    Cant wait to drop @TELUS as my service provider. Dog **** speed throttling company

  • badmonkey68 The Sudsy Scoundrel🍻 (@badmonkey68) reported

    You know what is going to make my call with Telus support better? Waiting 45 minutes on hold to talk to someone that I know will not behelpful. And I didn't tag them because tweeting doesn't help either.

  • RichardMacLean Richard MacLean (@RichardMacLean) reported

    @brightwhite @TELUS @WadeP I had no service at all

  • Hamie911 Hamie (@Hamie911) reported

    @TELUSsupport @telus what is going on with Telus lately? Service is failing and dealing with reps is one of the most frustrating things 😑

  • ahmasonx Amanda Rozon (@ahmasonx) reported

    @winstyfloof @TELUS Such garbage. I called them today and they said “well can you switch off wifi right now” and our call IMMEDIATELY dropped. They are sending a tech out cause it’s ridiculous.

  • stephenbelanger Stephen Belanger (@stephenbelanger) reported

    @brycebaril A family friend wrote some stuff on contract for BC Tel (pre-Telus merger) 30 years ago and still has a support contract with them for it that they keep renewing every couple years so presumably they’re still using it. 😱

  • dobradors 👕 Dobrador•com ☕ (@🏡) (@dobradors) reported

    @Albert_Nobbs @Rogers Yeah, that sounds like Rogers. One of their reps referred to me as "it" in response to a publicly viewable bad review. Needless to say, it escalated from there. The only company worse than Rogers is Telus. #NeverRogers #NeverTelus

  • bwebmtl bradwmtl (@bwebmtl) reported

    @TELUSsupport hi Telus, I’m stuck out of country and trying to fill out in app request for assistance with my bill, it keeps saying technical issue… and I can’t call you…

  • samelkadri Sam 🏌️ (@samelkadri) reported

    @ritakml Shaw has the best internet but they’re mainly residential. For mobile Telus has best reception but crappy customer service.

  • rob_bieber Rob Bieber Ⓥ🌈 (@rob_bieber) reported

    I'm still stunned that @TELUS preferred that I change carriers, despite being a loyal customer for over 25 years, rather that own up to their mistake and replace our phones. @telusmobility isn't the company it once was. Sad.
