Odd that when Telus and Bell had a multi Atlantic province outage taking out emergency services communication, including 911, debit etc, and the next year, Rogers the same, there wasn't such a fuss.

@TELUS your customer service blows ****. I purchased an iPhone 12 on November 6th from you guys. It was supposed to be 1-2 week wait time. But instead it took 2 complaint calls just to get ur people to process it. It’s now been almost a month and it just got processed today.

I am expecting a big new tv. Should be good to have a nice screen. It sucks and I sort of feel bad @telus has resolved my problem by agreeing to follow through with the tv promotion as the service agreement states. So thank you @telus, because although I am surprised, I like it..
