    @TELUSsupport I believe this may have been the work of a hacker or someone inside TELUS. It’s almost impossible to resolve this issue online. I’ve tried many times before, but it has never been resolved.

    @ADT, the non-compete with Telus is almost over. PLEASE Come back to Canada with ADT Blu, direct to consumer. Self-install security, no branches, just solid customer service & professional monitoring without them wanting to bundle your services before dispatching for your alarm.

    @TELUSsupport I returned my telus equipment at Canada post a few minutes back after cancelling my internet service. I was told that it may take upto several weeks as they have heavy backlog at Canada post. Pls. Share the Cust.service email to share the Canada post receipt.

    @TELUSsupport @Rogers @Bell Cancel with Telus. Horrific customer support/ understanding. They just cost me 80k on a mortgage renewal. My credit card for autopay had expired, and I missed it. I’ll own that. My account went 30 days over, and when I got that notification I immediately rectified it, paid in full, and put in an updated CC number. They outright refuse to take the late payment off my credit report for the mistake. I am 51 years old. NEVER one late payment ever. This dropped my credit score 86 points, and now on my upcoming mortgage renewal I cannot get the preferred banking rate as a result, and Telus outright refuses to help. I’ve been a loyal Telus customer for a decade paying 350+/month for all their service’s, and hold close to $100k in Telus stock and this is the treatment I am getting for an honest mistake. Use any other provider. I will make it my life’s mission to make sure nobody signs up with Telus going forward. Friends, family members and employees included. I’ve tagged Bell and Rogers on this so they can share it with others to use as marketing to win new customers and show how you don’t treat a long time customer.

    @MPelletierCIO If she was managing my money, I would redeem my investment. I'm guessing she isn't an actual Telus customer, so is clueless. The problem is the hideous customer service, they would be better if nobody picked up the phone. I cancelled my cable, took weeks.

    @TELUSsupport hi, sorry to bother you again, but I’m unable to log into My Telus account at all since Aug 2. When I try to reset my password or use the Login Link email feature, Telus doesn’t send me the emails for either. And yes, my email entered is correct. What is happening?

    @TailosiveTech Can they pretty please come after Roger Bell Telus in Canada next? At this point I'll pay more for worse service from SpaceX simply to not pay the oligopoly we got going on.
