@nestapendragon @Rogers Don't look at me...I get 𝘮𝘺 terrible customer service from @TELUS

@TELUSsupport Telus should really be giving customers a credit on their bill as the customer had to install the new digital boxes. That was a service that a technician used to do. Plus, I now have to get these boxes to Canada Post. $50 credit would be great. Thanks.

@JustineBateman In Canada, this was happening under the guise of Telus, a genuine and large telecom. My provider offered a service where someone not in my contacts calling me for the first time would have to "press 1." I set it up it, it took one minute The calls disappeared immediately.

@TELUS Either of the following need to happen for me to get the service I had before - -Find a cost inclusion for loyalty - Roll back to earlier digital boxes and change my wifi etc - Cancel my Services, I’ll go to elsewhere I’m done dealing with @TELUSsupport

@MelissaLMRogers @TELUSsupport first of all the $25 is USD, and you can find plenty of very cheap cellphone plans in Canada. You want to finance an expensive device through your plan and that is why you pay over $100. Telus is known to NOT be a budget provider - they have Koodo and Public Mobile you idiot

Telus has had the ability to change plans via the app for years. It just doesn't work for almost anything, so you have to call in.

@TELUS you guys need better DB role management on your ticketing systems. Like why don't your support employees just know wtf i told the previous 4 regarding the same issue? Even passing PostIt notes would work better, but I guess your asses are too wide and brains too narrow

@ElizabethRBess Yup, that is so very common a complaint after folks calling Rogers customer service have happen. Makes you want to switch service provide but Telus is no better really. Customers don't count, can't go to a real office ever now.

@field2fieldag @Bell_MTSHelps @Bell_MTS Doesn’t matter who you’re with, that stretch is a dead zone. I’m with public mobile which is owned by telus and that area is pretty poor

@MelissaLMRogers @TELUSsupport I’m paying 25$ a month for 100 GB and unlimited calls, in Canada. Ditch Telus, that’s your solution.
