Brad Smith (@BradSmi58733925) reported@RobWardCGY @JeromyYYC @republic_yyc Telus did a lot of damage and upsetting people last time they were in the upgrade mode. With a sales guy right behind. We know.

MRD (@MRD87694463) reported@VanIsleInvestor Telus cut 500M in maintenance and network build to buy back shares. The problems they need to resolve won't be fixed, and shares are still worth less. Telus is focused on the current quarter, and screws itself over for the long term. The future is friendly, but today isn't.

RoseAnne Hutchence (@WordsAreCrucial) reported@TELUS @TELUSsupport A 30% increase in my monthly bill after being a loyal client since 1991. No changes to my usage, no additional service provided. Explain yourselves. And do a damn good job (while I look into your competitors).

Artur Kusi🅰️k (@ArturKusiaktbk) reported@UnLuckyStuey Firstnet is a premium service. Last price I saw was 20 dollars for connection. The use case is to bring the world firstnet type capability. Canada is going to use it for their first responders on PSBN network with TELUS and Bell. The bears miss the forest from the trees.

Mat Grenier (@investing_mrg) reported@TELUS @TELUSsupport wtff cancel my wifes phone plan for nothing we pay everytime and on time and you cancel her plan wow! #telus #teluscanada

Kent Middlemiss (@KentMiddlemiss) reported@Telus Well this is a first for even Telus. They cannot prove that we have a contract with them, but they are saying we do & want a $285 cancelation fee. They admit to not sending the contract, but they just say we said yes, yet no recording of this conversation exists #terrible

Right Winged CDN (@DKNExCDN) reported@ProvoGal01 @TELUS @TELUSsupport Call centres throughout Canada are also crap. I know someone who works at one -- third party supplier to Loblaws, Shoppers Drug, etc. The call centre employees don't care at all about the customer or the company, and laugh that they give misleading information such as, "Yes, that product was prepared in Canada." By that they don't mean that it was MADE IN CANADA. They mean that it arrived in a shipment from China and was put into a Canadian package. They laugh about it. I believe that one store was fined for their BS about products being Canadian.

BlueCrabGames (@BlueCrabGaming) reported@ProvoGal01 @TELUS @TELUSsupport Its not even customer service thats outsoirced to india, 90% of their store employees are indian, and if you work for telus, and you call their internal support line, its also 100% indians.
