@TELUSsupport I bet Telus would make the winner run through hoops for a year and still not give them the prize. At least that's my experience so far. Anyone thinking about joining Telus should RUN. 3 weeks no working phone, they send me a bill, have to explain the issue 8 times, no help.

@ArleneHaaland @TELUSsupport No thanks to @TELUSsupport service resumed after a half hour out as mysteriously as it stopped. During attempt to fix it, Telus essentially sent a do it yourself kit of web links. Impossible to connect to a real person. Terrible service.
