    Loyal Samsung customer for 10 years. Bought S22 due to cold weather and air travel. Huge problem on the S22 phone every time. Discussed with Telus and Samsung, wasted multiple hours, no solution given by anyone. Horrible experience Be careful @SamsungCanada @TELUS @TELUSsupport

    @TELUS you guys are impossible to get ahold of. I closed my account 7 mths ago and you’re reporting missed payments for 7 mths to the credit bureau on a $0 balance and account is till showing open. FIX THIS PLEASE!!!!

    @TELUSsupport Hi Telus Support. My mom and I were charged an extra $12.00 for Roaming services on January 7th. I have Google Timeline to prove that I had already been back in Canada at 10:30 PM. I had previously called Telus and they could not offer me a dispute / refund.

    @koodo @TELUS I was having internet problems which is with @TELUS and did not receive calls from them due to poor network service with Koodo. Telus service is bad. We are unhappy and can't continue paying for such bad service.

    @StephenPunwasi Telus treat their employees in their Manila call centres very well. So the CSRs tell me. They even import Africans to work there rather than pay for French-speaking Canadians.
