When told we will move to another company after our contract with @telus is over @TELUSsupport responded, this has nothing tobdovwith customer retention. I thought everything had to do with #CustomerService - there needs to be a better way!

@TELUSsupport Thanks, nope I didn't transfer this and got it from Telus last fall. Worked fine till this glitch today. But just had a friend call me and it's working again now. So I assume it was perhaps network congestion or something else temporary. Anyway, all good now!

@KristinRaworth The CRTC req's mobile providers to have a solution & suggested not selling it. Telus is supposed to have an option that must be requested. Protection for traditional landlines won't be developed! Once a block list is detected, automated, randomized, phone # spoofing is used. 😡

@Tonygeheran I’ve been a loyal telus customer for 21 years & never considered switching to a different provider until now. Telus is threatening to cut off my service a few days before Christmas (dec 20) because I am less than 2 weeks late paying my bill which is less than $135!
