@David_Moscrop I was on Telus for about 10 years and never had any problems. I recently switched to Freedom mobile because they had the phone I wanted. No problems and more mobile data, but their coverage outside of cities is poor. I WFH, so no big deal.

  • Kimmie_Kanuck Kimmie_Kanuck 🇨🇦 (@Kimmie_Kanuck) reported

@Rinanloo @TELUS It’s all sorted now. Bank fixed the issue with my card, and I did the update on line. But not being able to speak to a person annoys the hell out of me. That should be a first menu option. And when you select it... there should be no further questions -just put me through!

  • Kimmie_Kanuck Kimmie_Kanuck 🇨🇦 (@Kimmie_Kanuck) reported

@Robboman @Rinanloo @TELUS My issue wasn’t with the representative , once I got through. My issue was how difficult they make it to actually get through to a person. The automated options do not work for all situations. Most, in fact, need a person.

@JMartin_JD @SCC_eng Still don't u/stand why so many Courts are dealing w/ $200k costs issue 13 yrs after action commenced. Pl in #ClassAction seeks $500 mil + $20 mil punitives on behalf of 1.4 million #ClassMembers who say Telus rounded up cell phone minutes & yet parties are fighting about costs?!

  • dubikan Mr. Dubi and Dr. Kan (@dubikan) reported

@David_Moscrop I've been having a good experience with koodo (i.e., Cheap Telus). But I never texted the US... I did once get charged, by Rogers (work phone) for a text sent to a wrong number where I mistyped the area code and it was sent to the US. Quite annoying.

  • bizmanYXE Mark Zielke (@bizmanYXE) reported

A cordial heads up for those in customer service: when a brand says they don't want to speak with you to match or win your business, walk very quickly the other way. @TELUS is such a company. Unbelievable arrogance. They lost a business contract with multiple possible clients.

  • digitalhomeca Digital Home Canada (@digitalhomeca) reported

Warning. My daughter was scammed into typing #2030 on her cell phone and was charged $4.99 by @FreedomMobile. This scam has been ripping Canadians for over 8 years because @Bell Rogers & Telus continue to make money everytime. Sad but true. Solution: DON't use shortcodes at all

  • hockeymom1 Karen Lindsay (@hockeymom1) reported

Shame on you @TELUS @TELUSsupport @telusmobility You have been ‘fixing’ the issue for 3 months. Get it right.

  • lunardirigible J-anne (@lunardirigible) reported

@David_Moscrop Telus customer service is good. My plan is $75 for 4G, unlimited talk/text...not great but used to be worse. I find it's easy to get phone upgrades too. Their internet service sucks though

  • Mauifan Let’s get this party started (@Mauifan) reported
