  I like how @TELUS periodically sends these notices through their app that you've earned enough points to redeem for something, but their rewards website has never once been functioning when I've visited. I usually get a blank page and a message about high traffic.

  Due to move, had to go from @TELUS to @ShawInfo. AWFUL! Equipment from the dark ages - most poorly designed interface - 4 button clicks on a POS remote to access recordings. It's 2022. Also, unless u pay tons of money for a la carte, stuck w/stations not wanted incl. Fox. Sucks!
