Bell, Rogers, and Telus have never had any problems extracting from me the exorbitant amounts of money us Canadians pay for pedestrian amounts of cellular data, but Freedom had to be a **** about it.

@TELUSsupport Telus really sucks nowadays. 1. Got a replacement PVR box, won't set up. 2. Wait over an hour for support. 3. Online CHAT service isn't working. 4. Customer service and support people don't call back when they say they will. What is the process to cancel my service?

Don't use Telus for phone plans. They overcharge you ridiculously and it's a nightmare to opt out. They are awful

Switching over to @TELUS for my inter web and TV from @ShawDirect. Better service and price
