    C'est la deuxième fois que j'appelle chez @TELUS aujourd'hui et la deuxième fois que je dois attendre 5-10 min de plus pour avoir du service en français. Après on me demande pourquoi je veux résilier mon contrat; pour ça, exactement.

    Canada's privacy regulator cannot fine anyone for cyber attacks, data leaks, and systemic security negligence. ----------------------- The OPC found Loblaw was faking data deletion. They continue to keep your purchase history, IP addresses, and browsing data after you asked them to delete your account. Five days later, Loblaw disclosed a data breach. The penalty? A letter asking them to do better within 12 months. ----------------------- Telus Digital lost 1 petabyte of data. CIRO - the body that regulates your investment dealer, exposed 750,000 investors' SINs. PowerSchool exposed 2.77 million children's records. The hacker was a 19-year-old with stolen credentials. Total federal fines issued across all four breaches: $0. ----------------------- Bill C-27 would have introduced fines up to 3% of global revenue. It died in January 2025.     @TELUSsupport Hi Telus, yes, as indicated on my reply I did eventually get the issue resolved. Most support employees were lovely to talk to, there was lots of passing my issue to other people, re-explaining the issue over many hours. All good

    @jodyvance @TELUS @TELUSsupport The most frustrating thing when dealing with customer service is th recording telling you to log in and use the app for your request. Trust me, if the request could be processed through the app/site - I WOULD. YOU THINK I WANT TO WAIT ON HOLD FOR AN HOUR TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE???

    @VanIsleInvestor Bell has endured similar issues, and cut the sacred dividend. Odds are Telus will. Management has stated deleveraging is a priority. Value trap, or invest in the turnaround ?

    What the heck is going on @TELUSsupport ? Haven't been able to make a call all day on Telus mobile, still not working at 10pm. "All circuits busy" message all day. When will this be fixed? I'm in Vancouver.

    @arnesalvesen Yes, optic on telus. It’s been happening for a while, same channel, same time. Surely they must be aware of it & try to fix it? Seems really amateur?

    @Savage16May My son cracks up at me yelling operator continuously into my phone. AI never understands my problem. Then I start swearing and it hangs up on me 8 months now still can't get my phone to stop dropping calls and my phone won't switch over to wifi calling. But telus only has AI support.
