@TELUS may have cheaper plans and deals, but it's all useless when nothing else functions. Self serve, account management, and customer support are so useles and unintuitive it's laughable. Can't add second emails for billing, can't authorize users, security page is all errors.

Call to talk about my upcoming phone upgrade & how paying more for less data & cell service that drops calls/cuts out when I’m at home due to an apparent tower outage for over a year, & just told to hope for a promotion. 15 years with @TELUS @TELUSsupport for what? #poorservice

@privacylawyer My guess is that they intend to hang their hat on regulation of trade and commerce, but its a damn good question. It would be a laugh if a court held that Bell, Rogers and Telus were subject to the tax, but not Google and Facebook.

@KarlDHarrison @dawnpassmore @brianlilley What? Get back in your lane. Do you think some outfit, let’s say Telus, wants to use your song in an ad campaign for a product you don’t endorse - so they can? Don’t be stupid. Artists own their music. Venues using the music in the background must be registered with Socan.
