    Hey @telus our pvr recording box keeps shutting down. Restarted a couple times and thirty seconds later it shuts down, lights off even though still connected to power. What’s up? Help!

    @puffingrrl_h I believe it. Our phones are so inaccurate at our cottage - when they work. I’m with Telus now but when I was with Fido, I never had signal there at all. Even now it’s spotty. I pray we never have to need to use 911 up there.

    @MarksGonePublic Makes me think of Amazon. They are the DOMINANT cloud services provider. Big step from selling books / goods. Now Telus once just phones, then also big time IT service providers, then TV channel controller now getting into brokering other peoples entertainment products.

  • marionetta marionetta (@marionetta) reported

    @TELUSsupport I migrated to Telus email some time ago; issue was lack of access to Google maps while signed into Telus email. Appears to be working now.

  • jennjmarks Jennifer Marks (@jennjmarks) reported

    @TELUS Telus customer service sucks.

  • maclby Mac Sokulski (@maclby) reported

    @TELUSsupport Mobile Internet with ZTE modem. Telus said it's not available, and Bell has absolutely no issues.

  • mlnangalama Martha Leah Nangalama (@mlnangalama) reported

    I have been with @Rogers for over 25yrs. WHY? Because of their exceptional customer service. Canada also has Bell / Aliant, Telus and some other small players. All of Rogers' competition offer lower rates but their customer service stinks. All my friends & family are with Rogers.

    @GeofferyKehrig The one at #CoquitlamCentral loop has been broken for years. Despite calls to #Telus and the payphone company, the phone was out-of-service every time it was needed. There are folks who could not use cell phones for health reasons, not to mention others who could not afford them.
