@TELUSsupport Thanks, nope I didn't transfer this and got it from Telus last fall. Worked fine till this glitch today. But just had a friend call me and it's working again now. So I assume it was perhaps network congestion or something else temporary. Anyway, all good now!

@Crackmacs I think it all goes back and forth. I switched to Shaw Fibre+150 from Telus in Aug as it worked out way cheaper. I’ve not had a single internet issue and no waiting for a tech. They just sent the box, I plugged it in and done. Fingers crossed for the future however
