    @TELUS you guys need better DB role management on your ticketing systems. Like why don't your support employees just know wtf i told the previous 4 regarding the same issue? Even passing postit notes would work better but I guess your asses are too wide and brains too narrow

    @cselley One thing I'm happy about? Starlink just screwed Bell and Telus. They wait till public outcry causes the provinces to gift them cable infrastructure instead of building it themselves. Now the same ppl can just buy starlink and never have to deal with our protected oligopolies.

    @Martyupnorth 21 years I was with them. They would never call back on my "do you still want my business" calls and e-mails. Then tried to send me a bill for $29 after changing the service. Terrible service. Telus at least has better coverage in the ******, remote places I work for time to time

    @Martyupnorth This is the whole reason I went with Telus a few years ago. Rogers kept increasing my bill by a significant amount every 6 months or so. Promotion ended, they say. I signed a contract, there was no promotion given. They fix the bill. 6 Months Later...

    @jodyvance @TELUS Ours turned out to be issues with Telus cable and Samsung tv “not talking to each other”. Replaced cable box and all good
