    At Traverse Bay... 2 kilometres from cell tower @TELUS Extremely poor cell service... hope you get this! Maybe ... maybe not! New iphone8 is crap!!

    @shopkeepz Hi there, the Telus network is down which is causing issues with some terminals. Unfortunately, the issue is not something we're able to fix ourselves but we're hoping it gets resolved quickly.

    @TELUSsupport Good day. I'm a koodo subscriber and recently got a Telus account with the intention of transferring my number to Telus, I'm encountering an error. It says number not eligible to be ported in your province. The agents I talked to said this wouldn't be a problem.

    And until his Justice League cartoon movie is over, no point in watching anything, so I've got 'Scaredy Cats' on Telus (channel 10) that I'm watching, as there's no point in trying to get into something when his stupid movie is just gonna drown what I watch out anyway.

    @TELUSsupport Hi Telus. We are without internet at all at this point, and your tech people have no idea what the issue is. Can you run this issue up the ladder to your more knowledgable tech people? We are now losing business and it's getting serious. Anything you can do please.

    @TELUSsupport #telus ..cont’d.. tech told us he’d tell his manager & someone would come to “fix our phone line bc we would only get 75 of our 150 speed”. 7 days now.. no call, no visit, no emails. Please come get your stuff. We’re going back to #shaw

    @TELUS or @TELUSsupport I’m getting really sick of having to call in and cancel a service my grandparents never ordered (at 150/MONTH). I’ve had 3 convos with staff, and other family have called 5+ times to get these charges removed. 😡😡 Pretty soon we’re going back to @ShawInfo
