Dealing with an issue, a serious mistake on YOUR part, has been gruelling and terrible. The incompetence from your side is inexcusable. And you also have a cell tower on our site for which you’re currently asking for a lease extension. That’s gonna cost you big time.

And since my Koodo phone is DEAD anyway thanks to Koodo, I'd have to give X my other phone service provider, which I won't do, either. I will have to stand in line at the Telus store to GET MY MONEY BACK.

Garth Grimm (@grimm_garth) reported3 hours on the phone with tech support yesterday for a family member. He failed to mention moving the dsl cable from one port to a different one on the router. Service tech was here today and switched ports and fixed the issue. Do better @TELUS your customer service is a joke.
