Oh and 100% of the csa on the phone are indians. Even when a Telus employee has to call into their special emplyee only line, its all indians. I quit Telus/koodo explicitly because of the indians, one in particular that was a district manager and the most scum snake oil salesmen person i'd ever met.

They work in postal offices, Service Ontario, Service Canada, private security companies, communication companies (Rogers, Telus, Bell, etc).... They are everywhere.

Donnie Baseball (@SilkWilkes) reported@cdntradegrljenn I'm on a $50/mo unlimited plan with Rogers that includes no roaming charges. Absolutely NONE! Longtime Telus customer and they couldn't give me free roaming. Rogers is the devil but Telus got to $17/day for roaming.

When I call Mint Mobile in the US, I go through a very friendly Ryan Reynolds AI attendant and talk to an American right away. Plus, they understand and resolve my problem. Canadians have no clue how bad it has become for them.
