  @TELUS @TELUSsupport after almost 2 hours on the phone again this week to correct my bill, my latest is once again over billed and missing discounts and promised credits. Awful service. I am disgusted with myself that I made the change from @RogersHelps.

  @garncarlos @slish @TELUSsupport Not sure how that works... I have telus and I can access Netflix through multiple devices just as person above said. If she has NetFlix she has a login and password.

  @TELUSsupport is Is the Telus internet for good a cellphone data plan? Like can I get it on wifi through date if wifi cables go down? Or no wifi modem nearby can I get internet access and wifi through this thing?

  @TruckerDougYEG @CRTCeng I find that with Telus, I don't call to discuss the rate, you just say that I am wanting to disconnect as I will be moving to Shaw. My cable bill has gone done every two years for the past 8 (as my 2 year contracts expire). Same service - lower cost.

  @TELUSsupport how do I get Telus Home Security to stop shutting off my furnace every time it thinks the door is open. Even if it is, I’ll turn it off and on myself. Unless you are paying for burst pipes and water damage…
