@Marty_Chan Don’t forget Shandro: My buddy Jason Nixon is working on Telus Health so your MD across the globe can tell you what pill you need. Albertans: Who is going to set my broken arm?

  • JenRLabelle Jen Labelle (@JenRLabelle) reported

@TELUS Automated phone system is crap. Your phone cables are currently hanging so low that they drag across our garage & pergola. We need a tech to come fix it. Is there a way to contact that will actually be useful? I'd hate to have to cut them to make it stop

@MusicMan1730 @TELUS @TELUSsupport Sadly I had the same problem - both texting claims and horrific queues…

  • meagandoesstuff Meagan ☕️ (@meagandoesstuff) reported

@TELUSsupport I need to have someone come look at the Telus box that is on my property. I tried contacting the City of RD and they told me to contact you directly - but the number they gave me was incorrect. Help please. :)

+112505107173 watch for this number incoming to phone. 6 to 10 second call with no one there. Phone hacker. Telus thanks for caring about my call. You are not the only ones on the bloody planet busy hire more damn staff. 90 min is useless, less than useless.

  • ArifHimani Arif Himani (@ArifHimani) reported

@TELUSsupport Someone has to do something, take responsibility and make proper compensation for all the trouble I have been going through for making the worst decision of trusting telus and signing up for cellphone service yet to be delivered but seems highly unlikely

  • iansdoodle Ian (@iansdoodle) reported

@DoubleEmMartin Haha I can just visualize Canadians taking to the streets over this. Hell we don’t even bother to vote. We’d be in our pick up trucks with **** Telus or bell flags, texting up a storm.

  • DLitz microarchitectural side-channel attacks (@DLitz) reported

You can't cancel online (even though you can add/change services online just fine), but My TELUS doesn't even _tell_ you that anywhere obvious. Even their support chatbot beats around the bush about it.

  • sunnywaters12 Becky Price (@sunnywaters12) reported

My satellite service has changed again. Some improvement for a week. I won’t sort out why they call anything an advanced payment at Telus. I did have various other real problems there. Lately I’ve felt Telus shouldn’t advertise a service at all when the service is substandard.

  • DLitz microarchitectural side-channel attacks (@DLitz) reported

I was happy with @TELUS internet service UNTIL I tried to cancel it (because the building is being demolished). Now, I'm canceling _all_ my Telus services at once, because I never want to go through this process again.
