I do recall a time when we had Telus dial up internet. I remember not being able to use the phone while online, (we never had two phone lines in the house.) I don’t remember having that for very long because we quickly switched to Shaw internet with the old white Surfboard modem.

@ChrisSpace4 @macpm3 Telus Health is better than nothing, but “corporate” virtual care cannot replace a family doctor for many issues. Also, appointments are often cancelled w/o explanation and they only have 2 in person clinics in BC, with wait times of 3+ weeks for an appointment.

@TELUS not happy with your customer service. You shipped me an invalid sim card and wasted 5+ hours of my weekend. Then your support staff disconnects from the discussion before it can be fully resolved. Poor first impression

@Smith92724864 it may not help, but shaw and rogers do not compete and have no market overlap at all (outside of mobile) with the sale of freedom there is no change to number of choices for isp or cable, so it wouldnt be worse imho, choosing shaw or telus or rogers or telus same 2 choices.

After suffering for a week with a painful ailment I need medical attention. I don't have a doc. I downloaded the Telus Health App hearing it was great. First appointment available? June 26th. Two weeks from now. @jjhorgan this is garbage. This is your problem, not the museum.

Just had an automated phone call from @Telus about an engineers visit tomorrow where the options were not related to the premise that we would wear masks. I’m not sure if we are getting an technicians visit or getting remote help - which I know won’t solve the problem.
