resolve the "corrupted" account. Create another email account or use another Provider.

@TELUSsupport I was an ADT security customer. I am now Telus and I can't access my account. I am trying to reset my password but the email that you have on file is the wrong one - so I can't access the reset email. I want to call or email someone about this. Please provide contact info. Thanks
