Planned for late 2026, our customers will be able to send text messages, make voice calls and use data in Canada’s most remote locations using standard mobile devices.   @trevor388569409 @Andrew_Sully @WestJet They can't even price a plane ticket ask them questions about pricing and they won't know what to say, Telus has trainers and quality agents who have never touched a plane 😢, while Canada has staff with several years of exp who do not rely on scripts
