    @TELUS Such b.s., your network coverage is 'poor' at best. 'Cellular network not available ' 'Waiting for connection' are constant messages I get when trying to take or make a call or text.

    Calling @TELUS tonight to change the plan or just leave after 16 years. Raise my bill and still don’t get signal half the places I go. Even in my own home the signal is weak asf.

    @MichelletypoQ @stevewoodYYC @Garossino Telus was telling large customers last summer they had already decided to go with a European vendor and we’re just waiting on final board approval. This was a done deal last summer. They want a ban and compensation to replace 4G which I don’t support

    I owe telus almost $3000, today they called me and offered to resolve it for $1100. **** I wish I had that much $ so I could put this debt behind me. Just one overnight booking could fix this, but I rarely get those - maybe once a year if I'm lucky.

    @koodo How about the fact that I was denied making a payment to Koodo by your customer support? I was told I am not aloud because of security updates. So me and my wife will be finding a new provider and never again deal with anyone connected to TELUS

    WOW @TELUSsupport @TELUS been trying to set up call control on my mobiles & have been waiting for an hr. I call the # on the website through my Telus for this purpose. Waited 30 mins, was flogged off as “it was the wrong dept” & now have been waiting 30 mons more.Horrible service

    I wonder how many people know that Telus owns Koodo. Koodo was one of the best cellphone service providers until Telus got thier greasy mitts on them. Everyone that left Telus for Koodo just ended up under Telus anyway and dont know it. Myself now…..
