    @Rogers is happy to string you along for 45 minutes passing you from one rep to another and then hang up on you. No way to reconnect. They want you to give up and not call back. How about I switch to Telus?

    @lesterbenz I was with them before my phone **** the bed and had to get a new one. I loved the $40 plan.. Now I'm paying just over $140 for another year until my phone is paid off with Telus.

    @TELUSsupport @NotHappyCamper1 I am in Kaslo, BC. My phone rang at around 8 pm on 22nd July and since then has been just a loud buzz on my phone line and no service. I can't figure out how to contact Telus to get help.
