michaelm (@mikemoore0057) reportedRe. land line, I need to hang onto the phone number as it's registered everywhere and a PITA to change. Anyway, I too was paying a high monthly so I told Telus I was considering dumping it and they gave me a loyalty rate of $2.50 per month. They must do this to pretend they still have a customer base. And yes, porting to VOIP is something I was considering as I already have a couple of numbers.
