At Traverse Bay... 2 kilometres from cell tower @TELUS Extremely poor cell service... hope you get this! Maybe ... maybe not! New iphone8 is crap!!

@TELUS Hi! Yes! I thought the cause was that I live in a basement apartment, but even when I step outside I have the same problem. I have to walk or drive to the end of the street, close to Hawthorne Street, to get reliable telephone reception.

@evaholland For now, but the submission explains that the cost of leasing Northwestel bandwidth to connect Atlin to the rest of the Telus network makes it prohibitively expsensive (according to Telus) to offer broadband.

@telus business connect. Your service is a joke. We signed a contract in November and are still not installed. Lots of excuses. You are billing us for service we have not received. No one replies. Terrible service
