We also use Shaw for our regular internet or as a backup if Telus goes down for whatever reason.

They convinced us that their service was better so we went to them after many happy years with Shaw, then instantly had issues they wouldn’t resolve and now we are stuck with them unless we pay 3 years of penalties! Counting the months to go back to @support_shaw
