    @TELUS @koodo on the line with customer retention fighting over a bill. I can't imagine worse customer service. Over 1 hr of my life wasted fighting with this company who couldn't care less about their customers.

    @4ParksBushcraft @BruceAlrighty45 @GOP Exactly, i submitted two reports that may have something to do with this seems Castro using Canadian phones for criminal activity I have TELUS they told me to submit the report made another report to @yrp they were so rude. Now getting a lawyer as per doctor. Abuse Victims 😔

    @cathy_fillion @TELUS I’m in the SW and keep losing connection and the page comes on the screen. I either just wait a couple of minutes or turn off the TV then turn it back on and it is connected. 🤬 WTF It’s Telus.

    @telus your customer service is the absolute worst. Hire some actual humans to answer inquiries from customers. Your virtual assistant is useless and the wait time to speak to a live agent is ridiculous.

    Hello @TELUS @TELUSsupport! After 2hours and 3 minutes on hold concerning my new Telus Home Solutions purchase I was cut off, because "my call cannot be answered". Is someone able to help me virtually and save me another 2 hours on the phone?

    @sportsjunkie007 We're in the same boat. Only switched to Telus because their regular internet was garbage now and Fiber isn't an option yet where we are... But Shaw TV quality is horrendous!! Holding out for Telus to get Fiber in my area... Lol!

    Shout out to @TELUS tech who came to fix our landline showe up wearing an n95 was nice not having to beg and reveal medical details to persuade someone to protect our CEV family members
