    Bought a phone from the @TELUS online store 9 days ago today. Had to go in store verify my identity, then talk to customer service on the phone, both assured me things were gonna proceed normally. My phone STILL hasn’t shipped. Is this how you treat new customers @TELUSsupport ?

    @TELUS super disappointed in your loyalty support. Did refer a friend in December, received email confirmation, but no bill credit. Call in 4 months later and they “can’t find it” ? Only had to call in 2 days in a row to be screwed over. Thanks 🫡

    .@TELUSsupport we found an iPhone. It’s locked and no service BUT it does have a TELUS sim. We want this phone reunited with its owner. Are you able to help if we take it to a Telus store?

    @TELUS I switched from Fido to Telus on Sunday so I could have 5G. Now I have virtually no cel phone service on my iPhone 13 Pro when I’m at home. At this point I am forced to use Wi-Fi calling. Any suggestions Telus? Could a case for my phone improve reception?

    @sensfan9116 See I like the idea of moving to Calgary. Cheaper housing, lower taxes, etc. But I'm such a lazy ****** I'll probably spend an extra 400k on an apartment to avoid moving to a new city and having to do **** like update my driver's license or set up Telus again.

    I spoke to 3 different agents to try to rectify one business account issue. The only enjoyable part of the 1 hour process was the rooster! #Telus

    @TELUS rips their good customers off. I ordered a brand new phone & they sent me a non functioning refurbished phone & won't do anything about it. 8 loyal years with them...never had to chase me for payments & this is how they do you. Now I'm stuck with a phone that doesn't work.

    @TELUS charging $10 for an eSim to access their network is as big a scam as NFTs.

    I just heard from TELUS.. no resolution at all.. She told me to go buy a new phone as the old stuff doesn't work with new technology . That's not what she told me in writing . I filed a complaint with the CRTC. Lets see if corporate lies are fine with them.

    @TELUS making sure I will absolutely never buy internet from them with the aggressive door-to-door marketing & will tell friends to steer clear 🙃 Wow. Twice in one evening, same salesperson. Refused to take no for an answer. Hard, hard pass.
