Dividing aggregates by aggregates is the worst approach, except all the others -- better would be to opt out of market analysis. Which apparently has perils too. #crtc

@perreaux I ultimately quit Bell mobility and went to Telus for a variety of reasons which could be summed up as “I really didn’t feel like they gave a crap if I was a customer or not.” So far Telus feels more attentive. Kind of like the difference between Air Canada and WestJet.

@TELUSsupport Thanks, nope I didn't transfer this and got it from Telus last fall. Worked fine till this glitch today. But just had a friend call me and it's working again now. So I assume it was perhaps network congestion or something else temporary. Anyway, all good now!

Service issues since 5G rollout takes me back to 1990's cell service. Newer $1200 Samsung, done all the trouble shooting

Poor management of healthcare & maybe intentionally not solving interoperability left the door open for Telus. Restrictions required on who can hold shares for co’s providing insured services.

TELUS IVR (integrated voice response) is a BIG problem. It needs to be properly programmed so those who are on 'copper' service don't have their time wasted each time they call. Currently you are automatically funneled into 'fiber'. Hundreds of complaints yet no fix as yet!!

@L82be Yep, I did read that. But I still don't see how it's privatized. In a privatized system, individuals pay extra for a service. In this, they don't. Telus is providing the technology and get paid for it, yes. But I would assume any doctor using technology will be paying for it?

@wordsmythical The issue isn’t how Alberta Health is paying out—physicians are all already private businesses—but that they’re paying out to a publicly-traded company. Doctors have to run their businesses according to their professional standards. TELUS focuses on solely on shareholder value.
