Now getting a lawyer as per doctor. Abuse Victims 😔

@TELUS @koodo on the line with customer retention fighting over a bill. I can't imagine worse customer service. Over 1 hr of my life wasted fighting with this company who couldn't care less about their customers.

@ThomasHall17 @JustWatchMe14 @kim_siever I really don't get it. They whine endlessly about how untrustworthy government is, but never question corporations. We'll go on and on about how Telus and Shaw have garbage customer service, but never question that our communications infrastructure is privately owned.

Happy #SmallBusinessSaturday to everyone except @TELUS because we've been waiting for them to finish 1 job since Sept 25th and their customer service 0/10. My small biz needs your action, telus, not just your words
