DeeDee - Living the dream! ๐ NO DMโs. (@deedee_living) reported@ProvoGal01 @TELUS @TELUSsupport Iโve been with Telus since I got my first cell phone many years ago. I called them and a person from India asked me for my social insurance number. I hung up on them and called a supervisor and cancelled my service.

Gursimrat saini (@gursimrat_17) reported@TELUSsupport such a worse experience with Telus. No body knows anything about internet. Two guys come to setup and diagnose internet and issue still persists. No one takes issue seriously. I work from home and my work suffers.

NoneOfYourBusiness (@RightHereEh) reported@AmazingZoltan I used to think it was Telus customer non-service but since I inherited Rogers non-service through the Shaw takeover, I would have to agree with you. Gonna be a lot of crying in call centres in India today.

Unacceptable Fringe Angie ๐จ๐ฆ๐ฎ๐ฑ ๐ (@AngieGreyhound) reported@ProvoGal01 @TELUS @TELUSsupport Every single call center now is in India. It's so frustrating when you get someone who really can't speak the language but thinks saying "I'm sorry Miss" over and over is how they'll fix whatever problem I'm having.

Right Winged CDN (@DKNExCDN) reported@ProvoGal01 @TELUS @TELUSsupport Call centres throughout Canada are also crap. I know someone who works at one -- third party supplier to Loblaws, Shoppers Drug, etc. The call centre employees don't care at all about the customer or the company, and laugh that they give misleading information such as, "Yes, that product was prepared in Canada." By that they don't mean that it was MADE IN CANADA. They mean that it arrived in a shipment from China and was put into a Canadian package. They laugh about it. I believe that one store was fined for their BS about products being Canadian.
