They already could have utilized Bell or TELUS but they didn’t. Again: If Interac uses Rogers and Rogers goes down, the fact Faulksy’s Discount Data exists still helps them 0%.

Even taxis/Uber weren't functioning properly. Luckily we have Telus internet and landline.
