@PaulDoroshenko @TELUS You can improve on that price just by asking for a deal. Then when you're not satisfied with that deal, saying you're gonna find a new provider. They'll refer you to customer retention dept.

@PaulDoroshenko @TELUS I just called and told them I was moving to Shaw if the couldn’t give me a decent offer and I got the Internet taken back down to 85$ a month for 24 months.

@PaulDoroshenko @TELUS Transparency is a major problem for Telus. Watch for added ‘fees’ that seem to pop up from nowhere. Literally just happened to me, and if I hadn’t called and complained, I would be paying for nothing.

@PaulDoroshenko @TELUS Is that a business price? I’m sure ours is not even close to that? Wth? Does that include landline? Cell service? Streaming charges? Cable?

  • InternetLimited
    Ai Communications (@InternetLimited) reported

The Big 5 Canadian Internet Service Providers (ISPs) (Bell, Rogers, Telus, Shaw, and Quebecor (Videotron)) receive 73.3% of the market’s revenues and charge higher prices due to a lack of competition. #Competition #internet

    Jamie Lewin (@JAL49) reported

@PaulDoroshenko @TELUS Telus charges me $95 a month for Internet. Until 3 months ago it was $55! If I change suppliers I lose my email address. The CRTC needs to let Verizon expand their service into Canada. It's $29. a month!

  • SilveryCurls
    Sherida Charles (@SilveryCurls) reported

@PaulDoroshenko @TELUS We have opposite problem. Telus call our landline multiple times per week with offers of service changes or upgrades. So annoying.

  • PaulDoroshenko
Prairie Paul (@PaulDoroshenko) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

I’m trying to contact @Telus business. Their website has no contact number. Took me 10 minutes and I found it on another site. I will do everything possible not to deal with @telus or Shaw. Imagine if you had a service interruption? Can’t call them? Ridiculous.
