C'est la deuxième fois que j'appelle chez @TELUS aujourd'hui et la deuxième fois que je dois attendre 5-10 min de plus pour avoir du service en français. Après on me demande pourquoi je veux résilier mon contrat; pour ça, exactement.

Once again I have to hold on for hours for #telus to answer their phone because they cut off an old ladies phone as she is alone and having difficulties. for a phone company they need to have better service in answering their phones

You prepare the best you can for anything to go wrong on a farm but that landline going out was so difficult. @Telus was no help, there's no way to contact them when this happens (cels don't work, you get put on hold for hrs, running up a bill) Will be writing CRTC about it.

@theserfstv Oh I agree, Most likely the cons would use it to give more power to Bell, Telus and Rogers. And squash us. Hell, I have a lot of issues with Canadian content laws (especially since we give the keys to the named corporations above).

woke up feeling pretty good today, decided to deal with some business and call @TELUS to move my services. Two hours later the entire thing is cancelled and I guess I use Shaw now? Thanks for truly the worst customer service of all time, Telus. Just remarkably bad.

@EComm911_info @COAST_RCMP That is the 2nd non-emerg Police line down in Canada. While it is not 911 outage like Telus planned, THERE HAS TO BE REDUNDANT SYSTEMS. As a 13 year Telecoms Veteran w. 5 years Systems Admin exp, I know what I am talking about.
