C'est la deuxième fois que j'appelle chez @TELUS aujourd'hui et la deuxième fois que je dois attendre 5-10 min de plus pour avoir du service en français. Après on me demande pourquoi je veux résilier mon contrat; pour ça, exactement.

@JasonOnTheDrums @TheBlueGem3 here i go with my bad memory again but there was a tweet this morning and it looked legit the information was that the MYhealth or whatever that's called is being serviced or run by Telus, the same phone a doctor that had that 'leak' of personal data.

  • sarah_YYC Sarah 💉💉 (@sarah_YYC) reported

@MaddieAlvrz We have this problem at work too. Telus tells me it's because the internet in the area overloaded and crashes but who actually knows 🙄

  • Wilhuff66 Honkin Waffles (@Wilhuff66) reported

ipv6 on #opnsense is a nightmare. Between the lack of documentation from opnsense and #telus it is mostly a guessing game. Then once I got it configured I found out that Telus doesn't follow RFC guidelines so unless I manually renew my IP every hour it doesn't work.

  • OpenMediaOrg OpenMedia (@OpenMediaOrg) reported

Virtual health is terrific service and there's no reason why it can't be privacy compliant. Telus knows this, but they can't be bothered to fix the problem unless they're sufficiently incentivized.

  • OpenMediaOrg OpenMedia (@OpenMediaOrg) reported

Beware! Telus' Babylon service does the following: • shares your personal health data with third parties in foreign jurisdictions • collects more personal information than necessary • failed to complete a privacy impact assessment 👇

@TELUS you sick big time. It's 2021 and no 24/7 service help and it's YOUR FAULT I have no internet or TV. 🤬 Morons... #Telus #poorservice

  • oliviacairo00 Olivia (@oliviacairo00) reported

@JaniceAvivi @c1aireify In theory this sounds great. In reality, new customer, home phone, cable, internet and cell and first month bill, no benefit to bundle, 20$ more than telus, Shaw Home service 200$ (basic cable)and cell phone 120$ and 45$. 25$/m unlimited data, clearly false

  • AlimGillani Alim Gillani (@AlimGillani) reported

My ex tracked me down. After 18 years. He did this by installing tracking devices in the "free family plan" Telus. ****.
