    C'est la deuxième fois que j'appelle chez @TELUS aujourd'hui et la deuxième fois que je dois attendre 5-10 min de plus pour avoir du service en français. Après on me demande pourquoi je veux résilier mon contrat; pour ça, exactement.

    @taxbuster88 @TELUS And this was a funny thing when we think about. Provincial elected officials & MP's told people to complain at the CRTC about no essential phone service. So the CRTC opened a non-public file on it. Ask Bell & Telus what happened. And that was the end of it. Buried & out of sight.

    @friesen_f @AMemphys Andrew - this is going to ramp up. I hope that you hope it does too. Supply has definitely been an issue in the not so recent past. Telus opened Monday, EXPO in Edmonton opens this Monday - that's 13K/day we didn't have a week ago. Had heard Telus was at 20% Tuesday - no supply.

    Those ******** @TELUS keep hassling me to select a migration date for my email and when I do they text a verification code to my phone and then the website doesn't take it. **** Telus!

    @Gaohmee You don’t have to be a TELUS customer to use it and you can see a family doctor through video call at short notice, they can refer, prescribe, etc.

    @fanCRTCProfling A question: we live in rural canada and are about to get @telus fibre. Their (third) letter says that when fibre is installed, they will remove copper phone service. This is an issue for emergencies as we have power outages which can be up to 3 days. 1/x

    @CleaningOil @SamsungMobile @TELUS Oh no. My Samsung mobile needs replacing soon as it's old. Was planning on researching newer models as I like the Samsung operating system. I'm not partial to iPhones. Now I'm not so sure after seeing your terrible experience. Has TELUS done anything to help?

    @TELUS cares about customers so much, they allow them to hear over 45 minutes of promotional messaging while they’re on hold trying to get a service appointment.
