-
Will O'Neill (@wtoneill) reported from Ottawa, Ontario
@TELUS should market a home security service that blocks the daily ads I receive from Telus for their home security service.
-
Paul Atkinson 🇨🇦 (@Paulysworld) reported from Gatineau, Québec
@mikesbloggity @jkenney @shandro It's their plan to privatize for $ healthcare. They only care about $ & the wealthy. They gut AB healthcare, fire 11k during a pandemic, refuse to shut down, go MIA, & will "suddenly" come up with a "private sector" (Telus health) solution... this is skulduggery they're Ghouls.

@TELUSsupport Thanks, nope I didn't transfer this and got it from Telus last fall. Worked fine till this glitch today. But just had a friend call me and it's working again now. So I assume it was perhaps network congestion or something else temporary. Anyway, all good now!

Bram Abramson (@bramabramson) reported from Hull, Québec
@Mark_Goldberg @TELUS And not just normalizing for units consumed, either: also reasonable bundle allocation & a dozen other things. Dividing aggregates by aggregates is the worst approach, except all the others -- better would be to opt out of market analysis. Which apparently has perils too. #crtc

Michael Suddard (@MichaelSuddard) reported from Ottawa, Ontario
@Ottawa_Biker @OC_Transpo Normally I don't have any issues in the tunnels until this past week and late week before. So strange. The St Laurent Mall Telus network usually picks me up no problem. Maybe I should try that one too. 🤔

Eric Goodwin (@auxonic) reported from Ottawa, Ontario
@TELUS I support government owned and operated infrastructure because the big telcos like you refuse to invest in it. You’re looking for a handout and to that I say “shove off”
-
Michael Suddard (@MichaelSuddard) reported from Ottawa, Ontario
@Ottawa_Biker @TELUS @OC_Transpo Perhaps mine is post morning rush hour issues.

-
antpepe (@antpepe) reported from Ottawa, Ontario
@tleehumphrey @TELUS It will be good, the working from anywhere needs more bandwidth. This will help people increasing their cellphone speeds. Businesses need to recover.

@HeneinThorn I’m pretty happy with Virgin 🇨🇦 @virginmobilecan Though I’m thinking of going back to Virgin as TELUS has the worst policy re paying ones bill .

@davidcrow Telus or Bell. Rogers network has terrible pockets without coverage and their network is generally saturated. We’re in a similar area— I switched to Telus 2yr ago no problem.
-
Onion on My Belt (@arrrdeecee) reported
@GoopyFS Babylon by Telus is basically a virtual walk-in clinic app that the UCP wanted ppl to join. Fee for service by doctors that may or may not have access to medical records. Concerns about privacy. And Shandro signed a contract (I think) w/ them when he tore up public MDs contracts
-
TELUS Support (@TELUSsupport) reported
@highsockmojo Hi there, Thanks for your patience. Unfortunately, it won't allow you to do that through self-serve. You simply need to contact Customer Service and they'll take care of this for you. They're available via phone 1-866-558-2273 or *611 on your TELUS mobile phone.

ziggy stardust (@taxbuster88) reported
@fanCRTCProfling A question: we live in rural canada and are about to get @telus fibre. Their (third) letter says that when fibre is installed, they will remove copper phone service. This is an issue for emergencies as we have power outages which can be up to 3 days. 1/x

@Richard_L_100 iPhone could become the biggest company in the entire universe if they release fully loaded with internet and it’s own cellular system . No more Rogers no more Telus damn

@Tonygeheran @gregobr I've tried in every way to contact you or Darren about the false advertising related to your HOME SECURITY, but it keeps getting intercepted. Been a customer of Telus over 25 years and am now treated like crap and can't even get updated equipment
-
Onion on My Belt (@arrrdeecee) reported
@GoopyFS @mental_gas @TELUSsupport Also, I shudder to think about the support for Telus Babylon
-
Noel Blix (@noelblix) reported
@TELUS cares about customers so much, they allow them to hear over 45 minutes of promotional messaging while they’re on hold trying to get a service appointment.
-
Renata Motta (@rena_motta) reported
Well we’ll well... some companies have bad customer service but @Uber_Support just made number 1 on my list.. even worse than Telus who knew 🥸
-
Michael Michelucci (@CrazyLegLooch) reported
@Tonygeheran Yeah, and Telus is so much better? You have people that control other peoples accounts even if they have breached agreements, and been told they do not have consent, but what do i expect when they won't fix issues they know of that makes their security system garbage!
