@TELUS Such b.s., your network coverage is 'poor' at best. 'Cellular network not available ' 'Waiting for connection' are constant messages I get when trying to take or make a call or text.

@TrevorTJJ Tried the Telus hub. Being close to Hwy #2 makes it slow down during heavy traffic. It seems almost all new vehicles have some sort of internet connection. We have a second remote property where it works fine.

@renatahale @TELUSsupport It’s still down for us and it’s been that way for the past 30h. TELUS keeps saying they are working on it but no updates. Sent a DM on Twitter but no reply. Chat gets disconnected and phone wait times are more than an hour.

@TELUSsupport I have DMed you. I’ll update this 🧵 if #Telus resolves my double billing issue. In the last 3 days I’ve spent a total of 8 hours on the phone, been promised 2 call backs which never happened, and the resolution agreed to by one agent has been denied by another.

@mariancanchica @TELUSsupport 6 hours and counting for this outage.....Luckily I'm able to connect through my hotspot to work but @TELUS better not charge me for going over my data allotment this month!
