Telus Issues ReportsLatest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
how is telus gonna charge hundreds for internet that doesn’t ******* work please explain why i should be paying more than 3$ for this disgustingly slow and bad wifi
@TELUS had to turn off the 5g to get connected on a brand new s20 ultra hd, down to lte let me know when it will work again
@Rogers do you have any services that actually work? You don’t really provide cellular service here & of course you won’t supply a booster like telus does & your smart home monitor app would fit in well during the 1800’s. Yet within a week if you aren’t paid the harassment starts
I even tweeted Telus support 2 hours ago, but it did not show up, funny!
My service provider Telus has changed to be so cartel!
@TELUSsupport why can't I reach Telus Loyalty or at least a manger today to help fix a huge error on Telus part??
@TELUSsupport I am very very sad! Your machine stated that technical support will call me back within half hour, never did, past 1 hr, now I call in and again to wait another hour! Gone are the days that Telus is kind and care! Please do your job kindly! Thank you!
@TELUSsupport yo telus my internet has been super spotty the past 3 days, my online lectures are constantly buffering for 10+ seconds, live streams are stuttering super bad even at 480p, webpages sometimes wont load at all. What gives? -east Vancouver resident
If @TELUS expands 5G coverage into my area before @rogers commits to not charging $15 in March (which they may never do) I’m jumping over to Telus.
