    @TELUS worst customer service on the planet goes to you. It's ridiculous that I have to get the crtc, my MLA, Equifax, Trans Union and the commissioner for telecom complaints involved to resolve an error in your behalf. You've lost my business for life. @ConsumerReports

    @TELUS is there a customer care Retention number ? I've been trying to reach someone since 11:30 .3 agents disconnected twice and it's now 2:15 pm

    i get lowkey embarrassed when i see a celebrity as a brand ambassador in a commercial like you were on a top hit sitcom 15 years ago and now youre saying the worst dialogue ever to promote telus?? what do u have to do with telus?or like a random furniture brand like why you?

    @jkenney @TELUSsupport I did need further assistance about a year ago. Telus never called back. If anyone wants to know why I wouldn't use Telus, please feel free to DM me.

    @DavidTaylorNYC @Cat74458367 @jkenney Cell service was mostly pretty good. Our area doesn't have cable, so Telus offers internet via the phone line. The other option is satellite. Shaw does not serve our area at all.
