    @TELUSsupport @ADT Bell forcing me to abandon copper connection in favour of fibre. That means my ADT monitored alarm will have trouble. I called #telus to see what my options are. Was told I had to upgrade, no other info. Me: I might have to cancel Telus: OK, (hangs up) #WTF?

    @TELUSsupport This may come as a surprise, but since I never signed up for their service, I don't have any account to manage. I've requested a login code twice, and here's the shock, none show up. Why would telus add a fraudulent charge to my business account, then expect me to try and fix it?

    Not only could @adt by @telus not send a sales rep to my house to tell me what system they would recommend, but also made me a sign a 3 year contract just to move service to my new home.

    @dawndawnw @caitrionambalfe I get Crave through Telus and I guess there isn't a "search"!! Like Netflix has. These damn things are always complicated!!

    @DocMcConks @dr_oona @DrRFernandez I understand your frustration, but please understand that without Telus Health I would be like the kid left standing in a game of musical chairs. Think there are many people like me. Hope there is a solution in my lifetime.
