    @TELUS @koodo on the line with customer retention fighting over a bill. I can't imagine worse customer service. Over 1 hr of my life wasted fighting with this company who couldn't care less about their customers.

    Hi @TELUSsupport my wife had your tech in to adjust our telus package. Your support said beforehand my movies, like 50-60 movies, over a $1000 worth will be fine. Your tech adjusts it and now my movies are missing and your support says you can only give us a $100 credit.

    Telus also put in a bullshit outage report & is claiming confidentiality by DEFAULT w/o any justification at all and w/o any test, hurdle or high standard at all because the ******** CRTC said they could. The CRTC protection racket once again. That place is run by f'n clowns.

    @TELUS why does your internet suck so bad? I just called support and was told I should disconnect devices I’m not using or upgrade. We have the fastest internet you offer, upgrade to what. What’s the hold up on fibre.

    A word of advice.. If you are dealing with Telus for your cell service, get out if you can. Their cute hippos and kittens in the ads are NOT what their service dept is. They treat me like garbage.

    @TELUS @TELUSsupport are you going to be compensating me for not being able to work from home since the internet outage APRIL 5 AT 12:00 PM?! it's now April 6 8:15 PM. My internet is still out. Who is compensating me?
