Shoutout to Darell in Toronto from @TELUS @TELUSsupport for trying to help me save $ with my phone plans. Although he couldn't find anything cheaper, his dedication was nice. #ClientCare #WellDone

@Julia_Sisler @Rogers @TELUS Too bad. Could be worth calling one of your old carriers' winback numbers directly and seeing if they can give you a better deal. Bell's is 1-866-928-8053, and Telus/Koodo's is 1-833-348-3589. This is what I did when I got my current deal from Telus and it worked like a charm.

I have a feeling @telus knows we ordered new internet service because ho-ho-ho-ly-**** theirs is terrible today. Good riddance. Can hardly wait for new provider to get up and running. Just a couple more days.

@TELUS Hey Telus, your door-to-door canvassers are very rude. I like your services but there is no reason for your reps to not take no for an answer and get aggressive on my door step. Not cool!

Pandemic making things difficult. My uncle & his @Telus problem (never going to be happy about that but at least I can call him now) My @FrigidaireCA oven bought end of June is faulty but can't get a hold of anyone to fix it & my @NintendoCanada Switch came with a bad AC adapter.

@joansvoice @jamesholden007 And they can too. I’m in and out of the US 5 days a week. If I’m in the US on AT&T, I can disable Amber, Gov’t and Emergency alerts in the settings on IPhone. As soon as I switch to Telus, that entire section disappears. They could put the app on your phone and you’d never know.

@HChristie2104 Howdy Holly, please recruit the right people! People who love to be a policeman or policewoman then things will be different! I still think transparency is vital! Enjoy Holly! Telus is still working on my long distance to Beijing China, still does not work, paid for the service!

@SomeCndnSkeptic Don't know who your with but telus has a free service where people calling me have to confirm they are real before it goes through. They only have to do it once for their number and since I've had it I haven't had a single robospammer.
