    @TELUS Such b.s., your network coverage is 'poor' at best. 'Cellular network not available ' 'Waiting for connection' are constant messages I get when trying to take or make a call or text.

    Telus pre paid cell is garbage - you get a text saying all topped up then no service until the office turns it on so you wait two hours on the phone for service. Look at other carriers!!!

    @MarkyMarkBrant I wasn’t that old when I bought them. I had always worked from a young age, and never was one to frivolously spend my monies. And there was an IPO in Alberta when Telus purchased AGT (Alberta Government Telephones). My gut told me it was a sound buy at that price.

    @TELUSsupport Your telling me @TELUSsupport doesn’t have access to Telus support? Really? All I want to know is when Athens Ontario is going to get the tower upgrade we have been promised for over 2 years.

But taking over an account that is that far in debt doesn't make much sense. 3. You could just say you want you own account and set up a new one accordingly, with either Teuls or some

    I feel bad for the young employee at @TELUS who felt like she needed to treat me badly about the question I had on my bill, she's probably had angry customers. I was not angry, but still don't agree to pay roaming charges when not roaming. I feel scammed. @TELUSsupport

    On my new phone with my new service provider. I've been with @Rogers for well over a decade but after several disappointments with them, I've moved over to @TELUS . @Bell wasn't in the running. They still need to apologize to #LisaLaFlamme .
