@TELUS I have honestly had enough. I am located less than 20km north of downtown Calgary in a populated area with literally no obstructions to block cell service, why do I never have service? Maybe try putting customers first, instead of shareholders. Upgrade your infrastructure!

@SpyderMo Telus has been the best for me. Bell is horrible to customers AND employees. Rogers... well... they're all talk

Waiting for #telus support to call me back. No internet. Any guesses on how long this will be? We are at 35minutes already

@FringeAnalyst @ABDanielleSmith A big problem with healthcare is it's underfunded by design, because there's a huge amount of pressure on governments by the private sector to let them operate in Canada. Many American corporations, & Canadian companies like Loblaw & Telus are pushing for privatization.

@TELUSsupport Is there an issue with Crave on Telus Optik not updating? This week’s new episode of STAR TREK: PICARD is available on the Crave app, but it’s not appearing on the Telus Optik version on my 4K PVR. Can you help a Trekster out?

Hey @TELUS @TELUSsupport my 2 year plan is up in April. Just got my bill and my monthly bill is up by a whopping 40%. What on earth? #Grift #AlbertaDisadvantage what kind of customer loyalty is that meant to be exactly? Shameful

@TELUSsupport recently a door-2-door @TELUS rep signed my mom up for a contract, despite saying she wanted to think over. She then rec'd email confirming contract & install date. Called to cancel weeks ago & just rec'd a bill for $100s! Is this usual treatment for sr citizens?

@StonedMasons_ Telus needs to be broken up. They screw Canadians everyday and give a few crumbs out in PR stunts thinking people won’t notice.

@MK_Works Public Mobile is cheap and uses the Telus network (perhaps the best network in Greater Vancouver) but at 3G/4G speed, depending on your plan. We're on their $15 or $25 month prepaid plans unless we spot a super deal with a faster service + data, but we're not holding our breath.
