    @nleenders If you are having problems with Telus, try Uniserve. They offer the same stuff as Telus, and use Telus' network (they buy wholesale). Then if you have a problem, Uniserve deals with Telus, and has a lot more clout to get it resolved.

    @telus bummer! I spoke to one of your agents and she said my modem is affected by an outage in Surrey. This is ridiculous!!! How can I #workfromhome if I don't have #internet? Times like these you question, WHY HAVE I STAYED WITH TELUS FOR 8 years?!?! 😬 #EPICFAIL

    @TELUSsupport I’ve just had one of the absolute worst customer service experiences of my life - all I needed was 3 old invoices sent to me. Impossible. I would like to end all my services with Telus ASAP. Can you please have someone contact me.

    @Fenix_Pony Dump them and goto one of the mid tier brands, they're all the same price ( way more data, 50$ for 8GB promo ) so your choice is just what network Telcos in Canada are trash Virgin - Bell Koodo - Telus Fido - Rogers

    @yegventures That’s ultimately why I created a more generic email account for myself (outlook, gmail, etc). I stopped using Telus and Shaw branded accounts so I could switch providers without problems.
