Shoutout to Darell in Toronto from @TELUS @TELUSsupport for trying to help me save $ with my phone plans. Although he couldn't find anything cheaper, his dedication was nice. #ClientCare #WellDone

@vidman Actually in St. Jacobs today. I’m on Telus and just tried calling Toronto. No issues!

@loxyisme If you upgrade to premium later, they credit you back the appropriate proportion of the cancelled essentials subscription. I doubt the opposite applies. We MIGHT try that later after we cancel our Telus subscription, but for now it's just essentials here.

@TELUS That's a load of crap I have more outages with Telus then I do with Rogers.

@HaruunYEG @TELUS Alberta has the worst documented labor laws in the country. They are very pro employer, not pro employee, the ones that actually pay taxes. AB govt is pro-business & give them some of the biggest tax breaks in the country. Also documented. Employees have very basic rights in AB.

@TELUS Unbelievably poor service. Your agent messed up my move & three days in STILL no internet. #CantWorkFromHome

  • love_Aquarius13 gb🇨🇦 (@love_Aquarius13) reported

@mikeinthevalley @GlobalBC Telus My Health is a mobile app. Not all seniors are internet savvy. Telus My Health in a rural area is not an option for many where internet service is a joke. So good for you but have a little compassion for others.

  • JayPhagura Jay (@JayPhagura) reported

@TELUS @TELUSsupport - your customer service is garbage. From mobility to home services, I’ve had to call in a half dozen times each since June for more than 4 hours of my time to correct billing to be told “we don’t credit for your time”. Y’all give no ***** about consumers.

  • JayPhagura Jay (@JayPhagura) reported

@TELUSsupport @TELUS your customer service is trash. 4+ hours w. # a dozen calls for my home services & mobility over 2 mo but I can’t get TELUS mistakes fixed. Lovely to hear “we don’t compensate for your time on the phone” - check how many times I’ve reached out for help.

  • Michael03560135 Michael G. (@Michael03560135) reported

@TELUS your machine when calling in for support is the most annoying thing on the planet. I don't want to speak to a machine, I want to talk to a person. I don't want to navigate through menus to get to that person and I especially don't want to tell a robot what I need.

  • dexamethasones The Dexamethasones (@dexamethasones) reported

@dockevinmcleod If this is true, & I’m wrong then I’m sorry, but your actions & words enable it to happen. I’m hearing of people waiting hours with badly broken bones & children in pain or struggling to breathe. What do you think will happen when people are desperate & Telus or Cerner comes in?

  • MattIlich Matt Ilich (@MattIlich) reported

@Averyflash @typronyk The BC govt paid for my doctor visit - just as if I went to a physical office. All doctor offices are private enterprises. Maybe Telus takes a fee for connecting docs with patient? Not sure…all I know is I saw a doctor quickly and govt paid for the service.
