Odd that when Telus and Bell had a multi Atlantic province outage taking out emergency services communication, including 911, debit etc, and the next year, Rogers the same, there wasn't such a fuss.

@SunnnyBeeee @KyleGunderson Used Telus for yrs. Helpful, good coverage, great pricing, but dropped them over a recurring issue where they would cancel my autopay without telling me, continue to bill me without telling me, and then I would suddenly get hit with a large several month bill with interest.

  • KyleGunderson Kyle Gunderson (@KyleGunderson) reported

@LaurenMentiplay I actually did, they offered me a terrible discount at first. So I priced out Telus and called back saying I'd like to cancel and that rep helped a lot. I ended up getting a much better discount and have decided to stay with SaskTel and buy am unlocked phone.

I have telus fibre yet youtube is always setting the quality to the lowest possible selection every time wtf

@TheJenRollins I'm looking for internet service no cable or land line or security just want internet and all my findings say Telus is better. Oh dear.

  • ByersGlen Glen Byers (@ByersGlen) reported

@TELUSsupport Another month, and @telus still charging for a service they haven't provided since October 31. Now 3 bills later. How do you say consumer fraud. @crtceng

  • jwd7150 Jwd7150 (@jwd7150) reported from Calgary, Alberta

Hey telus where ******** is my refund from t Sending back yr equipment ?!!!? If I have to go down to 1 of yr store I won't be quiet about it !!!

  • user03041982 Doc Holliday (@user03041982) reported

@AnthonyLacavera There's a better solution that involves less government intervention: Open the 🇨🇦 market up to foreign competition and axe the CRTC. Make Bell, Rogers, Shaw, Telus, etc. compete with AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Vodaphone, etc. Next up: Airlines

  • penner_connie Connie #ClimateEmergencyIsReal (@penner_connie) reported

@RagingLibNana @TheJenRollins I'm a Shaw customer too going way back to when they took over Videotron 70s, but everything I am reading says Telus is superior is Speed and reliability. I'm still debating, they are offering a 55" TV but I'm not getting cable do I still want a big TV where would I put stage lol

  • CathyS01889225 Cathy S (@CathyS01889225) reported

@KyleGunderson Saved about 30% by switching to essentially the same package at Telus. Had some issues initially and odd quirks occasionally still … but I don’t regret the change. And more savings with more services …

  • Astrotuna Astrotuna (@Astrotuna) reported

Until and unless the big boys like Bell, Rogers and Telus are forced to put better high-speed CPs in rural spots, VIA is gonna have **** ******* WiFi. Or blame VIA for a national infrastructure that sucks ***** because nobody holds Bell, Rogers and Telus to account.
