Customer focused technical support for @TELUS optik tv needs a lot of tweaking, poor follow-up, dropped calls and to many apologies with no action. Your remote techs from Manila need better training. Can’t Canadians do this work?

@JaneMoneypenny @KTinnovate @Bell_Support In the end Bell technically rents their lines to Rogers and Telus because Bell is the only one who set down lines across Canada. In the end we just pay to all of them, you just have to decide the devil you choose for the next 2years.

Waiting now on @TELUS for 15 mins just to get transferred to a third person that might help me. It has become worse than phoning a federal government department.

Rogers is spending big money to advertise how we will benefit from them buying Shaw. Between that and Bell being generally awful they have accomplished the impossible by making Telus look kind of like the moral choice. Very impressive!

Still Waiting @TELUS. Now for 20 mins just to get transferred to a third person that might help me. No one has come even once to ask if I want to wait any longer. It is much worse than phoning a federal government department.

S/O to @TELUS for sending me to a customer service line that rang and doesn't pick up.

So @TELUS would still charge you a cancellation fee if they can’t deliver the service as per contract to a new address I’m moving to. Also, @TELUSsupport is supportive of me selling my kidney to pay them the cancellation fee. This is what Canada has become.
