Odd that when Telus and Bell had a multi Atlantic province outage taking out emergency services communication, including 911, debit etc, and the next year, Rogers the same, there wasn't such a fuss.

@benlucier @TELUS Koodo never calls me. Telus/Bell infrastructure, better rates.

  • mmusleh6 #blacklivesmatter maneuver🌈 (@mmusleh6) reported

@chipfranklin Oh yeah, and Bell, Telus, Rogers, but living in western Canada we are forced to go with them, and being Canadian worst internet for one of the highest rates in the world😤😤😤

  • nellyHXO Nil (@nellyHXO) reported

@TELUS imagine leaving Bell for Telus and getting a worse service with Telus. The rep had the audacity to say I’ll have a 3$ credit for a false charge on my account. 3$? That’s not even a Tim Hortons coffee. Making me waste precious time calling them to be told 3$..it’s insulting

  • zenamadi22 Zena (@zenamadi22) reported

@TELUS I wanna that phone so bad

  • benlucier Ben Lucier (@benlucier) reported

@JonathanDunnett @TELUS Yeah, I went with Telus because I knew it was Bell’s network here. But it FEELS different. I’d like to understand why two iPhone 12s— one on Bell, one on Telus — would have slower speed and crappier signal then the Bell phone. Any ideas?

@kenn_1967 @Gibby10728 @TELUSsupport Agree, if customers had SLA with Telus, it would be between 97% and 99% availability. My experience is Telus exceeds that over a year. Also, agree, do what service was down for a bit. What did we all do before cell phones, we definitely were not on land lines 24/7

  • ryan_dauphinee Ryan Dauphinee 🇨🇦 (@ryan_dauphinee) reported

Ok @Rogers get your **** together. 32. 32 thats the number of spam calls I have gotten in the past 5 days. Why can’t you get “Call Control” like @TELUS, where the caller must press a digit for the call to be connected, eliminating the robocall. Telus are you taking new customers?

  • cafreviews_com CAF Reviews (@cafreviews_com) reported

@ursarman If you are using an Apple device throw it on Airplane mode for a minute and try again. There were some network issues on Telus and Shaw international nodes today that threw the DNS cache out of sync, that should fix it. I checked the server log and it showed no errors.

@TELUSsupport @Telus Customer support: "I need you to stay on the line for a representative, it will be 40 minutes to an hour." NOT COOL

  • krystallos_c KrystalLos (@krystallos_c) reported

@TELUSsupport Hi I’ve paid off my bill and closed my telus account three years ago (2019) when I moved out from my old address. Now there’s someone calling on behalf of Telus saying I owe $400+. Please I need help to check if this is a FRAUD.
