@TELUS Such b.s., your network coverage is 'poor' at best. 'Cellular network not available ' 'Waiting for connection' are constant messages I get when trying to take or make a call or text.

@Shawhelp I spoke to my rep at Telus and the exact same request is done on the same phone call and takes 10 minutes or less... someone at Shaw who cares enough to solve problems and not queue things would be appreciated - DM me for contact info

@TELUS @TELUSsupport ever since you upgraded the tower @ county rd 21 & Denny dr in Essa, those of us 5min up the road can’t make calls from inside our homes. Outside we now have 3G only. Data doesn’t work. We’ve reported this numerous times, ******* FIX IT

@markroseman @MurrayRankinNDP @adriandix Dix confirmed HIS DEPT requested the MSC probe whether Telus Health LifePlus program has created disparity in patient access to critical services. concerns that family doctors are closing practices & telling patients they can continue on if they subscribe to the Telus service.
