@TELUSsupport I have Telus Fibre but my download speeds are really poor tonight 1.5 to 4 MB down. What's going on. Is there an issue tonight? I've done all the troubleshooting I can.

@TELUSsupport Despite knowing it was a @telus error, you wouldn’t prioritize sending a tech to fix it. You did offer a measly $50 off a bill for your screw up. So 14 days without a phone, daily hour plus long holds, only to go through the same hassle and non solution day after day.

@TELUSsupport extremely disappointed with the service received. Apparently it takes over 3 weeks to set up an office phone and includes being lied to by Telus Representatives multiple times.

@TELUSsupport So far, everyone agent on the phone admits it’s a Telus error. On March 4 alone, we spent 4hrs on the phone with agents. This was after multiple calls where we’d be told a representative would call us back. No one would, so we opted to hold while each level was unable to help.

@TELUSsupport @TELUS Starlink experiencing 3-4x download and upload as we were getting at the SmartHub, with 100mbps as opposed to the 15-20 with Telus. Next step is switching the phones away! Note that this is unconfigured and in a poor-LOS area. Half the sky is blocked!

I think my favourite part about @TELUS internet is having to reset the whole system after a power outage. Or just randomly when it stops working. Sometimes a new SSID, sometimes new hardware. It's always a fun adventure 😶

@billplein .@Telus doesn't _have_ any competition out here. Except from Starlink. And Telus knows that Starlink can't service enough customers to be a real threat. So I am unlikely to see fibre deployed here in my lifetime.
