Since yesterday none of the 3 cell phones in our house were working since the ice storm outage. Telus, Bell and Rogers! Wasn’t this brought up a while ago that this type of thing can’t happen since most people dons have landlines anymore and rely on our cell phones? 🤬

@TommyMofo19 @BigNasty6oh4 I prefer Shaw (now Rogers) but when I movies in with my wife in delta, Shaw wasn’t an option. TELUS isn’t terrible but I do find that I need to unplug by router/PVR about once every couple of months.

@RogersHelps Why has 5G sht the bed now too? 10 years with this garbage service that doesn't ever work. I'm switching to Telus today.

So, I moved recently and can not receive calls from my building's front door. Called @TELUS and guess what their suggestion was... Buy a new phone. I have a S22 Ultra. It is less than a year old. Problem is your system not my hardware.

@BuddJacket @BigNasty6oh4 @BigNasty6oh4 This. You just play them off each other and watch them beg for your service like the corporate bloodsuckers they are. Telus all day for TV 📺 be never had complaints about your internet just watch the upselling. Bloodsuckers all of them so.

  • s_u_c_h_y Stewart (@s_u_c_h_y) reported

@TELUSsupport I switched to Telus from @ShawInfo based on “better internet”. Have had more issues than ever. Down again today.

  • shitkirkhussays Aaron (@shitkirkhussays) reported

@BuddJacket @BigNasty6oh4 My .02 I hated Telus, then loved Shaw until something went wrong. Fact is outsourcing call centres and being a returning customer results in a lease exp when you need them. It’s just big business unfortunately

@olivesagan i watched this and was waiting for like a telus logo to pop up, it plays like a commercial in the worst way possible
