    @TELUS @TELUSsupport not acceptable. Called Telus last week to start the bring back on my phone. Was told price and phone was locked to my account while sorting out another issue. Week later prices have changed & phone is no longer available. What are you going to do about it!

    I called @TELUSsupport to make a change on my account. The recording encouraged me to use the Telus App or website to make the changes, and warned that I could be charged a fee to talk to a real person. Is it standard practice to charge customers to talk to customer service?

    @TELUS Optik TV is awful. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Thought your “fiber optic” tech would be beneficial for internet, same thing. 0/10, do not recommend.

    @LeilaWhite @EternalBlueSix @SaskTel What's better: The service and products. Why would I switch: I was getting terrible service, lacking products I wanted, and paying too much. Aren't SaskTel's rates the least expensive: No. At the time, I was paying about $67/mo less for three plans with Telus than with SaskTel.

    Hey @TELUS please stop sending canvassers to my house to sell me fibre optic internet. You destroyed part of my yard putting it the cable. The last thing I’m going to do is support you for it.

    @TELUSsupport @spencerbennett1 @TELUSsupport - I was unable to reach a person. I kept going in circles, despite my best efforts. I’m a 20-year TELUS customer and I’ve never been more tempted to move elsewhere!

    @TELUSsupport @TELUS is it so hard for you guys to fix a bill? Its been months. So many long calls. Horrible customer service. I wish I could just end the services in a blink. So freaking mad right now. Every single time falsely assured. @ShawInfo resolved promptly every time.

    My "love" for Telus was lost after several very poor support call experiences over the past few weeks; they were all for different reasons and for different accounts (I manage 6 lines). @TELUS appears to have changed. In my experience, they used to care about their customers.
