    @TELUS Nobody is willing to fix their own mistake in Telus. No call recorded? Telus said I have two options 1) return the phone and wait for the next sale but not guaranteed 2) Just accept my deal and use the phone as it is. What a great customer service!

    @vancouverkelvin Hi Kelvin! That is a legitimate TELUS number but that's typically an inbound customer service number. Have you spoken to anyone calling you from that number?

    No matter how I try to solve the problem, if I am not encrypting traffic and it goes through either the Telus ADSL or LTE network in McBride, BC, then anything that's not ICMP or in a VPN seems to be either dropped or shaped into a black hole. Thanks in advance for any help.
