Odd that when Telus and Bell had a multi Atlantic province outage taking out emergency services communication, including 911, debit etc, and the next year, Rogers the same, there wasn't such a fuss.

@FidoSolutions Flew YYC to Toronto sept 4. Fido sent email I'm roaming. Told them - no, I am not, so don't charge roaming. "Ok, call us next week". Tried today, past billing cycle, bill is $0.0. "Why"? Ask Jack - not updated yet. Terrible service, don't use it. Considering Telus.

@TELUS called support waited 30 minutes for someone to answer the phone, he listened to my concern about overbilling told me to hold ,never came back for next 10 minutes and dropped the line never bothered to call back now calling again and waiting- thank you TELUS
