C'est la deuxième fois que j'appelle chez @TELUS aujourd'hui et la deuxième fois que je dois attendre 5-10 min de plus pour avoir du service en français. Après on me demande pourquoi je veux résilier mon contrat; pour ça, exactement.

@telusmobility is telus looking into improvements to their network coverage in Brampton North East, Ontario. Very poor signal. Lot of new development has come here but no nearby Signal towers. Happy to use your service but need signal boosting.

@TELUSsupport why is telus not working? U guys have certain business and can’t answer the phone when there is an outage or whatever it is. It’s affecting my alarm system and starting to beep which is unreal for nighttime when people have school and work.

@TELUS straighten out the support process for malfunctioning devices. Waited at the Telus store for an hour to be told my ipad has to be taken to Apple directly. Service in the digital age should be better than this.
