@lizthegrey @ariadneconill @Cloudflare you might be able to get TELUS to drop them because of canadian media attention on this issue, but that's likely about as far as it'd go this isn't to say they /should/ face no consequence, just to say this is going to be a dead end imo

Was gonna stream but the connection issues are absolutely terrible today. One again Telus is horrible. I have called them and they're working on it apparently, but as it stands no stream until Monday. I'm sorry 😭

  • TheBeardoTweets The Beardo🆒 (@TheBeardoTweets) reported

@Social_Moi @TELUS This had nothing to do with accents, it was terrible call quality. I couldn’t hear the person, it was staticky and cutting out. He transferred my call to another person, but it was still hard to hear. That’s why I asked for the details in an email.

@adelespaf @TELUS I used to get this "legacy" discount when I pushed for it from being a Customer since the Clearnet days!

  • LesliBoldt Lesli Boldt (@LesliBoldt) reported

@pattibacchus @TELUS @TELUSsupport I have Telus - it’s fine unless I don’t need help, in which case we have a hours of phone calls and a showcase showdown with the loyalty department that usually results in a bill credit.

  • redsealtech Car Doctor (@redsealtech) reported

@BellMediaPR Wade you are a POS. You have destroyed Bell Media since you came over from TELUS. How do you even sleep at night? The other lady I do not know so I will refrain from commenting about her. Clearly you ****** up, fix your stupidity ASAP

  • FawzanShuzan Shuzan Fawzan (@FawzanShuzan) reported

@TELUS @TELUSsupport I am absolutely appalled that Telus is allowing a company called “PayByMobile” to start charging me $13.99 per month without consent. I have never subscribed or authorized this charge. Do something! @CRTCeng

  • kerricoombs Kerri Coombs (@kerricoombs) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

@pattibacchus @TELUS @TELUSsupport I use Lightspeed and have been paying about $40/month for years, as a very heavy internet user. Not sure how the service is because I've almost never needed it. I replaced a modem once and they were fine. Streaming is fine but YouTube uploads are kinda slow. I'm happy with them.

@George_Norrath @CanadianPolling Again, it’s a oligopoly (more specific) there’s nowhere to run. Rogers, Telus, they’re just as awful as Bell… just an illusion of choice.

@telussupport I’m overseas in Europe with a European SIM card. I need to contact telus regarding issues with my billing. What is the best way to speak with an agent?
