One agent just told me to "ignore further calls from Telus today" because other's would keep contacting me not knowing he was working on a quote. Another said once the sales query was in it's just a "free for all" of agents to contact the customer.

@ClaytonBurnsPhD @DeltaBCDad I use Rogers mobile because my calling plan is "grandfathered" and although I detest their business practices I won't be switching. Haven't used Bell. My kids use Telus mobile. If you are lucky enough to contact a local Telus agent, your problems get resolved satisfactorily.

I have never taken to social media like this for this before, but I have to say that I received the absolute worst customer service and follow up from @TELUS over the past six months. If anyone is considering switching services I would encourage you to speak to me first!

@TELUSsupport I already have been reporting to 7726 to no avail. I even called Telus support when I accidentally replied back to the spammers when 7726 wanted me to reply back with the email addresses. It’s an awkward process as forwarding only forwards msg content without original addresses.

For some reason @TELUS @TELUSsupport thinks that a 1 hour wait time to resolve billing issues is good customer experience. I guess all cell companies are terrible. It would be a shame if we got real competition.

@DeltaBCDad It was a hold experience with Telus that pushed me to their subsidiary, Koodo. They don't even offer telephone customer support, but it's way cheaper, and I realized that Telus no longer did either.

@Tim_Bousquet @TELUS I was told by Telus that I'm not elgible for the 'free' emergency data offer unless I upgrade my phone plan to a more expensive plan. So....Telus is using this situation to get more money out of poor people. It's utterly Goddamn disgusting.
