@TELUS Such b.s., your network coverage is 'poor' at best. 'Cellular network not available ' 'Waiting for connection' are constant messages I get when trying to take or make a call or text.

@DanAlbas Mines gone up with TELUS here in Alberta. It hasn't gone down one bit. More lies from the PM. Nothing that comes from this government is the truth.

@tallahustler A couple of years ago I got a call from Telus trying to sign us up for their Pik TV service, which is a ****** internet-based TV. Not like Optik where you get a set top box. This is to watch basic cable on a web browser. 1/2

@TELUS You don't desserve any clients if you don't fix this outrageous customer care situation. Your agents are ripping you off, by not doing their job, putting people on hold for ever, or transferring line back in the queue. The level of incompetency ... This is ridiculous.

@apoxon It's their infrastructure in some areas. The technicians are right in saying that there isn't anything ~they~ can do about it, but telus needs to upgrade their ****(node?) in that area that they service users in the area with.

what a scam Telus has going on- if you are too poor to continue to afford their home internet service - you are charged 15$/month for the balance of the service program when you cancel it. #fucktelus #timetoleavetelus
