    Amazing statement today by @TELUS - if you keep your phone on airplane mode while overseas you will still incur roaming charges. Only way to prevent this, leave you SIM card in Canada. Terrible #CustomerService by @TELUSsupport

    Last night my phone would not Send messages. I called @TELUS . Patiently Ryan tried to help. He suggested all sorts of things. He then called Apple. They had been working on the problem all day. Always @TELUS is right there to help. Thank you Telus!

    Not heard back from @telus or @TELUSsupport about this. Called in last night, agent said this is not a known situation so they can’t help. We’re not asking for freebies, only a reasonable top-up plan for this emergency situation. For many this is only way to stay in contact.

    UGH. Stupid canada and its crappy cellar providers. 7 days into my billing period and I’ve used 5.5GB lf data and will run out. Also effectively useless warning texts from telus. 75% and 90% came through about a minute apart

    @LegendaryEnergy Internet Service Providers should make it eaiser to block. Parental controls on T.V. and satellite are easy to program. Talked to my ISP @TELUS they reccomend I buy a 3rd party service as they dont provide an easy option to protect kids.

    Telus gave me free Galaxy Buds with my S10. They were free, but I stopped using buds, I'm a wireless V-moda headphone guy. But these are legit the best buds I've ever used. Instant connect, Wireless charge on my phone, 320 kbps. So better than airpods, & not stupid looking. 🔥
