@Ottawa_Biker @OC_Transpo Normally I don't have any issues in the tunnels until this past week and late week before. So strange. The St Laurent Mall Telus network usually picks me up no problem. Maybe I should try that one too. 🤔

Amazing statement today by @TELUS - if you keep your phone on airplane mode while overseas you will still incur roaming charges. Only way to prevent this, leave you SIM card in Canada. Terrible #CustomerService by @TELUSsupport

@TELUSsupport Thanks, nope I didn't transfer this and got it from Telus last fall. Worked fine till this glitch today. But just had a friend call me and it's working again now. So I assume it was perhaps network congestion or something else temporary. Anyway, all good now!

Have been back to @TELUS internet for ~1 wk & convinced they throttle you, unless you call multiple times. This is why I left them years ago & it's still happening. It's frankly, offensive to charge someone for Gigabit, promise 940 Mbps up/down & deliver 5 Mbps up/down.

@bettersafetynet @ Additionally, NSS has used the Telus Security Labs pcaps/PoC's for over a decade. It's the worst kept secret in the vendor space. Signatures for ".*Telus.*", ".*TSL.*" and the oldy-but-goody ".*FSC.*" don't really do anything but bump up the detect numbers for a useless test.
