Either they lied to me in order to try and trick me into getting a service I absolutely don't want, or Telus systems are literally made in such a way that the CSR literally couldn't find that deal until I'd 100% declined the TV. Either way, Telus needs to shape up.

@StonedMasons_ currently in the middle of a consumer affairs report against them and one of their partner collection agencies for the agency trying to tack like 300% interest on after hitting the agency. Telus is also claiming a different amount on my report so shady **** ongoing lol

Anyone else having @TELUS internet and TV issues? Internet keeps going down and TV shuts off and has fo reboot. And yes I've paid the bill.

@JustinHallWM @SpaceX I like my Telus cell phone but I work in northern AB and literally have no data service half of where I am.. also your locked. So while I agree Telus hub is good in some situations you can't roam with it. In fact I can't even subscribe to since I live in the city

@TELUS my wife needs to get ahold of your customer service urgently, and has waited on hold for 1 hour + a few times, and hasn’t gotten through to anyone. Help her! This is the most ridiculous reason to lose a client (which is the next step).
