    @TELUS Such b.s., your network coverage is 'poor' at best. 'Cellular network not available ' 'Waiting for connection' are constant messages I get when trying to take or make a call or text.

    @TELUSsupport @KaixKevin Telus rep hung up on me last week. The call must have gone overseas because the connection was bad and it took the rep 1.5 hours to read the previous reps notes, who was reading the notes from the last over-billing....

    @TELUSsupport Need to report again my telus email not working again, been on and off for 4 years. I know someone is looking into this they called to ask if any changes. According to the internet, my email doesn't exist. Tried calling but over 2 hour wait and there's no call back. So waiting
