    At Traverse Bay... 2 kilometres from cell tower @TELUS Extremely poor cell service... hope you get this! Maybe ... maybe not! New iphone8 is crap!!

    @ProvoGal01 @TELUS @TELUSsupport Wait until you try to cancel any services. Took my wife probably 20 hrs on the phone over the course of several weeks to get rid of these parasites.

    @ryangerritsen Yep I called @TELUS to cancel 10 sim cards for our business (we have 60 other active ones), shoulda been easy to do. I had all the numbers, she even asked me to email the list to her & it took her OVER AN HOUR. I swear they do it so you give up & hang up. Ridiculous.

    @ProvoGal01 @TELUS @TELUSsupport Every single call center now is in India. It's so frustrating when you get someone who really can't speak the language but thinks saying "I'm sorry Miss" over and over is how they'll fix whatever problem I'm having.

    @TELUSsupport Appreciate any updates, I have already sent the DM. 1. I have the equipment but no way to send it. But being charged. 2. Not got the refund promised yet. Cancelled the account due to trust issues, now struck with trust issues in refund. @TELUSsupport @TELUS #scams

    @Judyylicious @TELUS @TELUSsupport TELUS SmartHome: repeated false alarms → police dispatch while I was on a flight. Told to pay + upsold $5 add-on. Neighbour had same issue, paid hundreds. Fix the system, don’t monetize faults. Will escalate if unresolved.

    @koodo @TELUSsupport I got a call yesterday from 1-844-372-1809, "TELUS" showed on Call Display. I said hello, caller thanked me for being a Koodo customer, then hung up. Was this a legit Koodo/Telus number, or was this a scammer? #koodo #telus

    @MikeMartignago Why won’t @TELUS step up to buy the club? They have the money and would be celebrated as community heroes for decades to come. Customer base explosion. They can write off losses in the down years.
